Description of Work: Although there were a little more expensive than a couple of other well-reviewed vendors, I decided on this company because they did it all---air ducts, dryer vent and bathroom exhaust. Plus the representative gave me all of the discounts they were advertising. The guys performing the work were great. They were polite, professional and answered all of my questions; they did not act like anything was a dumb question. They finished up within the time range that the rep gave me over the phone and they cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Two technicians from Air Duct Maintenance arrived right on time and performed the cleaning of my dryer vent efficiently. They not only cleaned the vent from the roof but also cleaned out the access elbow in the garage and moved out my dryer to clean out the bottom of the duct where it connected to my dryer.

Description of Work: Air Duct Maintenance did an outstanding job cleaning the air ducts of a home I recently purchased. I don't believe the air ducts had every been cleaned before and the house is almost 30 years old. They explained exactly what they would do and how they would do it. The job was completed start to finish in about 2 hours. I was having problems with a nagging cough after we moved into the house, but after the ducts were cleaned my cough disappeared. I believe this was due to the much cleaner air I was now breathing. All around a great experience. My only negative was the price. They were the most expensive of the quotes that I received, but I selected them based on my experience in talking with the company on the phone and the fact that they could fit me in quicker than the others.
