Technician was through and offered lots of suggestions. So far seen very few ants since his visit.

They were very busy but they fit us in anyway. Responsive, on time, professional.

Corey did a great job. He was friendly and shared a lot of good information about the pesky little bugs. Corey worked hard to find the nest of ants, and I have seen only a couple staggering around the floor since the treatment earlier this week. If there's a follow-up invasion -- which I'm not expecting but you never know -- I can call Tri-County Pest Control, and they'll come back for a second treatment. I would definitely recommend them.

It went great! They responded to me so quickly and were so great with communication and the gentleman that came to get rid of the nests was so nice and helpful.

The work was scheduled quickly, and the individual who did the work really knew what he was doing. We are very pleased. He came during the daytime and was able to kill the hornets and remove the nest in about an hour.

The service tech was very professional and was on time. He informed me of a potential problem with squirrels in the crawl space. We are a bit far for them so I was told that I would have to schedule with advance notice and it would be difficult if I had a problem that needed immediate attention.

I initially heard sounds ~noon on Saturday, 12/24; I called shortly thereafter and owner Jim returned my call promptly, but said that I needed to speak to his office manager on Tuesday (day after legally observed Christmas holiday on Tuesday, 12/26) and that no one would be available for an inspection on my next available day on Saturday, 12/31 - normal hours til 1:00 on Saturdays, but closed for New Year's Eve day. I did call the office on 12/26. This company does offer 10% senior discount (or Angie's List $35 off initial service), but I was not clear about pricing. I did not follow up further.

Corey, a representative form Tri-County came out very early in the morning and even though the animal problem seemed to have resolved itself (animal died), Corey took the time to go around and make sure things were okay and also set traps just in case of a follow-up incident. He also spent time discussing with me what could have happened and why.

Went great..on time, knowledgeable, professional.

They seemed like they knew what they were doing. Answered lots of questions. Took time to do things correctly. Michael was very knowledgeable. He tried to get to all nooks and crannies in and outside of my house. Time will tell of success but I have been pleased after only two weeks.

Tri County seemed to go out of their way to address any source for ants. They opened cabinets, treated inside cabinet under the sink. Got under base cabinets and dishwasher and checked around sink in detail. The tech even went outside, crawled under the deck and sprayed along the house below windows and sliding door (in addition to laying gel).

Cory arrive on time. Very pleasant service tech. Showed him the areas of concern and where we had seen the infiltration. He did a thorough job and explained what he did. He was asked to check out a spot on the exterior (through a window - we live in a ranch) he had no issues taking care of that. As ALWAYS the Tri County Pest techs do a great job! Have recommended them to all our fiends, even my boss! Call them you will not regret it!

Corey and Paul arrived during the time frame scheduled which was appreciated. Politely introduced themselves. Put on shoe booties before entering residence, once inside they asked questions regarding areas where we saw ants. Asked additional questions to clarify areas we were concerned about. Made a quick inspection then both went on a more thorough whole house inspection. Discovered issues with mice as well and offered solutions. Provided details. Worked professionally - provided explanations throughout visit. Offered options for additional visits and removals if the problems became more intense. Great job!

Fantastic. The agent (Jeff) arrived at the house at exactly the promised time. I had captured a couple of the ants live so he could determine whether or not they were carpenter ants. Turned out that were not. Jeff asked what else I wanted him to do. Having no other pest problems, we didn't really need any treatments, so I told him we didn't need anything else done. He said that was fine, and there would be NO CHARGE. This is the first time we've used Tri-County, but I can assure you that if we have a pest problem in the future, this is the company we'll call, and if friends/neighbors ask for references, they will be #1 on our list. This is a HIGHLY professional company.

The agent arrived on time and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. All spring, we had been bombarded by angry bees every time we ventured onto the front porch. He took quite a while to spray into all the carpenter bee holes in our roof line and even sprayed a barrier of poison under the roof line to discourage future carpenter bees. It has been almost 2 months and we have not had a single carpenter bee. We found the process to be easy and convenient. I realize the bees may attempt to build new homes in our roof next year. I will not hesitate to call Tri County if this happens again. I would highly recommend this company for any carpenter bees problems.

The ladies who answer the phone are awesome. They gave us so much detailed information about the process and we're very accommodating with scheduling. The technicians were just as awesome and informative. I would recommend.

I called Tri County for removal of a bee hive at the highest point of the house. They provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The Admin I spoke with when I made the initial call was very polite and informative. She provided an exact time when the tech would arrive and a cost estimate which was exact. The Techs that arrived were thorough and efficient. I am very pleased with their exceptional service and would definitely recommend them to others.

I noticed Yellow Jackets were coming in and out of my basement window-well area. I am allergic to Bee stings so I needed them removed promptly. I called TRI -County Pest Control at Mid Day and I was fortunate that they were able to have a person come by that afternoon. Eric showed up within a couple of hours, put on his bee suit, and got up much closer to the nest than I would have been able to get and was able to treat the nest. He was very professional. He checked out all possibilities inside and outside of where they could exist. I dealt with Allie on the phone and she was very polite and explained potential costs involved before sending Eric over. I would recommend using this company for Pest Control.

I called the company and they treated my situation as an emergency. The owner was able to come out immediately to take care of the bees. He was professional, very knowledgeable and resolved the problem at a lower cost than the many other estimates I received.

Our shed has an overhang onto our back porch that is only about a foot off the ground so it was difficult to see the holes that the carpenter bees were using. The first exterminator came out and dusted under the overhang but could not see the holes to fill them. He did look around the house and found a few other holes nearby I did not know the bees were in and treated those. He told me that the dusting would last for the year and there were bees languishing on the ground from the dust near the holes. A few days later it was obvious that the dusting didn't work and the boring (as evidenced by sawdust under the same overhang) was continuing. I called Tri-County and they came the same day this time with a mirror to see where the holes were. Corey from Tri- County treated the holes directly this time and we have not seen any evidence of boring since. I was not charged for the second viist.

Just before Labor Day, we found a nest of yellow jackets while mowing the lawn. We were going out-of-town for the Holiday weekend, so I explained the location over the phone to a staff member. Jim showed up and treated a nest, but it wasn't the one we had found. He came back a second time and treated the nest we found at no additional cost (even though we originally used a discount coupon). Jim and his staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The response time was wonderful, especially considering it was just before a Holiday weekend. I would definitely use Tri-County Pest Control again.

We had sold a home that had been occupied by our family for 58 years. During that time no one had entered the attic. The home inspector discovered a massive amount of bird nesting material in the attic that had probably been accumulating for a very long period of time. Prior to closing we needed to have the material removed and the attic decontaminated. We found Tri County on Angie's List and gave them a call. We called spoke with Vicki and explained the situation and also forwarded a picture. Since we were out of town at the time they were able to give us an estimate over the phone. They actually researched the house on Zillow.com and were able to get a better understanding of the layout of the house, attic and gable. Within 5 days of speaking with them the job was completed at the cost they quoted. Vicki was our contact with the company and was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgable and responded in a timely manner. Tri County was prompt and professional and completed the job at a very fair price. We would not hesitate calling them again.
