Description of Work: I purchased a new home and had the air ducts and furnace cleaned. The gentleman who came was very polite, professional and did a great job. I would more than likely use their services again because I was happy with the end result, but I feel they were priced higher than most others offering the same service.

Description of Work: We hired Air Duct Maintenance to clean the air ducts in a condo that we recently purchased. The previous owners had cats and due to allergies, we wanted to fully clean the duct work. The service men were on-time and very friendly. They did a great job and explained all of the work they did. We were very happy with the service they provided. The cost was detailed up front with no surprises, however, I do feel it is a bit pricey. Overall, very happy and would use this company again.

Description of Work: Whole house air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning | |The whole job was about 2.5 hours. I liked the video to see how dirtt the main duct was before and after the cleaning job. | |I did have cleanup to do after the tech left from where the brushes exited main vent. In the future, I will clear out the entire area so the mess can be contained. |

Description of Work: Paul was very nice and responded to my call in a timely fashion. Advised me over the phone. After describing the problem, he thought it sounded like the dryer vent had become disconnected and that we would need a handyman who could sheetrock. He was very helpful advising me what to do over the phone.

Description of Work: Cleaned the Air Ducts throughout our home. There pricing is different from others in the same field. They charge based on the size of the home's interior size. Seemed higher than the others but then there were no add on fees for additional number of ducts, returns, etc.. We knew exactly what the cost would be which worked best for us. There were no financial surprises!

WHEN I FIRST SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT W/THE COMPANY I RECEIVED A VERY DETAILED EXPLANATION OF EXACTLY WHAT WOULD BE DONE FOR MY HOME. PAUL & GEORGE WERE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE BY 8A.M. AND WERE SITTING OUTSIDE MY HOUSE BY AT LEAST 7:30A.M. THEY DIDN'T RING MY BELL AND ASK FOR AN EARLY START B/C THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DISTURB ME PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIME, BUT WERE HAPPY TO GET STARTED WHEN I INVITED THEM IN. THEY MOVED THROUGH THE HOUSE EFFICIENTLY AND DID ALL OF THE WORK WITHOUT MESS. THEY EVEN REMOVED THEIR SHOES AND/OR PUT ON SHOE COVERS TO PROTECT MY RUGS. BOTH MEN WERE VERY POLITE, WELL DRESSED AND GROOMED. THEY WERE WILLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD ABOUT THE SERVICE AS THEY DID THEIR WORK. I'VE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF WORK DONE SO I CAN'T REALLY COMMENT ON WHETHER THE PRICE IS FAIR BUT THEY DID GIVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE AT SCHEDULING AND STUCK TO IT UPON ARRIVAL.
