My neighbor had Angie's List. I called them and made an appt. He came when he said he would. It was very thorough, answered my questions and gave me advice.

He came on time. He explained everything to me. He sprayed the entire house and gave special attention to the bathroom because of the water bugs.

Very well. On time, on budget, thorough, professional, and asked if there was anything else that I needed.

Jim did an outstanding job. He arrived on time in an uniform with a clearly marked truck. He explained the process thoroughly and immediately set the traps. He provided valuable education to us, and explained that when a squirrel was trapped that we should him immediately--24 hours a day. He was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough and he will be our exterminator of choice should we have a problem again.

It went really well and we have not seen another moth. He stated that he guaranteed the service for 4 weeks after the job to make sure that all the moths were gone. I appreciated that.

His price was reasonable and he was very nice. He came when he said he would and got rid of the crickets!

Jim answered my message promptly and arrived on time, after calling a few minutes before hand to let us know he was on his way. He was very careful to make sure he was providing the proper treatment and was very conscientious. I thought he did a great job and would definitely call him back (although I hope I don't have to!).

What a professional and pleasant person. I called him 9:00 PM. On a Thursday and he was ready to come early that Saturday morning (we couldn't do it). But he came promptly the following week exactly when he said he'd be there, spent 45 minutes going all through the house looking for the signs of the mice and explaining to us the steps he was taking. He left us extra traps as well. Our situation was not due to bad sanitation (and I breathed a sigh of relief), but due to it being a very old house, in which mice have lived for years. We haven't seen either a corpse or a live one since, but they probably will return, and we know exactly who to call. Jim's rates are very reasonable as well.

Jim returned my initial call within the hour, and accommodated my schedule to come over to the house. At 10 minutes to the scheduled time, he called again to confirm his arrival, and arrived right when he said he would. As to the exterminating, all of the work was exterior, and Jim clearly had experience in identifying and correcting the problem the first time out. His costs were fair and very close to his estimate. He was in and out in a bit under an hour.

Excellent. He is very personable and flexible, arriving after I got home from work at 7PM. He talked me through the whole process and was extremely knowledgeable.

It's not a pretty process, but Jim was gracious, patient and gentle with my tenants. I expect the treatment to be effective, it's too soon to tell now (he just came this morning).

Jim was very kind and understanding when I told him we had 7 cats that would be affected by the pest control. He took into account the safety of our many cats and didn't laugh at me.

There was a time pressure, and he responded to our calls immediately, and came out the next evening after having put in a 10-hour day. Jim was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, suggested tree trimming to help avoid future problems, and came the next day to treat the entire perimeter. We forgot to give him our $15-off coupon and had already paid the bill. I phoned and left a message, and immediately, we got the refund check in the mail. THIS COMPANY IS EXACTLY THE TYPE OF SERVICE YOU WANT, BUT RARELY GET ANYMORE; PROFESSIONAL, FAIRLY-PRICED, AND EXPERT SERVICE.

Jim returned my call the same night and was out the following morning. Jim put out some traps and inspected for signs of recent mouse activity (it would have been nice if he spent some more time doing this though). Overall, we were very pleased by the quick reply and the fair price.

Jim Daly returned my telephone call promptly, scheduled an appointment with me the same day, and arrived exactly on time. He did a thorough inspection of my home and supplied me with moth traps at no additional charge. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous.

It went great, he came back and reset the traps and sprayed for bugs since I went with a yearly contract.

Excellent experience. One of the few service providers we have used that is ALWAYS here when he says he will be here. He calls to remind us when we are do for our next treatment. Very friendly and helpful. We just renewed our yearly contract with him.
