He called before he came and was friendly and neat. Didn't try to sell us on other services which has happened with other Chimney Sweeps in the past.

They were fine. They did everything I asked them. They were prompt and courteous and their prices were reasonable. They were very thorough and they left the place like they found it. I have no complaints.

Their work turned out fine. We were pleased with it, and we had no complaints.

They were punctual, professional, and charged the price given to me for the estimate. The whole process took a few hours and they provided a before and after photo as promised. They cleaned up when they were through. It was the first time the ducts were cleaned in our home's nearly fifty year history, so felt it was worthwhile to do.

I guess it went well, but the company postponed x 2. The house is in Pennsylvania, and I live in North Carolina, and my property manager said they did a good job, and I trust his word. Price was right. Renter seems happy, so all is good.

They are excellent. The tech comes out first and checks everything out. Then the other people come out to make sure everything is done. They cleaned out the furnace and the air filters and the electronic air filters. They make sure everything is clean. I have a 15,000 sq ft house. He opened up the thing and showed me how clean they were. They took and closed each and every register and took the air duct off and washed them. There was no mess or anything else. He gave me a discount because I have so many and I have used him before. Even the technician, if I had any questions, whether to upgrade my furnance filters, he gave me some advice.

They did a great job all around from making the appointment, getting an estimate, and performing the job quickly without any trouble.

Overall, it went OK. One of the service guys broke a lamp in our basement and promptly informed me and offered to pay for the damage. It was an old lamp so I told him not to worry about it. Seemed expensive but they did a good job.

Worker were polite and friendly and were on time.Went straight to work and compleated in about 2 and 1/2 hours.I did reserch on duct work cleaning and found this company to be tops on several websites.The ones who claim to do it at a low price I would be very careful. Would highly recommend this company of course price could be lower but over all good job

The services were performed as described, priced accurately and the employees professional. I called several other companies to inquire about pricing, and found that Air Duct was the most organized, professional company I spoke with. Also, pricing was pretty much exactly the same across the board. Great company!

Great service! Very professional starting with the phone call to get an estimate and schedule an appointment. I received an accurate estimate over the phone. The crew arrived on time and worked for a solid 3 hours with no break. They were courteous and cleaned up before they left. They even wore shoe protectors to avoid tracking dirt into the house. There was an immediate noticeable difference in the air quality in the house. I would definitely recommend this company.

If you decide to hire this company you will need to stand over the workers and watch their every move They spilled screws on our driveway and left them there. Also left screws on my dining room table, on the floor in dining room, behind a curio, on a china cabinet and in the carpet of other rooms. The registers were not installed, just leaning up against duct opening. They had the " flap" installed on the grate part of the register and tried to install it that way. We had to take off the registers, correctly place the "flap" onto the wall, and hunt down screws. Several registers were not removed due to the way the woodwork was installed. But the screws were not replaced. There was a pile of caulk, and chips of ceramic wall tile where they tried to pry a register off in the bathroom. The best part was that instead of removing a panel on the furnace for access, they drilled through where they " thought" they needed to be...right into the AC coil. Our HVAC company came and gave an estimate. Air Duct Maintenance decided that they wanted someone cheaper. So we were without air conditioning on 2 hottest days of the year. And ended up paying the $70.00 service call for our HVAC company who were good enough to come out and give an estimate. Since they were unable to remove some registers, I do not know if we had a good cleaning job or not. Their ad states they do video inspection and pictures, but we did not have that. I wrote a letter to the company stating the above problems and some other comments and suggestions. Why not use a magnetic cup to hold screws you remove, and teach your men to have respect for the customer's property. I also mentioned that I was writing a review for Angies List. When I received a return call all I heard was that the crew was not rushed, were not on any time limit, were trained, and also that they had gone through training to know how to behave in customers' homes. ( Apparently this crew failed the " house training" course). I listened, giving him time to offer some type of apology, or a refund for the stress and the payment we had to make for the damage they caused to the AC coil. He never commented on anything other than he had a family business, and focused on himself, not us. I just listened, not wanting to be confrontational. It is sad that some businesses do not realize how much good will can be generated by a satisfied customer. Several friends asked us about our experience and we were unable to recommend this company. I worry about the "cheap fix" that was done on our AC coil. This tells me his company is worried more about saving a dollar than doing things right.Was it worth it for him to have us pay the HVAC bill and be without air conditioning for two days, and not be concerned that his crew did not know something as simple as how to remove and replace ordinary registers?

Overall the performance was good. Ducts had ~40 years of dirt in there and the cleanliness was evident when the work was over. I was a little put off by the price at first, but then saw that it tokk 2 guys over 4 hours to perform the service to my house. The only thing preventing them from getting an excellent rating was that they were in a rush to leave and some finish details were lacking (forgot to plug an inspection hole in a duct). I'd recommend again, they did a good job and lived up to their word relative to the fixed price.
