Description of Work: Gloria and her daughters did such high a great job cleaning our large house (with the mess of 3 kids) that we have asked them to come clean every week as our regular cleaners. Very reasonable price, responsive, and trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: I left two messages. Actually was talking on the telephone with them about giving me an estimate and they hung up and never called back...I an DONE .

Description of Work: Very thorough and hard-working cleaners. I gave them B in professionalism because they lost track of time (we had let them know when they need to be done by) and spent too much time upstairs so the downstairs barely got done. Also, they cleaned areas they were asked to leave alone. Not major negatives, but it reduced the effectiveness of the whole-house-clean deal. |Of course, I will use them again because Gloria is really nice and responsive and the cleaners are very thorough - they'll just need some additional guidance.

Description of Work: I provided a detailed written list of what I wanted cleaned. The house was completely fresh painted and recently cleaned. There was minimal furniture - nothing on the walls and no knick knack for decorations of any kind. Appliances were clean. I did ask for the top of the dryer to be wiped, it wasn't. The main things requested were the lighting fixtures, doors, and window sills need wiped. They did a few. Nothing needed "cleaned" as much as wiped. There was no heavy dirt. I have 9 rental units and I've cleaned the majority of them myself - this was not a $159 job I received. They were an hour late arriving which was fine, but I'm guessing they left on their original planned quitting time. The house was vacant so I don't know how long they were there.

Description of Work: They did a good job however excellent the cleaning was, I felt they did an "over-kill" to use up the last half hour. of 8 hours allotted between the 3. primary and with 2 youngster helpers (communication/language was a bit strained.)

Description of Work: Cleaned three bathrooms, the kitchen, entryway, vacuumed and cleaned wood and tile floors. The girls were very pleasant.

Description of Work: Nothing. They never showed up. Twenty minutes later, I called this provider and she said she didnt have me on her schedule. She offered to come later today, but I refused as I have other appointments scheduled. I had not only sent an email to this provider, but also made a follow-up call to her the same day of purchase.

Description of Work: The two girls arrived 40 minutes late. They were expected at 8 am as per the email they sent me last night. They arrived at 8:40 am. Started to work at about 8:50 am. Coupon said $159 for up to 8 hours of housecleaning. At about 10:40 am the leader announced that they were done - barely 4 hours of cleaning. |I told them not to collect trash. I had already collected it. They put pretty pink plastic liners in all waste collectors - a nice touch but not necessary nor desired. Except for bathroom containers, I removed all the rest. They used over 6 feet of toilet paper to make a rose. Every tissue box (8 total) had a decoration using 2-3 pieces of tissue - this is a waste of time and material. I asked them to use a feather duster in the den - so as not to move anything. I got out a light-weight magnetic feather duster with an extendable handle. It was not done until I reminded the lead cleaner after she announced they were done. It is expected that some items may not be put back exactly in cleaning the bathrooms - It is not acceptable to rearrange them especially when the client is handicapped. I gave directions to the lead cleaner how to correctly replace the most critical items. |In vacuuming the carpet- it was just "middle of the floor". This afternoon I re vacuumed the carpet with my lightweight vacuum and collected a significant amount of dust. They spent a significant amount of time talking to each other.

Description of Work: They are super! They were conscientious and they did a good job. I'm very happy with them.
