Swingset Man

Russel was prompt, responsive, courteous, and professional. He arrived promptly at 7am as scheduled and worked non-stop in the summer heat to complete the project in approximately 5.5 hours, which was amazing (picture of finished project attached). I would highly recommend Russel and suggest booking him early in advance.

Russ did a great job bringing our swingset back to life after some storm damage. Would highly recommend him for any repair or installation. Very professional, responsive to my emails, and food quality work.

Russel the swing set man was awesome. He scheduled with me a month in advance and showed up shortly after 7am on installation day. Some parts of our playset were still at the front curb of our driveway from delivery and he carried everything to the backyard and up the hill to the site location, then got to work. I had to go to work for the day. He texted me completed pictures at 12:30pm, wow I don’t have any idea how he puts these things together by himself but he obviously knows what he’s doing. My daughter has been using her set for a month now and everything has been terrific. Great assembly and well worth the reasonable price Russel charges.

Russ does amazing work. He is the consummate professional who goes above and beyond all my expectations. He is reliable and extremely efficient as what he does. Russel did a great job! Russ put together a Gorilla Mountaineer play set in just under 7 hours, by himself! He didn't take any short cuts, his work quality is phenomenal. Worth every penny!

Showed up on time. Very methodical in their approach to the install. Outstanding attention to detail. Playset is level, all boards line up nice and pretty. They did a fantastic job! Excellent across the board-he was punctual despite coming from out of town and incredibly efficient. A perfect/high quality job in shocking time and came with everything he needed. Knowledgeable and provided valuable suggestions for setup and maintenance. Confirmed location with us as he set up. The swing set was installed and ready for use immediately. Extremely pleased with the service! He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Sooooo happy he was willing to make the long drive to Virginia! Really did a great job addressing our concerns about the incline of the yard and he even devised a way to add monkey bars to the set. He also managed to squeeze us in right before Easter so that the children could play on it. As expected, the swingset was a huge hit! Nothing but great things to say about the service. Was scared that the weather we had that week would delay the installation, but he arrived on time and knocked out the installation earlier than expected. We will definitely use him again if we move to another location!

Russ did an amazing job. He put together our play set (Gorilla II with Monkey bar) in 4 hours ! Our backyard is not quite flat. He adjusted the playset and saved us thousands of $ from flattening the Backyard.

Russell is a genius with swing sets! I hired Russell for a move a year ago and hired him again for our recent move. During both jobs, he cared for the swing set as if his own were going to play on it. He fixed what he felt was unsafe and ensured his work was completed with full satisfaction. He is quick and punctual as well as polite and professional. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I will hire Russell again!!!

Russel's professionalism and competence exceeded by far my expectations. He arrived right on time at our house, got to work right away, hauled all the parts from the garage to the backyard and worked hard without interruption until the job was done. Russel specializes in swing set assembly, he is very familiar with all the parts, and that makes the assembly much faster. While looking from my widow I was amazed to see how hard he was working and how fast the job was progressing. The play system was completely and properly assembled in one morning, super-fast, considering the size of the set and all the parts that needed to be put together. The price was excellent, the quality of work outstanding and the peace of mind that the work was done properly and the swing set was safely assembled invaluable.

Gary was fantastic. He arrived on time and promptly went to work. He explained all the options for placement with me and helped me decide on the best location. I am amazed how quickly he was able to put our Gorilla playset together. It would have taken my husband forever! It looks great and the kids love it. Highly recommend.

They did fantastic work on a very tedious installation. I was amazed at the size of the shipment and the the amount of hardware and parts involved in assembling this swing set. Gary did a great job attending to every single detail, from leveling the installation and adding extra stakes to ensure it was properly stabilized. The work was completed with a focus on what was best for the customer, not what was easiest. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Prompt scheduling, great workmanship and very reasonable price

Great. He came out on Labor Day and made the adjustments.. He stayed while my son tried it out and made sure it was safe. The amazing thing is he would not accept payment. What a great guy and neighbor.

It was quick and flawless. Our children are so happy to still have their swing set! Swingset Man installed our swing set when we first bought out set five years ago and just last week for our move to our new house. I would use him again and recommend him to others. He is professional, was accommodating to our time frame and did an excellent job!

Based on other reviews I imagine that this guy's work would have been good if he had carried out the job. Unfortunately I found him to be a huge let down. I first contacted him early April and scheduled his first offered available date of 6th June. The day before the relocation, I contacted him to check that all was on schedule. Hhe replied that due to the weather forecast he would have to reschedule. With hindsight I think that he had forgotten about the relocation and that the weather was an excuse. It wasn't that bad. I followed up for a reschedule date with no reply. How house went into attorney review and we were left with no option but to disassemble the swing set ourselves. it is now in bits! His excuse was that he had my phone number on a post-it note that he lost, yet all our communication was by email. I think that maybe he never wanted the business, but should have said that up front. That way I could have scheduled one of the other contractors that I had contacted.

I contacted Russel Huber who is the Founder/Owner of the business for the assembly of a swing set. He was very professional and friendly in all our correspondence. His team led by Brian arrived on time in the morning and by late afternoon the kids were out on the swings. Brian even compiled all the leftover garbage into a neat box for easy disposal. This was a very pleasant experience for us and we would highly recommend the Swing Set Man for anyone looking for similar services. I should mention that the Swing Set Man is fairly booked (we had to wait approx. 1 month). I wasn't surprised: it has been our experience that good service folk tend to be very busy. So if you're in the market, I recommend giving Russel a call as soon as possible.
