Air Duct Maintenance Inc

Well extremely well from start to finish. Called to get a bid, and they provided that and lots of detail right over the phone. Set appointment and they showed up right on time. Two men came, were extremely professional and easy to work with, they worked very efficiently and cleaned up everything, and put everything back exactly as it was. Other than the clean vents, clean ducts, etc., you would not know they were here. Could not have had a better experience.

Placed a call for an estimate, and I was given a price that was promised not to change. Air Duct Maintenance informed me of all their services and costs up front, over the phone, instead of getting hit over the head on the day of the service. 4 days later, as scheduled, Jon and Paul showed up on time and were at my home just short of two hours. I went with the air duct cleaning and sanitizing services. All vents were removed, cleaned and sanitized. House is pretty old, but vents were never cleaned, so they cut 3 access holes into the duct work in the basement (I expected this). The metal squares that were installed to cover the holes, when finished, are air tight. The vertical return vents were disgusting prior to their arrival. I look in there now, and I'm shocked at how clean they are. They use a 60 hp vacuum to suck the crap out, it's pretty impressive. After the duct cleaning, they did the sanitizing with the solution and an air gun. The men didn't leave any mess behind, and even wore cloth booties over the shoes so not to track dirt in from outside.. My wife and 2 kids were at home through the hole process. Due to the method they use, absolutely no dust or debris was circulated through the house. A+ job, would definetly use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs their ducts cleaned.

After putting on an addition a few years ago, I saw all the gunk the contractors let fall down into the ducts. Noticed the telltale dark patches of dirt developing in front of registers on our light colored carpet. Had been putting in cheescloth liners to collect dirt which were black with dirt within 3 weeks. Airduct Maintenance has totally cleaned everything to my satisfaction, and I do not expect to have this problem now. The two men were friendly, helpful, professional, did not make a mess in the house and took care with everything they needed to handle while doing their job. They also gave me information on our furnace and air cleaner filters, which have not been properly cared for in the past by our heating/cooling company that I will no longer be calling on! Since we have 2 furnaces and 2 AC units, the cost was just about double for a "normal" home one of each, and seemed to be right on in comparison with the one other duct service that I inquired about. I highly recommend this company.

We have used this company before and after using them this time I don't think we would ever use another duct cleaning service. They did excellent work and their price is right. I was especially impressed at how great they were about scheduling. We had a very short window of time to have this done before moving into our new house, and they were great with scheduling us within that timeframe. The house feels cleaner and it definitely feels like fresh, clean air circulating when our air conditioner runs!

They did a professional job and they were helpful in identifying some problems with ducts that were supposed to be there but were not. I think their price was comparable to other places that do it the way they do it.

It's a very professionally run organization. They call up prior to arriving and come on time. They do a very quick and clean job. There aren't any complains about them and it seems to be a number 1 company. I would caution anybody that uses them to look at the basic service what you need. You don't necessarily have to go in for any extra things. You have to look at what they offer and pick and choose what you need. I would suggest you not to go beyond what you need. They seem to do well. There are companies where you get a base charge of 390 bucks and then as soon as they are there they usually ask you if you want anything extra done. However, if you say yes, then do a good job, but the charge would also increase. You need to be aware of what you want. I haven't got the air ducts cleaned before and so, I don't have anything to compare their price with. I am not sure if they told me as to how often I need to get the work done again, but according to my understanding I know that you need to get the work done only if there is any major problem with the air duct. I got it done, as there was smell coming out of the air duct and it had never been cleaned before. However, if need be, then I would hire them in the future too.

We called the company to schedule an appointment to clean our duct work that had not been cleaned in 40-60 years. Since they had a cancellation, they were able to accommodate us the next day. They arrived on time and went straight to work. Not only did they clean duct work, they hand cleaned each register and disinfected ducts. Workers were professional.

All company personnel were friendly and courteous, and I appreciated that the price was provided over the phone prior to the appointment, so there were no surprises. (I did end up purchasing a new air filter at the suggestion of the serviceperson, but I did NOT feel pressured to do so.) The team was at my house for approximately three hours, and from my observation they conducted a thorough cleaning, especially since the house was built in 1920 and I don't think the ducts were ever cleaned! I felt the team could have done a better cleanup job, as there was dirt under the vents that I had to vacuum, and some of the holes drilled into the duct work (which I didn't know they were doing or needed to do) were not plugged, so my husband had to track down each hole to make sure it was patched. For the amount of money the service costs, I wish these minor things would have been addressed by the team.

The crew arrived early and waited out front until the time they said they would come. They prepared and ready to go. They wore slippers on their feet and took care that my dog was taken care of. We decided to leave the basement door shut and every time they came through they closed it. A vacuum was created and the work began. All the vent covers in the house were removed and cleaned. All ducts were cleaned. They gave me before and after pictures of a main vent showing the difference. They were very professional and pleasant to work around. A very satisfying experience.

We called and got a quote. They were more than happy to accomodate us with next day service on short notice. They discussed their services. We hired them immediately. The men that came were professional and thorough. It took 4 hours to complete our 4 bedroom, mulit-level home. Once the work was started, the one man went to collect all the registers to hand wash them. We discovered that most were screwed into the floorboard in a way that nce removed, they wouldn't be able to be put back the same. They alerted us of this before continuing. We decided to have them removed and cleaned properly since we will be replacing the carpet anyways. They took the extra time and completed the job. We were very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

They came on short notice. The gentleman who came out was very polite and knowledgable. It took several hours to get the ducts thoroughly cleaned. Everything worked well when they were done and the price was reasonable.

They were willing to work me into the schedule within a couple of days since I was on a tight schedule. They showed up on time, were respetcful, did the job without making too much of a mess in the house. Cost was what they had quoted me despite the job taking about an hour longer than they had initially anticipated.

We paid extra for our duct cleaning because although the house is small, it has an extra furnace on the third floor. We scheduled the work after a renovation and still noticed a large amount of dust on all our things. When we had several heating ducts redone by an HVAC contractor, he commented on all the construction debris in the bottom of our basement ductwork. He also mentioned that he knew we had had the ducts "professionally cleaned" by the holes drilled in the duct work and rubber stoppers inserted, but thought we had received a very shoddy job.

I got a quote on the phone when I first called, liked it and scheduled the visit. The crew got in late but they did call and keep me posted. Once home, they did a thorough job of cleaning all vents and duct with no supervision. Cleaned up before they left.

The staff was very professional, polite and efficient. We had recently move into this home and had no idea if this had ever been done. The young man said that it had not, but the ducts were actually pretty clean and it was an easy job. This service has been helpful to the allergy sufferers in the house.

The workers were great, very neat, and very professional. There was nothing disturbed in my house and all the work was done in a very orderly fashion. I was expecting, however, better results after having this service performed. My (Lennox) furnace is just over a month old, with a higher-grade filter on it. I expected my dust problem to go away or at least diminish considerably. I have not noticed that this is the case. I am extremely disappointed that this type of service costs this much money. I don't mind spending good money when I get good results but I really don't think this was worth it. I asked if my vents were extremely dirty since we had such a horrible dust and dirt problem and the tech said that they weren't that bad. The house is 16 years old and no vents were ever cleaned (we're the 4th owner). Hmmmmmmm, then where is dirt coming from and why? I talked my husband into doing this and he about hit the roof when I told him how much it was going to be. Needless to say, he keeps swiping his hand across the furniture and making smart comments since the job was done. This was our Christmas present to ourselves. What a bummer.

He had given me a price of $430 and when he got here, he said it looked like the dryer vent needed to be cleaned also, and that he could do that for an additional $65, so we let him do that. They were very prompt. Their price seems a little higher, but for the quality of work that they do, it is worth it. They cleaned the registers and did the sanitizing too. They were very patient and explained everything that they were doing. They also cleaned up after themselves, which was nice.

They showed up on time. They took a little bit longer than what they estimated, but they did a very professional job. I have noticed a great improvement in the quality of our air.

They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very polite and professional. They did their job and then were gone. Carlos seemed to be the man in charge so I did talked to him and found him to be very personable, polite, and professional. The other gentleman was quieter so didn't speak to him much but he went beyond his duty to get and replace a light bulb for me since I was sick.

The team was punctual, friendly, professional and thorough from my initial phone call inquiring about service all the way through to them cleaning up their supplies/tools and leaving our home. They even gave us advice on how to handle our (indoor only) cats during the service so that the noise of the vent cleaning wouldn't be too traumatic for them. We were very satisfied with the work they did.

Two technicians came within the 2 hour window I was given for their arrival. Quickly went to work with the duct cleaning and were done in a couple hours. They were friendly and as far as I can tell they did a good job.

They give the price upfront so you know what you will pay. The man that came was very nice and did a great job!

Great. My husband decided just days before our move-in date that we should have the air ducts cleaned in our newly constructed home. This company responded very quickly to our time constraint. The very next day, they visited the house site and provided an accurate estimate. The following day they were able to perform the work. The day after that, we moved in. Everything was in order. We would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Overall, very well. The crew was on time, explained what there were going to do, and did the work. They answered my questions about my HVAC system, and changed a clogged filter. My only complaint was that they did not completely clean up after their work; left some dirty rags/debris behind, and did not cleanup after one dirty duct.

Over all the experience was excellent and the extra money is worth the better company, they were professional and courteous and willing to answer his question.
