Description of Work: Dave came in, looked at what we thought was mice activity, confirmed that it was, went through the floors of the house looking for anything else and potential access points, recommended/suggested where he'd like to place traps and poison given our dog, and then set everything up. He pointed out where we needed to address some potential access points and seal them off better. He was careful in placing the traps and poison and showed me where everything was so I can keep an eye on activity. He was helpful, patient, thorough, and professional. Definitely would recommend Daly to others - and have already.

Description of Work: Saw a mouse on a Monday morning. They weren't able to get to us until Thu, but they once again did a thorough job and coming up with a plan through the month. Second time we used them. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Checked the home for evidence of mice; did not find any. Set traps. Sprayed for roaches. Fun stuff! Mr. Daly is excellent at his job, though. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Daly has been to my house twice now for mice and termites. While we were not happy about the situation, the guys at Daly were quick to respond and to come up with solutions that worked for us and the animals in our home. This company is small, but they are willing to go to great lengths to make sure that your pest issue is resolved.

Description of Work: We had some yellow jackets in our attic, and he got rid of them with one treatment. They have not returned (knock on wood [pun intended]). He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. I thought his charge was quite reasonable. If we have further troubles I would certainly contact him first.

Description of Work: We had a severe sugar ant infestation, primarily outside the house. We had the problem treated three times by other exterminators, but the ants came right back, in greater numbers. Nothing seemed to work. Jim Daly arrived on time for his scheduled appointment to review the problem. He was thorough in his examination of our property, detailed how he would treat the problem, and proceeded to do so, including sending an associate back three days later to complete the work. Two weeks later the ants are gone for the first time this summer. Jim was professional and polite, and he got the job done at a reasonable fee.

Description of Work: We have used Daly several times for jobs at our older Victorian home in South Wayne. Termite inspection at time of home purchase, addressing an ant issue and most recently for a termite / rodent inspection. Unlike other providers who wanted to jump right to selling us unneceessary (and very expensive) services and maintenance programs, Jim Daly spent the time explaining the conditions he found and his recommendations. Low pressure. Very easy to schedule appointments. Provided follow-up correspondence exactly as promised. On time - actually early - each time we used him. Very reasonably priced. I recommend him to anyone who asks. Plus great beard stories...and fly swatter advertising.

Description of Work: Identified the source of where ants were coming from. Treated outside, windows and laid traps. Joe was very nice and knowledgable. Even listed to all my pest ramblings. Inquired about quietly service and was completely no pressure about it. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: There were squirrels that got into a vacant house through the roof and broke through the living quarters. Daley was very responsive; returning on several occasions to set traps and resolved the issue.

Description of Work: I had (flying squirrel)in the roof of my house. They found the opening and |installed a one way door. this way the squirrels could go out and could not |get in. I did use them again, thank you Angie's list. My son and daughter |paid for it.

Description of Work: Have used them twice. In September 2013 to remove a hornet's nest, and earlier to deal with moths. Both times I was very happy with their services. Setting up an appointment was easy, they were punctual and professional. The price was fair.
