Swingset Man

Went great, but my swingset was missing pieces. And I purchased it myself. Russell went above and beyond to order the parts from gorilla company for me. He didnt have to but he did and it was greatly appreciated! He didnt have to do that since I bought myself!

Russel's service was exceptional. I knew I would have to wait for installation (scheduled 1.5 months in advanced) because it was busy season but it was worth the wait. I feel confident in Russel ability to build our set up to safety standards. I did a lot of research on companies and businesses in the area. Russell was great with communication. He responded to all of my emails within 24 hours. He gave me great feedback on his opinion of different sets I sent him to review. He arrived promptly on installation day and sent me updates throughout the day. His price was more than fair. Hiring a professional is the way to go!

He did a great job!! We had many changes with picking out the right set and he was very helpful as well. This man knows what he is doing was a blessing to do business with. I would defiantly recommend to anyone.

Russ was great to work with and we are so happy with the job that he did assembling our new playset. He took the time to insure that everything was very level and really safe. He made it look easy and was worth every penny. We highly recommend hiring him to take care of you projects!

Good job. He answered my many questions. He did a few custom things for us like leveling our yard a bit for the playset and customizing it to fit our yard. He did all the extras at a reasonable price.

Russel told us the night before he was going to be at our house between 7 and 7:30 in the morning. Wow, he hit the mark. He immediately started work on our playset. He meticulously setup the pieces on our yard in an organized manner and started to get to work. So, what would have probably taken us days to do he finished in a matter of hours. He was fast and assembled everything to specification if not more....he anchored the playset in more places than required by the manufacturer as he said he doesn't like taking chances. Overall he did an amazing job and we highly recommend him.

Extremely satisfied. Russel was very responsive over email when scheduling the installation and charged a very fair price. Gary arrived on time and had the swing set built and leveled within 4 hours. I was at work while he was there, and he kept me updated by texting me pictures throughout the process. When he was done, he even crushed and folded up the cardboard boxes the set came in so they could go right out to the curb for recycling.

Russel did an amazing job! I now know why he is called the Swing Set Man! Definitely recommended for setting up a play set. He was responsive to all my questions and was very professional on the job. Russel did an amazing job! He arrived right on time at 7:30 am and got to work. Within half an hour he had his whole set up out, boxes unpacked and was assembling hardware. He leveled our area for the set and was completely finished a medium size set in 6 hours. I don't know how he did it by himself but it was worth every penny to save us from the hassle of figuring it out ourselves. He was a very kind man and a pleasure to have to our home. I would definitely hire him again or recommend him to others.

Russel was fantastic to work with to move our swing set from our old home to our new home. He was responsive over email, scheduled a date months in advance, knew the set based on the a picture when I couldn't remember the model, knew the dimensions, and even visited the new property in advance to ensure that the set would fit and where the best placement would be. A recent wind storm knocked our playset over, so I contacted Swing Set Man to get an estimate for repair. Russel was very professional and was able to swing by the house while we were at work to take a look. He not only contacted the manufacturer directly to get replacement parts, but also fixed the playset so that it is sturdier than the initial install was. I'm surprised the price wasn't higher, I only wish I had contacted him for the initial install.

We could not recommend Russel more highly. Honestly, we were probably some of his worst customers, because we had to reschedule with him many times, mostly because of delays in the delivery of the swing set we hired him to assemble. Through it all (and even when a delay was 100 percent our fault) Russel was understanding and professional. He is very responsive to emails. He shows up on time. He had assembled our swing set model, the Blue Ridge Chateau II (and I am sure many others), so many times that it was a piece of cake him, and he even added additional stakes and support where, based on his extensive experience, he knows they are needed. We would hire Russel again in a heartbeat.

Russ did a fantastic job installing our Gorilla Navigator Playset, including ground leveling, at a very reasonable price! He amazingly completed the task within 4 hours, which would have taken me 1-2 days (I’m fit, capable, and have the right tools). My kids love it, and it makes our house more homey.

Russell was an absolute professional with very reasonable rates! From his courtesy, to his well organized build area, Russell did a fantastic job. He replied promptly to my emails, arrived on time, gave advice on how to maintain the swing set and how to finish the play area around the swing set and if that wasn't enough, he even helped me clean up the area before leaving. He's hands down the only person I would call to build another complex swing set! Thanks again Russell!

Russell showed up early and was very efficient. He was glad to answer any questions regarding playset maintenance and providing tips, which was more than he had to do.

We found him through Gorilla's website and before we contracted him for any work, he answered several questions for me and provided recommendations. When the shipment of our playset was damaged by the carrier, we needed to reschedule the installation date that had been locked in for weeks. Russel was very understanding and didn't charge us any additional fees, despite a possibly lost day of work for him since we cancelled quite late. On the morning of our installation, he was prompt, courteous and arrived with all of the tools and work surfaces needed, requiring nothing additional from us. He left the work area very clean when he was finished. I would definitely recommend him!

I would HIGHLY recommend!! Not only did our Swingset come out BEAUTIFULLY but Russel was FAST, FRIENDLY and EASY TO WORK WITH!!

Russel was punctual, cost competitive, and very friendly in person. He worked through some rain, and had to move 1000+ lbs of equipment down a steep hill on his own. Most importantly, he did a great job with the tear down and installation. I would most certainly recommend him to any others who require installation of Gorilla playgrounds.

Thanks to Russel who has made my granddaughter and niece very happy children. Russel drove 3 hours one way (PA to MD) to install a Gorilla play set for our family. He did in 5 hours by himself what we probably could not have completed in a full weekend. We had to reschedule once due to weather in my area but he kept me informed and promptly provided alternate date. I am so glad I hired Russel to move our swingset when we moved in town. He came highly recommended by a friend who had used him. He was very responsive to all emails throughout the process. I had to change the date a few times due to changes in closing date and he was always accommodating. He clearly communicated all expectations and arrived early. He performed the work quickly and efficiently. I was amazed that he was able to do the work by himself. My children and I were so happy to be able to have our swingset at our new home.
