My experience with Airduct was freat from initial phone inquiry and home inspection and quoting process; through completion of work. They are the best in the city and I would only go to them for any future needs.

They don't make a mess and they are quick and prices are reasonable.

Overall it went very well. The crew was punctional, professional, very efficient, neat, protected our home and was very respectful of my efforts to try to get some work done why they were there.

These guys are the best. They showed up, parked their truck outside, and went straight to work. The team was well organized and knew what they had to do. They removed a lot of dust and pet hair and left no mess. A previous vendor recommended them to me.

They did a very good job and they were very reasonably priced. They knew what they were doing and they went right for what they were supposed to do and they did it.

Great, they arrived on time, went straight to work and involved my husband and I as they did the assessment. Then talked to usregarding findings and possible solutions.

Kevin the owner spent a long visit to provide a very thorough estimate. He also came out in between to scope some of my ducts where I was experiencing an odors. His two workman came out, removing and cleaned all vent openings and scrubbed the system. As we were warned, removing some of the vent covers resulting in chipped paint. I knew this was normal from engaging the services of other companies in the past. Work was done efficiently and effectively.

The two technicians arrived at my home right on time at 8am, my scheduled appointment time. They went right to work, performing all steps that were outlined in detail during the phone call in which I made the appointment. The job took approximately 90 minutes for my home that is approximately 1200 square feet in size - the technicians were efficient and thorough without rushing to complete the job. I had been suffering from allergy-like symptoms (congestion, sneezing, etc) for some time, and in the 2 weeks since the ducts have been cleaned and sanitized, I can already tell that the cleaning has made a HUGE difference in my home's air quality. I only wish I had gotten this work performed earlier. I would recommend Air Duct Maintenance to anyone whose home needs duct cleaning. Prompt, efficient, quality, friendly service that is worth every penny spent.

I called air duct maintenance and got a quote and scheduled the appointment for a few weeks out. We had just bought the house and wanted the ducts cleaned before we installed a new furnace and started using it for winter. They arrived with their large vacuum truck and air tools on time, and thoroughly cleaned all the vents, ducts, and returns. It was amazing how much dirt they were able to get out of the ducts, and I would definitely use them for old houses where it's clear there's a smoky smell from old furnaces. They were not the cheapest, but I think the quality of the work is definitely worth the price, and we now have peace of mind that we're breathing much healthier air. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Very efficient service. Air Duct Maintenance was recommended by my furnace tech and they applied a coupon although he had not given me one. An added plus was that a rattle in the ductwork disappeared after their thorough cleaning process, saving me from having to tear down my finished basement ceiling to find the problem.

When I called to discuss service, I was given thorough information about how the services get performed and was given the price over the phone. They then gave me a date on which ALL services could be complete which I greatly appreciated rather than having to have ducts cleaned one day and chimney another. They also gave me the time when the technicians would arrive - not a range, which I also like. The technicians arrived at the time agreed to and were very nice. They were professional and performed all services without making any mess. They showed me before and after pictures of the main duct so I could see the difference. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again myself.

We moved to area and bought a house that had a poor maintenance history. So we called Air Duct to come and clean the dryer vent BEFORE we moved in. The house was vacant at time of service and we were in another state loading the moving truck, so we were not able to supervise the cleaning. We moved in a few days later, hooked up our dryer and noticed that it took the dryer twice as long to dry a load than it had before. Since we just moved, we suspected a problem with the dryer since we had just had the dryer vent cleaned (or so we thought). I finally determined it had to be the vent and began looking at the vent on our roof. Once I was able to get up there (could not access from the attic) I realized that the vent was completely enshrouded in lent and little to no air was getting out. Once I cut the vent pipe and could see all the lint up to the outlet, I realized the service person who did our job either didn't really do it (although I paid for it) or failed to do a thorough job. I contacted the company in September and another team came to inspect the problem. They were able to see the years of accumulated lent toward the roof vent and cleaned the entire vent duct for me at that time without any additional cost. They also informed me that my type of exhause vent will always foul up with lent and should be replaced. I will take care of that on my own. But in the meantime, the dryer and vent are working properly. I do appreciate that Air Duct came out to correct the problem. I rate the company poorly because of the deficient job they did on their first attempt. They did respond to my complaint and did right the wrong, but it is not enough for me to recommend them to anyone.It should NEVER require two trips to do a job right.

The two work man arrived 20 minutes early, performed the work professionally, finished on time. Nothing to complain about - Good Job!

Went well. I got their name off of my neighbors, who had used them previously. They explained, in detail, what they would be doing & were open/available for questions during the process. They showed up 45 minutes early, which I loved, but they didn't knock on the door, until they were certain I was up and moving around (I had the first appointment on a Saturday). I would have given them a B+ or an A- on quality, if possible. My only complaint was small chunks that came out of the walls where two of the register covers were removed, but this could have been due to the previous owners of my house painting over the registers numerous times. I would use these guys again.

They gave me printed photographs of the before and after conditions of the ducts. They had a big prep outside, a generator out front, and big hose that ran through the house. The equipment was professional. It took at least 3 hours to do the work. They were professional. I would use them again.

I called Air Duct Maintenance to receive an estimate over the phone to have the air ducts cleaned in our two story home. The service tech took his time and explained everything that would be done and answered any questions that we had about their services. He then referred us to their website for pictures and a video and we set a date for two weeks later between 11am and 1pm. Two service techs arrived at 11:10 am and both wore booties throughout the house and were extremely courteous and friendly. They were very thorough and cleaned up any messes that they made. The whole process took almost three hours and we received pictures from the before and after process. We would recommend Air Duct Maintenance to anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned especially if someone in your family has allergies or respiratory problems.

It was relatively cheap. I was pleased that it wasn't a ton of money. They pulled a ton of stuff out of my dryer vent. They seemed friendly. They put a cover on my dryer vent and didn't charge me for it, which I thought was nice. They showed up relatively quickly. I remember thinking I just called them and they said they would be out this afternoon or something like that, and they came out. I had been having problems with the dryer and they got that stuff out of there, it was way, way, way in there. I tried to take it out myself. They did their job.

When I called the office they described in detail what they were going to do in detail. They provided an estimate and said it would not change. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were very thorough and showed us before and after pictures so we could see the difference. The staff was very professional and moved everything from around our vents to perform the cleaning. If you are in need of air duct cleaning I would highly recommend this company.

I wanted to have my vents cleaned out because I was getting frequent colds and other respiratory discomforts. I first called Air Pro, who had installed new air ducts in my small home in 2004. However, they do not perform air duct cleaning and referred me to Air Duct Maintenance. I had a long telephone conversation with Kevin on Jan. 9 and he gave me an exact price, not an estimate. Two tradesmen arrived on time on Jan. 13 and throughly cleaned and sanitized all air vents, including suctioning out, washing and disinfecting the vents. They cleaned and detailed the furnace and installed a clean air filter in furnace. Workers were very courteous and work areas were left very clean --- AND I haven't been ill since their work was performed two years ago.

It was good overall and they did a good job. They were professional and quick. The price was too much.

I spent about $550 or $560 on that work. It took half the day to do the work and they were very thorough. I had another company do it before and they were not thorough at all. I would say that they cleaned the vents very well, but they were messy. When they left they was junk and dust and paint particles near each vent. They did not do a real good job of cleaning up after themselves, which was not the feedback I read on line. They scuffed up all the grades that they had to take off the wall and hands wash them, so they are going to have to be repainted.

Good service overall, but not great. I said I would not hire them again, but this is not due to dissatisfaction. Although I was not dissatisfied, I really wasn't satisfied either. I simply would try another company to see if I would have a better experience. The men showed up on time and were polite. The biggest draw back was the service men did not explain to me what they were going to do before they began and what they had done when they were finished.

Very professional. Explained everything to my husband and I. Showed us pictures of our ducts. Even gave us explainations to improve our air conditioning flow. I will use them again
