Arrived on time. After work was completed, they left dirt on the carpets around the registers. I needed to use carpet cleaner to remove the stains.

Very well. The vent was clogged badly causing my dryer to overhear and the clothes not to dry in a timely manner. All is well now.

Excellent service , they just made a mistake with putting hose through the window and broke the trim piece , they were prompt together back to me and are working on a solution to repair the damage , but did a great job explaining , caring for , and making sure everything was put back in place , will hire again regardless of the mishap

Outstanding Very prompt and comprehensive

I'm glad that I chose this company over franchises I had used before. The team was very professional and did clean work. The staff even caught and corrected a transposition of two digits in the amount that was charged.

Very misleading business practices. We moved into a new home and needed a chimney cleaned and fully inspected. We made this very clear when we called to set up an appointment and were told that they would take care of us. Half way through the cleaning, I asked the technician to show me how to use the gas fireplace when he was done with the inspection. He told me that they do not do inspections, only the cleaning. It was too late to cancel as he was almost all the way done. We would not have went with the company if we were told they don’t to a thorough inspection. The company web site says they do an inspection, and I guess if you count just a visual inspection then fine, but the difference in levels of inspection was not explained to us when we made an appointment. When we called and talked to the company after the service, we were told that they only do a visual inspection. No cameras up the chimney, only what they could see, which is classified as only a level one inspection (this was not explained when booking the service). Again, we made it clear when we contracted out with them to do the work on what we wanted. So now we have to have another company come out and fully inspect the chimney. I do not recommend using this company nor will I be sending anyone their way.

I was very impressed with Jeremiah who came to clean my dryer vent. My granddaughter was napping at the time so he was very considerate of that. He was in and out of the house several times but always stopped to put on shoe covers. He explained what he was doing and told me how much 'stuff' he removed. I was impressed with the company right from my first phone call to make the appt. to the completion of the job. I definitely will use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Complete run of over 40 feet cleaner in less than an hour including a new vent cap.

The technicians arrived on time and walked us through the process every step of the way. We were very pleased with the air duct, dryer vent and bath exhaust fan cleaning.

Service appointment was as scheduled, I was called advising that service man was en route and service was rendered as described. We were very satisfied. Service provided, two chimneys cleaned, two stainless steel caps were purchased and installed and dryer vent was cleaned.

There's nothing like having a job done right! The serviceman knew what he was doing, he used the best equipment that was in good shape, and he explained thoroughly what he was doing. I was quite impressed with the service. The dryer is really pushing air out now. That clogged flue vent was a frightening situation.

From my initial phone conversation during the quote process to the day the technicians arrived everyone was extremely knowledgeable of this line of business. Pricing was inline if not better than competitors and I enjoyed that it was up-front pricing with no hidden fees.Quality was also really good and can feel the difference before to after. I do have two pieces of feedback I hope are implemented. First, the technicians should outline the work they are going to do. This was my first time getting my ducts cleaned and was a bit surprised when I walked downstairs and there were massive holes in the duct work. Again, it has to happen but having someone walk you through what they are going to do would have been appreciated. Second, I hope that corporate will provide booties/foot protection to the technicians. It was rainy/muddy when they came and unfortunately mud was tracked on my floors. This is something that could be easily avoided if the technicians were provided foot protection. At the end of the day though, would highly recommend this company and will be contacting them again if I have future need for duct cleaning work.

These guys are great! They came over, measured for the chimney cap, had a custom one fabricated, and showed up and installed it quickly, cleanly and on schedule! Absolutely would not hesitate to hire them again.

The workman arrived on time and worked quickly. The dryer vent is cleaner. I was surprised when the bill was presented that the replaced duct was only 4 feet long. I did not go look at the duct until after the workman had gone. I had had a plastic duct that was in two pieces. It turns out he only replaced the piece that runs from the dryer for 4 feet and not the full length of the duct. When I had commented on the length I was charged for he had not explained what he had done. It saved me money, but I had expected a full-length one-piece duct. The two pieces are joined by a metal clamp, so I hope it holds together. I did not call to ask about the duct.

We were pleased with the overall process. The initial phone call was informative and perfectly explained the process. Scheduling was very easy. They called one day in advance to re-confirm the appointment which was appreciated. On the day of the service, they arrived on-time and completed their work on-time. We appreciate the fact that they were careful navigating our home and did not leave any messes at all. They were professional and friendly. Overall, the results are wonderful. It had been 10 years since the last cleaning and our home smells fresher already. Very, very pleased. We decided to not go with the lowest bid but rather with a company that specializes in this work and are glad that we did as we know that it was done right the first time.
