My house has hot water heating but a previous owner put in two air-processing units for air conditioning -- one for the first floor and one for two second-floor bedrooms. Kevin, the owner, came out himself to check out this unusual configuration and gave me a thorough explanation, with photos, of the work they do, and he worked out a very fair price. Two very pleasant technicians arrived promptly at the scheduled time and finished more quickly than anticipated. Though they checked the air conditioning before they left, they left the vent to one bedroom closed. It was two weeks later before we needed to use the air conditioning and it was obvious that there was a problem in that room. While it took Kevin 8 hours to return my call, he did walk me through the trouble-shooting and we solved the problem. (This is no ordinary vent that you can open with a lever. It's on a ceiling, and you have to unscrew and remove the cover piece to even see if the vent is open). Now that it's on, it's clear that the cleaning made a difference. We are getting stronger air flow than before.

They are polite, punctual and tidy. They cleaned the ducts with a vacuum system, removed and cleaned all vent covers, sanitized ducts, and tested the system. The job took about 3 1/2 hours.

The company was very upfront with pricing with ZERO hard sales tactics and ZERO pressure. The technicians arrived on time in a company vehicle and uniform and performed all duties as ordered in a clean and timely fashion. My home smelled a LOT better when they were done cleaning the vents. The previous owner of my home smoked and had 15 dogs! Since the vents were cleaned, there had been a 97% decrease in odors in my house. They left NO mess behind. There were no hidden costs, etc.

Excellent work. Three men crew came and worked for 2 and 1/2 hours. They were very professional and thorough. Very satisfied with their work.

A perfect experience. This is a first-class company. I called this company, and I spoke with the owner on the phone. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including pricing. He never once acted like a salesperson. I didn't feel pressured or manipulated. He just gave me the facts and asked if I could use their service. The workmen were professional, dressed in uniforms and polite and respectful of us and our home.

They arrived on time and were courteous and professional. They explained what/how they would be working throughout the house and proceeded to do the job efficiently.

Paul and Jesse arrived about 15 minutes early. I invited them in and they immediately started to work. Paul and Jesse were very polite and professional the entire time. Paul explained the process to me and the work quickly began. Paul presented options to me concerning locations to attach the equipment to the ducts. During this discussion, it was very clear that he understood the technical aspects of the process. They used drop cloths and wore booties to protect the carpeting and flooring. Since I am an engineer, I had many questions. Paul and Jesse patiently answered my questions while proceeding with their work in parallel. They cleaned up as the job progressed.

They had to get in there and fix a part of the duct that was clogged. They got the duct cleared up and working fine. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. I really like their prices; I think they are fair and reasonable. I would recommend these guys very highly.

We're happy with Air Duct Maintenance Inc. They came on time and were very thorough in their work. We felt the price was a little steep, but the quality of their work is top-notch. I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency.

They did a great job, they were referred to me by a company I hired to installed my new furnace and A/C. They showed up on time and did great work! They showed me what they cleaned out ducts and I was definitely glad I had it done! I have noticed less dust in the house...I would highly recommend!

Two of their crew arrived right on time. The project required them to remove and clean all air vents and then clean the air ducts. They were down in approximately 3.5 hours. The crew was professional and did a terrific job.

Very happy. They moved around another job for me, because I was getting a new furnace and didn't give them very much notice. They came 48 hours after I called. They did a great job, and the young men who came were professional, clean, and courteous. They came recommended by the furnace company we deal with, and also by my next-door neighbor.

Workers were very professional and efficient. Explained what they would be doing, made suggestions about any additional work I may be interested in without being pushy or forceful. Accepted my decisions when I did not want the addition work graciously.

The two-man team called to tell me they would be a few minutes late. Upon arrival they immediately got to work removing register grills and attaching the vacuum truck to my furnace. Seemed to work very efficiently. Both men worked a different parts of the work to get everything completed on time. The entire job took approximately the time estimated. They advised me of some additional steps I would have to take with regard to some air returns that appeared to be partially blocked by insulation. Cleaned up after the work was completed.

The crew was very courteous, professional, and punctual. They performed the jobs we required quickly and thoroughly, and cleaned up when they were through. They also didn't try to push other services on us.

They did a wonderful job, they were prompt and courteous. They did what work they said they would do and the quality was up to my expectations.

Worked quickly and thoroughly. A video inspection was promised by the office, but it turned out to be a stationary black and white image, as opposed to a camera on a snake going through the ducts. The representative that day offered to service my dryer vent, but I said I thought we could do that ourselves. He performed the service anyway, thinking I had agreed. When I pointed this out, he agreed not to charge me. It was a very rainy day, and the workers were very courteous, taking off their shoes as they went in and out of the house.

Excellent service. Returned calls promptly, on day of service showed up right on time. The two service men were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

My daughter was actually the one here when they were working. She says that they were very professional & knew what they were doing. When they realized they were going to be a little late arriving, they called to verify it was OK. Their call was early, not a last minute call. (We had requested a pre-call to enable us to trap our cats in carriers)

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO HIRE THEM AGAIN.

We got four estimates and the price for ADM was higher than two of them and less than one. From the sales process through the actual cleaning, they were courteous and professional, and covered their feet with paper shoes. They even gave us a few disposable air filters for our furnace. I would definitely recommend them.

VERY PROFESSIONAL GROUP. AFTER SCHEDULING THE APPT WITH THEM, I DISCOVERED UPON MOVING IN THAT THIS COMPANY HAD JUST CLEANED THE DUCTS ONE YEAR AGO. I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE OWNER. HE EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULDN'T REALLY SAVE THEM MUCH TIME, BUT IT DID CERTAINLY HELP, SO HE GAVE ME A SLIGHT DISCOUNT. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. HE ALSO MOVED UP THE APPT BY A WEEK DUE TO A CANCELLATION. THE TECH'S WERE PUNCTUAL AND EFFICIENT.

VERY PUNCTUAL; VERY PROFESSIONAL; GOOD CLEANUP AFTER THE JOB; MINIMAL DISRUPTION TO US. ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT NOT ALL REGISTERS WERE SCREWED IN WHEN PUT BACK.

WE'VE BEEN IN OUR HOUSE FOR TWO YEARS AND NEVER USED THE FIREPLACE. WE WEREN'T SURE EXACTLY HOW DIRTY THE CHIMNEY WAS OR WHEN (IF EVER) IT HAD BEEN CLEANED. I SET UP THE APPT. WITH A GUY NAMED CHRIS, WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. BECAUSE MY HUSBAND & I WORK DURING THE DAY, CHRIS MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH MY FATHER TO MEET KEVIN (THE OWNER, I BELIEVE) AT OUR HOUSE. MY DAD REPORTED TO ME ABOUT ALL OF THE SOOT THAT CAME WHOOSHING OUT OF THE CHIMNEY DURING THE CLEANING PROCESS. I THOUGHT I'D COME HOME TO A LIVING ROOM COVERED IN DIRT. BUT, KEVIN LEFT THE AREA SPOTLESS. HE ALSO CHECKED TO MAKE SURE ALL OF THE FIREPLACE PARTS WERE FUNCTIONING AND CHECKED THE BRICK WORK. I'M NOT SURE IF THE PRICE WAS LOW, HIGH, OR STANDARD, BUT THE SERVICE WAS WORTH IT.
