Russel and his partner arrived on time and were extremely well-organized and efficient - you could tell they are masters at building these complicated playsets. They were exceptionally professional and friendly. They were careful and focused, and super organized from start to finish. I would hire them again in a minute. We are so grateful to have had our playset safely and professionally installed - our little one will be able to enjoy it for years to come.

It went smashingly well. Russel had excellent communication during my many (undoubtedly inane!) email questions. He was prompt on the day of assembly and did a fabulous job.

It was glorious, Russel helped me find a playset on discount at BJs at the time, recommended a good model and then came out and installed it within 3 hours... maybe less. He even was able to reorient the playset to fit where I wanted it located on the playground. The man is a master of his craft and knows his job. Pay for someone to install your playset, I've had coworkers at work who new contractors and house builders that succumbed to a playset in frustration and vowed, never again.

Russ showed up on time, with an assistant and worked quickly and efficiently. One of the parts included with the set was incorrect and Russ even took it upon himself to call the company and have it shipped to me. He then sent someone to install the correct part a few days later. Great work and all around a positive experience - I highly recommend.

Russ did an excellent job, we were very pleased. I wasn't sure how things would go, we had built a gravel pad out back on our sloped yard, so it was important that the play set be set up within acceptable "buffer area" of the retaining wall. All of the parts also had to be moved from the driveway out back to the area. Russ delivered a great service, on time, as promised, at a reasonable price. He even went the extra mile to call the vendor on our behalf when a part was shipped late! Would definitely recommend Russ!

Russell was very quick to respond with a quote and the price was great. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly. He did an amazing job and the swing set is perfect. Our son loves it. I highly recommend using the swing set man. My husband and I are not handy so we would have never put it together on our own!

Swing set man is the way to go! Even though my family, friends, and neighbors are all pretty handy, it was worth every penny. Saved so much time and effort. Play set shipment is almost 600lbs and it took us 1 hour just to move it up the driveway when it was delivered. Russel is a pro - it took him 4 hours to move everything to backyard, install play set, and pack up. He even broke down boxes for easy recycling.

He did a fantastic job! He was prompt in his email communication and scheduling. He showed up on time and did a great job building our swing set. I would highly recommend him and will definitely pass his name along to any of my friends building a swing set in the future.

FANTASTIC! Understood what he was doing and gave good advice about placement. Very professional. Took only 6 hours to complete a job that probably would have taken me 2 days and many restarts.

Wonderful. He was ok time and even came out on a Saturday to perform the job. Playset is impeccably built and structurally sound. He even added supports that didnt come with the set just to be sure it was safe for my kids. A+ job.

It went great! I'm so happy with the services provided. He came as soon as I needed him on short notice. He was cheaper then Home Depot or any other services I looked into.
