Gloria's Cleaning

Never showed, never called or communicated. I called her and she said not coming. I said never again. I used her service twice before, once she said the floor was too greasy and refused to clean it, so I cleaned it with dawn, the other time it was just adequate. Never will use again.

Gloria and her niece did and AWESOME job!! I communicated with her daughter to set-up the appointment and that was all handled in a timely manner. They showed up on time and everything looked fabulous after they left!

I made arrangements for cleaning of my home from Gloria's starting the process at the end of March. Gloria's daughter contacted me to come give me an estimate. The day she was to come I waited at home and she didn't show up. I contacted her at the end of the day and she told me she had car issues and was sorry that she couldn't get there. I gave the benefit of a doubt and reset to have her come again a couple days later. That day came and I received a call that she had been to our house but we weren't there. I told her that I was sitting in the family room with the front door open and would have seen anyone come to the door and no one had been there but had waited. After further discussion she said she had gone to a totally different address that was 45 minutes away and she had another appointment to go to so she couldn't come now and give me an estimate. She told me they had a special for the first cleaning and encouraged me to sign-up for that and they would give me a regular pricing after the first cleaning. I held off for a couple days and then contacted her back and we agreed for cleaning today (Monday, April 17th). I called around lunch time to find out when she was arriving. She was flustered and said we had never agreed on a time but she felt she could still make it at 3. She asked if she could come at 3:30 to which I agreed. To make a long story short 3:00 comes and goes and 3:30 comes and goes and I get a txt message from her indicating that she and her sister were coming and that her sister had been rear ended and they wouldn't be here. I don't want to sound like a heartless jerk and I'm sorry if there really was an accident but each time she was supposed to be here there was some sort of excuse. I'm done with Gloria's cleaning.

It went AMAZING! They were on time, quick, and very good at what they do! They cleaned the house quickly and they were so good I'm keeping them to clean the house bi-weekly. They even folded my kleenex into flowers and folded my toilet paper ends into diamonds! They were so great!

Fantastic job cleaning - I'd say the kitchen looks like we just moved in! They did miss our start time, though we got it sorted out and they came out later.

They did an excellent job. 2 woman team that did the work, friendly, listen to what we wanted and did a wonderful job. We hired them to do our house cleaning regularly because of our experience with them.

The first cleaning was great. It was a "deep cleaning" special and it was fantastic. I have used their service several times since but the cleanings haven't been a deep clean. I would suggest scheduling a week or more out and confirming. I missed a scheduled cleaning when I had house guests coming because of their overbooking. But I feel very comfortable with them in my house and everything looks great when they are done.

Gloria's daughter Jennifer and another woman did the cleaning. My husband was home and when I got home I was very pleased. The house smelled clean and looked great.

Pretty good. Showed up early and got to work. Communication was a little tough with anyone other than the "foreperson" and some items were thrown out of the fridge that should not have been (such as an empty reusable soda stream bottle, for example). I would use again but would be firmer in my instructions.

They worked hard and did a great job. Something in my home was broken and I did not know how it happened. I called them before finding out who did it and they offered to pay for damages even though they were not responsible. When i found out who did it I felt terrible. They are awesome.

As soon as I submitted an inquiry I had a response within minutes, they booked within one day, showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule and cleaned the house to perfection. My house has never been so clean and smelled so lovely. There were two girls, one named Jennifer (I didn't get the other name - sorry!) and they were both sweet and professional. They were such a joy to have in my home. I know sometimes it can be uncomfortable being home and having "strangers" in your house, but it was not uncomfortable and they were completely professional and trustworthy. If my house doesn't sell quickly, I will absolutely have them back. I almost wish I wasn't moving because they would be my team for life.
