I can't say enough about what an amazing job Gloria and Jennifer did. I am a single guy and don't know that I have ever seen my place so clean. I've read a few reviews with people complaining about what I view as superficial issues (I love the rose made out of toilet paper!) and am amazed that people have been have been anything but blown away by the service provided. I've purchased other Groupon and Living Social type discount deals to try out housekeeping providers and have not been terribly impressed until yesterday. I will happily continue to use this provider, and encourage anyone reading this to give them a shot. I'm typing this while looking around my immaculate place and remain amazed at how clean it is. If you don't like the service provided by this company, you aren't someone who is able to be pleased by anyone. Thanks again!

They were only fair. The two women who came, came late. I think they forgot. They were supposed to be at my house at 8, I called them at 9 and they had forgotten so I was not really pleased. They did a fair job.

This was their second time in my home. The 2 ladies went directly to work and did a very good job. My home had been neglected because of illness, etc. and I want to get it back in order. They are efficient workers. I will be continuing to use their services and hope to have them keep my home in order or a regular basis. The young women that cleaned are very job focused, polite and efficient. They are efficient and get right to work.

Bought this for my wifes birthday. we didnt realize our house was as dirty as it was untill they cleaned.

Arrived a few minutes late, but no problem there. Went to work. Two women, each taking an area . They did a good job, but not quite "A" grade work. After they left, found areas in finished basement that weren't dusted. Looked like they did a quick dusting of some shelves, top of TV, etc. without moving anything. Would consider using them again, but would check each area before they left to make sure they did a thorough job.

They showed up on time and were very pleasant. Worked until the job was finished which took a little longer than I paid for but they didn't charge me anything else. Very happy with their performance.

They are very punctual, very professional and do an excellent job. I'm a picky cleaner myself, and hiring cleaners was a treat for myself-- they have far exceeded my expectations. I will be using them on a regular basis.

I have been using Gloria's Cleaning for over 4 years. When I moved away briefly I truly missed having them. No one cleans and treats a home with as much respect as Gloria and her crew. They are the most professional and trustworthy individuals and have access to my home even when I am not there; I never have to worry. Being a busy working mother of two (very messy children) and having a husband who works a lot of hours, Gloria's cleaning has been a true blessing. They take the time to clean and neaten up toys, books, and clutter, something that most cleaning ladies would never tackle. We all love coming home on days when Gloria has been there because we feel like we've walked into a new house! The children especially love seeing roses made on the toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, very resort-like. I am continuously amazed at how shiny and clean my house looks every time Gloria is there. They clean my house about three years and there service is excellent I have no complaints with them I'm really happy Gloria and her daughter Jennifer are people you can trust are very professional in their work!! communication with them is magnified...
