Description of Work: Services provided by Edward Powell were exceptional! They arrived on time, were very accommodating, and professional as they installed a new, more efficient well pump, larger holding tank, and a pot ash system. Description of Work: Drilled a well, installed an outdoor pump, installed a line into house and to existing sprinkler system. The well work was perfection, and the sprinkler company we use say Edward Powell is the best. However, Powell's subcontractor broke a telephone line to the house, and hardscaping that had to be removed was not replaced. They wanted extra money to do that.
