I recently moved into house and there were tons of ants and camel crickets. I called on a Friday and appointment was made for first thing on Monday morning. Cory arrived on time and I showed him the different areas where the ant where in my new house. Basically everywhere. He clearly explained how he would treat the house and that everything was safe for my dogs. Over the next couple weeks the ant and crickets slowly went away. I did have him come back one more time knowing that ant eggs hatch over a period of time and for my own comfort, I wanted one more treatment. Their service was awesome and I plan to use them in the future since I hear my neighborhood gets lots of ants.

I can't thank the folks at Tri County Pest Control for the work they have done so far. I used a "brand name" pest control service in the past and got what I thought was good service but after the first visit from Tri County, I am not using anyone else. Vicky, the office manager, was very accommodation and helpful. Great sense of humor and certainly the most personable individual I've encountered in quite a while. The technicians were equally as friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing and why. So far, they have come on two occasions. I recommend them to all!

When I called to schedule an appointment, Allie was very helpful and knowledgeable about their services. I let her know my availability and she called me back within half an hour with an appointment time. The day of the appointment, Corey arrived on time and ready to go, even though it was early. I pointed him to the nest and he dispatched it efficiently and effectively. Afterwards, he took the time to go through the invoice with me to make sure I understood everything. He even shared some tips for removing the residue that hornets' nests leave behind. My experience with Tri-County has been excellent, and the next time I need their services, I will call them again without a moment's hesitation.

I recently had to call a pest control company for a problem I was having with a bee nest up under the siding on my house. After checking with Angies' list, I choose Tri-County Pest Control in Aston, PA to help me out and what a GREAT choice that was. Their technician Corey came out, took a look at the problem and set up a plan of action. He explained each step in detail, what each product that he used would do to the nest and how Yellow Jackets would repond to the treatment. He told me that there might be a few flying around up to 48 hours after the treatment since they were not at home when the nest was treated.After about 24 hours, we saw no more Jellow Jackets. Corey did an outstanding job, charge a very fair price and now I have a new company that I will call the next time I need their services. A very happy customer. Thank you TriCounty.

The technician was prompt and efficient. Inspected outside of house and basement. Was very honest. He explained that the damage was actually a water problem and not pest related at all. Would not hesitate to hire again for a suspected problem or routine inspection.

Cory, the service technician arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Set traps both inside and outside our home. We have had no recurrence of problem. I would highly recommend this company.

I first messaged Tri-County Pest Control and received a prompt response. It was very easy scheduling the appointment with Vicki. On the day of the appointment Corey arrived to the house on time. He was really professional and friendly and explained everything that he is doing. He sprayed interior and exterior of the house and laid down some glue traps. I called Vicki back a few days later to set up a quarterly service.

Prompt response from company and very professional and friendly. Cost of service requested was just too high. My home was experiencing an over abundance of tiny ants which had become a problem for many homes in our area. In the end, my husband ended up getting a spray from Lowes and sprayed the house himself which was very effective. I'm happy I didn't spend the unnecessary money. I had also called other exterminators in the area whose quotes were comparable to Tri-County Pest. I felt the exterminators, in general, were taking advantage of this ant outbreak to overcharge for service.

Was told appointment between 11 and 1 PM called prior to appointment and showed up on time at noon. He went over our house with us in a quick convenient way. Did the whole job in about an hour with no up charge got Angie's List discount. Eric did a clean and complete job I would recommend their service.

Every thing went fine. Arrived on time

Fleas are gone. Have not seen any rodents. We still get some ants & crickets in the sunroom that faces the back yard. Called them and asked about this; they recommended that I buy product called Terro sold at hardware stores. For the price, I had hoped that all pests would be eliminated. The Terro did work.

Cory spent about 1-1/2 hours at our home. He sprayed the porch & foundation for carpenter ants. I removed wood trim & ceiling panels from our porch allowing Cory to spray area where the carpenter ants were nesting.

Jeff and Adam were very helpful and made some suggestions to prevent mice and also bats form entering the house. They also made suggestions to help with carpenter bees. I would recommend them.

Technicians Jeff and Cory arrived on time, did the required work in a congenial and professional way. They even thanked me for my business. First time anyone actually appreciated my business.

I was very impressed with various aspects of this service call. Jeff arrived on time and explained what he saw, educated me on some difference to look for in the future, and sprayed as needed in the impacted areas. Jeff also provided me with instructions on when my dogs could be in the sprayed area without getting ill. He also walked around the house and provided suggestions on minor changes I could make to better prevent various types of insect problems in the future. How's that - a pet control company who looks to prevent pest issues in the future (and not requiring a service call!) I will use Tri County Pest Control in the future for issues due to their professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work.

The whole experience was great. It was easy to set up an appointment and they called me with enough lead time to get home for the service. The technician was very helpful and informative.

They showed up when they promised, did what they had to do, and solved our problem. I'd use them again, but do not remember how much they charged us for the service call.

They told me that they didn't need to come out for it, and told me how to do it myself. They were very helpful.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a good job. The job was completed within the time frame they had given me and we haven't seen a termite since.

They were able to schedule me quickly, performed a thorough service using a variety of traps, sprays both internal and external. The problem went away immediately. No problem for the pets. I just rescheduled again for this year's treatment.
