I called Air Duct and heard back the same evening; the technician came the very next day. He checked both chimneys and declared them clean to burn without sweeping, but suggested that we have them checked again next season if we planned to burn them all this winter season. He charged us for a service call. How many service people do you call who end up telling you that you "don't" need their services? Probably not many. But this is clearly an honest company with honest and knowledgeable people working for them. When we do need chimney sweeping in the future (or any other air-duct related work) we'll definitely give Air Duct Services a call.

It went very well. It was done in a timely manner. The only problem I had was that they left the basement very dusty and dirty. They didn't take the time to move things out of their way, so a lot of my wedding stuff had dirt and dust all over it.

The tech was very prompt, polite and professional. During the chimney cleaning/sweeping, our chimney cap became dislodged and subsequently was blown off the chimney later in the day. When I noticed the cap now laying in the back yard, I called ADM and they had a tech out within 2 days to put the cap back on. Proof they cleaned to the very top!!

We had to reschedule our initial appointment, and Dan was very accommodating with meeting our scheduling needs. They explained the cleaning process to us and showed us before and after pictures. They cleaned up everything afterwards and left no mess. We were very pleased and will definitely recommend them.

They did a great job cleaning all of our air ducts. They arrived within the 2 hour window they said they would and they were very careful removing the newly painted registers to minimize touch up. I would highly recommend them.

Great! They were very thorough. They kept the area and room very clean. Put up plastic blocking to contain any dust or dirt.

The gentleman who came did a great job. Put everything back as it was. We talked about a recommended cleanout schedule and his advise - based on how much he took out - was 3 years, definitely not 5.

It went great. They were right on time and went to work. They did a great job, were careful with the furniture, and were nice to deal with.

They're very polite. They came on time. They were fairly speedy. They didn't take all day. And as far as we can tell they did a pretty good job.

Excellent and the technician was very accommodating with a landscaper who was working at our house at the same time (e.g. moved his van to a different spot so the landscaper could position his truck closer to our house). Have used Airduct before and will use them again!

I did not receive the before and after photos that were promised. They said they took the photos, but they were lost. I paid almost $600 for the service and I can't see the value that it provided. I find this unacceptable.

I would recommend them to anybody. It took them four hours. These guys are "A"+ across the board.

Very well. We had another organization clean the vent a few years ago and they were only here for 15 or 20 minutes. Air Duct Tech was on site for about an hour.

For the vents, my house is a older house so I couldn't just go to Home Depot and buy new vent covers because mine are a special size. The owner called me back and said maybe we can get them sandblasted. He said he was going to call a few places. I ended up having to, and one person said tt was going to cost $300 to sandblast and paint. The owner said absolutely not, I called a auto body shop they said $130. The owner said that's fine I'll cover that. I took them all off and drove them down to be blasted. It was far, at least 15 minutes away. Then I had to find a paint to match, spray the vents. some of them have a casing in the wall so I to go around and manually paint those with a paint brush. I was aggravated because I didn't think that was fair. He did pay for the sandblasting but that was it. I really think it was bu****t, he paid $130 to have them sandblasted but I had to do all the leg work. I felt like I was the one apologizing , it felt like I was in the company role and they were in the customer role.

I was upset about is that they left the real mess out on the lawn with the lent. Yeah, a real mess. I picked up big clumps, and there is still little stuff out there. They left an card out there with me. Like a postal card that you could fill out about how you feel about their service. I even sent that in, because that was a mess out in the lawn. I didn't notice it until after he left. If he would have told me while he was doing it, I would have been out there with a shop vac, sweeping up as he was doing it. Well he didn't, and it was all on the lawn. Clumps big enough that I could pick them up. It was all the stuff from the vents. Our vents come through the roof. I thought they were reasonable. Its not the greatest price in the world. Yeah, but I would be forewarn of what to aspect. There would be a mess out in the lawn.

They were very good. I thought the price was a little high. They did quality work. They were on time and professional. Only one person came out.

Everything went very well. The truck parked in front of our house and the hose went in via a basement window. I knew it would be a noisy process and had warned the neighbors. Actually, there was more noise outside, from the truck, than there was inside our house. I was really worried about our pets being traumatized by the noise but they found safe places and hid. We kept an eye on them all day anyway. The guys (Leo and Billy) were great! Both are animal lovers and quite conscientious about covering openings while the registers were off, so no cat would disappear into the ductwork. We were pleased with their work, and the improved interior air quality. We should add that the people in the office who do the scheduling are very good too, Patient, efficient and professional. Good communicators. We are very happy with our experience. We already have sold a neighbor on using Air Duct Maintenance in his house and will continue to tell others.

It was overall a good experience. I thought it was a little bit expensive but they did a good job. They did what they said they would do. The price seemed kind of steep. The person that set up the appointment to do stuff was different from the person that actually came out to do the work which was fine. I would consider if I needed to.
