Swingset Man

Was easy to communicate with provider over txt messages. He always prompt with his responses. Simple straightforward reasonable price was agreed upon. He relocated my kids' swing set from old house to new. Was very quick and diligent with work. He installed extra stakes in ground to ensure safety for my kids. I highly recommend this business. Amazing!

Russell was extremely professional in all dealings; answered all of my [many] questions, appeared as scheduled (actually, a bit early at my request) and got the job done in record time. Perfect - amazing repsonsiveness, helped me pick the "right" Gorilla Playset for our yard and our child. Even was able to change some things to make it fit even better in our yard. Arrived 10 minutes BEFORE his scheduled 7;30/8:30 am window, handled it all, and even moved some overhead yard lighting to fit the new playset. Awesome dude, and strongly recommend.

Arrived within specified time frame, on a very hot day. Swingset was ordered online, just needed someone to install it properly. Installed quickly and with no issues, and I now have a very happy 5 year old!

I communicated through email, setup appointment with Russel for June 8th. Brian and his assistant showed up prompt, courteous and ready to work. Brian and his assistant worked through the rain to get job completed unfortunately the dormers from gorilla playset were cut on the wrong angle so, Russel helped me work on getting the correct parts to get this completed. Gorilla Playsets customer service went back and forth with Russel and me. Anyways I received the parts 2 weeks later. I contacted Russel who was able to get Brian back out in a timely fashion to complete installing the dormers it is nice to see there are a limited few contractors that go out of there way to make sure their customers are happy Russel does this it is refreshing that someone still cares. Fantastic experience! We were able to get an install date and estimate all through Angie's list. The team was very easy to work with, very professional and they took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly. I would highly recommend using them!

He was not very responsive to emails. He had questions about the landscaping and slope of the yard. He asked for photos of the yard on 6/8 and that was the last I heard from him. I send him photos on 6/17. I understand the photos I sent were late but I was unable to to get them done due to computer issues. He never responded after that. I sent two follow up emails to make sure he received the photos but there was still no response. I understand he is busy and he is running a business without office staff, but communication is key to good customer service. I never got the quote I requested so I had to hire someone else who was more responsive. At this point, even if I got a quote, I would hesitate to hire him because these communication issues give the perception of unreliability.

He was on time, professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the installation of the swing set and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Russ was on time, described the work, allowed me to describe the placement and preferences, asked for my input during the process to ensure the set was where I wanted it, and did a completely incredible job. It looked like the set would take 8 hours to assemble; it took Russ half that time. Once completed, I tested the assembly with my adult weight, and it was solid. He also was informative about after-care (bolts, staining and sealing). Russ was courteous and professional, and came prepared with everything for the set up. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work, and I would recommend him to any of my close friends with kids/toddlers. My 4 yr old twins are going to be playing on this non-stop, which is the idea! I am very pleased with the quality and responsiveness from the company. They went above and beyond! I contacted Russ back in November 2015 to schedule a swing set installation on 12/23, in order to surprise our children for Christmas morning. As the date approached, it was clear the weather was not going to cooperate. In addition, I made arrangements for the swing set to be delivered just days before the installation date which made re-scheduling difficult. The installation was rescheduled for 12/22 but I understood that if it was raining too hard it would likely not be installed. Russ suggested a back-up date of 12/28 in case the weather was too bad. I couldn't believe it when Brian and Mo showed up early on 12/22 to install the play set. They worked non-stop for hours through the rain and installed the play set just where we wanted. It was such a wonderful surprise when our girls saw the play set for the 1st time Christmas morning. Thank you all so much for helping us make this happen!

Russ was great to work with. He responded to all my contacts and questions in a timely manner and quoted a fair price for the work and showed up on time. He put together a swing set in the time it would have taken me to get it out of the box. He was able to install the set even though the yard is very uneven terrain with many slopes and levels. He made it work. He also is able to give sound advice based on his experience. I asked if he thought the second set we wanted would fit in the awkward corner of the yard. He paced it out and looked over the measurements and said he could do it, including some landscaping to level out the area. Another company had told me they couldn't fit any of their equipment there. On the day of this scheduled installation Russ was unable to come due to an injury but sent two other installers who arrived right on time and did a great job. My grandsons now have safe expertly installed play equipment in the yard. I unhesitatingly recommend Russ and his associates if you need any play equipment installed.

The two gentlemen that assembled the playset did a fantastic job from start to finish. They showed up on time, were very professional and did a terrific job. I am so glad that I hired someone to put our playset together. I was strongly considering doing it on my own and when I realized the amount of assembly that was required it would have taken me months to do on my own. SwingSet Man is the way to go! you get more than you pay for and they are truly the experts.

Having read reviews of the swing set, I was led to believe it was a two man project that would take a day and a half. Russell showed up at our appointed time and completed the work- by himself- in under three hours. The work is meticulous- he is amazing!

He showed up early and began work right away and completed before we even got home. Everything looks put together well, and he was even able to install on a slight slope with supports. He was responsive and informative. I would use him again.

Russell arrived on time and loaded the partially broken down swing set on to a trailer, brought it around the corner and set it back up. I can't believe he did it by himself and the whole process took only about an hour and a half. Save yourself the trouble and hire these guys to do it for you in a quarter of the time!

Russ provided a quote for a swingset and shed assembly to be done on the same day. Brian and another gentleman arrived in the morning and divvy up the tasks, one worked on the swing set while the other one worked on the shed. It took almost 6 hours and it came out great. No way I could've done all that within a day! They cleaned up afterwards, even took the empty cardboard boxes right to the curb as it was trash day the next day. They didnt have to do that but it was highly appreciative. Also, one of the guys (I forget his name) had to use the bathroom and my wife doesn't like contractors coming into the house because most of them don't take their shoes off. Well this guy asked if he should take his shoes off and before I replied he did it himself. Great move on his part and my wife was very happy about that.

Russel provided a quote via email and confirmed the small slope in our land would not be an issue. Other providers were only willing to install on flat land. Russel was helpful in rescheduling the install after the supplier missed their delivery date. Brian arrived exactly on time. He setup the major pieces of the set and then called me out to confirm the exact placement. Brian finished the job in about 7 hours by himself! My daughter is very happy and has been playing on the swing set every night since!

Russel was great to deal with. We bought our swingset from Playnation and had numerous issues with delivery and missing parts/instructions which required rescheduling as well as a second visit from Russel to finish the job. As soon as we received the missing pieces, Russel was here the next morning to complete the swingset. Can't ask for better service than that. Due to Playnation's inaccurate/missing instructions, we would have never been able to construct the set ourselves without a highly experienced professional like Russel. It was money well spent!

A crew of three guys showed up on time, broke down the set into a few pieces, loaded it neatly on a trailer and dropped it off at my boyfriend's house. They were very nice, efficient and professional. They have this down to a science! I am definitely calling them in a few months, when I will need the playset moved to its final destination.

It went very well. Tino showed up during the scheduled time with two other guys. They finished the swing set in 2.5 hours. Truly amazing! If I had put it together, I would still be working on it. Well worth the money! Very professional.
