Kevin was very friendly for the estimate and assured me a professional job would be done. 2 guys came over 2 days, as my house is large and old. When they left after the first day, I noticed paint was chipped all around a vent they removed from a painted wall. I have no touch up paint, but luckily, they didn't clean up from that area and I was able to fish the paint chips out of the dust to take to a paint store to have new paint made to match. I mentioned it to one of the workers the next day and said that I didn't have any touch up paint at all for the house and he mentioned that they forgot to clean up the mess there. But that was it. After they left, I found 3 more vents with chips in the paint and this time, they cleaned up their mess and I had lost any remnants of paint chips to take to get new paint to match. 3 out of the 4 vents were pretty bad and noticable. I emailed and called Kevin and he came out the next day. He told me he normally writes on the estimate that some paint chipping my occur in older homes where they paint right over the vents. I understand that, but he never wrote that down and hence, I never thought to have a plan of collecting the chips to take to get matching touch up paint. Kevin took down my vents and now I have to take the whole vents to Home Depot and try to have them match the paint and then touch it up myself. Kevin said he'd pay for the touch up paint, which will be very little, compared to the $1,677 I paid for his service. I understand chipping may occur when removing the vents. I just wish they 1. Would've told me at the estimate, 2. would've told me when the paint was chipping and 3. kept the chips for me so I could get match up paint.

The serviceman arrived on time, used booties, and was personable. He inspected and cleaned the fireplace. He confirmed the mortar inside had deteriorated and suggested the fireplace not be used until repairs were made. He asked if I would like the name of someone who does this type of repair. There was no mess to clean up and he was in and out in under an hour.

They were very good. I was very pleased. It was a team of two people that came in. They did the entire duct cleaning before we moved into the house. The prior owner had cats and so we wanted to make sure that everything was cleared out. It was money well spent.

I was happy with their service. We fouund them through the moth;y brochure by them receiving a Super Service Award winner, My wife has allergies and noticed a difference in the air quality that evening

The company did an excellent job overall. Two different sets of professional came to perform the two types of services - air duct cleaning and chimney sweeping. All of the service providers arrived early/on time and finished promptly. They were extremely friendly, courteous and professional.

The crew arrived on time set up their equipment and got right to work Our ductwork had many dead stink bugs. All registers and cool air vents were cleaned. We also had the sanitizer treatment. The crew finished in a couple hours. They were polite and professional. We noticed an improvement in our air quality and our allergy symtoms immediately.

The owner of the company arrived on time and was very professional. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.

Job was done within the time estimated given and within the estimate given. I am satisfied with the service provided.

Explained what would take place when the appointment was made. Arrived on time. Moved furniture and if not able to be moved, worked thru the duct work to that area. Cleaned all hot & cold air vents. Took before & after photos. Replaced all moved items. Cost was as quoted.

They did a nice job with that. It was a pretty big job, and they were able to complete it in a day. We are happy with the results. The dryer was not working properly, and after they finished, it was working just fine.

They did a great job. They thoroughly explained the whole process before they started. Showed up when promised and the job lasted about as long as they said it would. They started in the ducts on the second floor and finished in the basement.

The technicians (Doug and Zach) arrived early and were just going to wait until their scheduled time. They were supposed to start Saturday at 8:00AM and were outside in the truck around 7:30AM. They said they didn't want to knock early in case we were still sleeping. As I stated above, they laid down drop cloths so they wouldn't damage the floors. They brought in the large hoses to connect the vacuum pump in the truck to our system. They had to cut holes in our ducts near the system so they could connect the vacuum. They closed those holes up when they were done. They ran the vacuum to clean each system. We have multiple lines coming off our central system so they had to connect and disconnect to get each one. They also cleaned each register. At first we were a little wary of having them go in each room, but they were very professional. They took off each register to clean it. While the registers were off, they also cleaned inside each vent. We asked (at time of booking) for before and after pictures in the vents. It was remarkable. There was a layer of dust in the before picture, but that dust was gone in the after picture. It looked like someone had climbed inside the vent and wiped it down - that's how clean it looked. They cleaned up very well too. All of the registers were replaced properly. No missing hardware. No marks on the carpets or the floors. I highly recommend them.

They were very clean and efficient. The workman provided me the wrong size chimney cap, but they came back and replaced it with the right one.

The air duct cleaning went well and they were professional. However they chimney sweep I really wanted done was canceled and they didn't bother to tell me until after I was sitting around waiting for awhile (I actually had to call to find out where they were).

We noticed the smell on Wednesay (4th of July), so I called them on Thursday. Their chimney guy was out that day, but they committed to have him come the next day to take care of it. Sal showed up on time, was friendly, courteous and professional the entire time. He was very careful to keep everything neat and clean (including putting on and taking off shoe covers every time he came into or went outside the house). He cleaned both chimneys first, and if not for the sound of the vacuum he used, we wouldn't have even known he was there. When it came to installing the caps, because our chimney tops are very high off the ground (30+ feet from ground level), he tried first to access the area by getting onto a lower roof and climbing along the roof line. He told me in advance that he may not be able to do it this way, and if not, he would have to call for a helper and a 40 foot ladder. He tried walking the roofline, but go to a point where it wasn't comfortable being able to do it safely. He advised us, and called for help. A separate truck came within 20 - 25 minutes, and they finished the job as needed. In the end, the bill was exactly what they described to us over the phone in advance (and there was never a suggestion of any additional cost for having to send extra people out).I have used them in the past, and would recommend using them again in the future.

We are very glad we've had this done, we noticed a difference right away in the amount of air coming out of our upstairs vents. We just bought a 100+ year old house and noticed the A/C on the 2nd floor wasn't working while the first floor was freezing cold. We were hoping to get this done before we moved in and the scheduler really tried to accommodate us but couldn't so we ended up with an appointment a few weeks away. They ended up calling us back a week later to see if we wanted the service earlier which worked out great. They called to confirm the day before then called the day of with an exact time of arrival. The guys were professional, courteous and did a great job. We could hear all of the junk in our vents getting sucked through the hose, I am really happy we had this done. The difference in our a/c is huge. This is one of those things you probably keep putting off or never do at all, but it really makes a difference and I think this company did a great job.

cocWe were very pleased with the service that was provided. Paul and Dave worked professionally and very hard to clean the ducts in our home. We have lived in our home for 21 yrs and never even thought about having this done until I started doing some reading on Angie's list. Needless to say the ducts were awful, they even found garbage patch kids trading cards in the ducts from the early 1980's as well as some cement from a remodeling project done before we bought the house but they worked until they had all of the ducts looking brand new. The price was reasonable and I hope to do this on a more frequent basis going forward and I will definitely use this company.

They arrived on time ,cleaned and deodorized all vents. They changed the air filters too.Our house was closed for 2 years and we could notice the difference in air(fragrance and quality) when we went in after they left. They really did a good job.

The price was a bit high, but you definitely get what you pay for - we have already seen a noticeable reduction of dust in our house! Saw his ad in the Angies List magazine and scheduled an appointment. Serviceman was prompt friendly, and efficient. He even gave me the discount advertised in the ad without me mentioning it to him. He gave us tips on how to keep the dryer serviced correctly and the vents clear. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I received a recommendation for Air Duct Maintenance directly from my AC & Heat maintenance company. They are substantially higher priced than most of the service providers you will find but I think they are well worth it. Their suction that was tied-in by the unit in the basement could be felt at the registers on the second floor. A two man team spent over 4 hours at my home and was very thorough, neat and polite. One recommendation, do not have this service performed in the winter. Obviously the heat must be turned off and they also needed to leave a door open to bring in the large suction line that is tied to the truck. I wish I would have been warned about that when making the appointment, I simply didn't think of it.

From the first phone call (for a quote) through the completion of the job, I was very pleased with them. The workers were prompt, courteous, professional. The house smelled so clean when they left! While there was some cleanup that was required afterwards, it was very minor (a bit of dust on chairs, etc.) and certainly nothing that detracted from the experience. I gave them a B for the price only because it seems like a lot of money for less than 2 hours of work (and frankly I can think of a lot of other, more tangible things to spend my money on!), but I understand that I am paying for the equipment as well. Their prices were definitely competitive and overall I am very happy with this company & the service they provide. Highly recommended!
