My heat pump quit working at the end of last cooling season. It is a very old Rheem heat pump. City's technician, Rob, came out today. It quit working because the pressure was too high due to dirty coils. Rob went over the unit with me and explained very well what caused the problem, thoroughly cleaned the unit and it is now running and putting out nice cold air! I was very pleased with the service and I learned alot about my heat pump. I should note that the bill was for $ 136 but I had a $20 off coupon from their website.

They are on time. They do good work. They are clean guys; I'm not afraid of having them around my girls. They are nice, friendly guys who come when they say they are going to come.

Since it was the weekend I knew this wouldn't be cheap. Sometimes it's difficult to find someone that will even come out. I had called 2 other HVAC companies before City. Both felt the blower was probably shot based on my description. One told me that since it was an off brand he probably wouldn't be able to get the blower until Monday anyway. The other said he could get it but because it was Saturday night the cost would approach $800. Then I called City. They sent Paul out. He got there before I did and already figured out that it was an emergency breaker inside the furnace caused by the furnace filter the tenant hadn't changed in a LONG time. Replaced the filter and tested. Everything was fine.

They're very professional! The gentleman that came to see me he clean's up after himself. He wears the little booties. They're very upfront with the services they provide. And explain what could possibly happen. And they give you options. I appreciate their professionalism! They've always done a good job for me. I do call them to come out and they come right out. They're my go to plummer! They're just terrific! I would recommend them to friends and family.

My regular plumber was tied up, so I called City Plumbing after reading their reviews from other customers on this site. The gas company had been called by my tenant and reported a gas leak. As a result, the gas company had locked the meter and my tenant was now without heat. When I called I was pleasantly surprise to get a real live person on the phone - I'm not used to that. She forwarded me directly to the owner of the company to discuss my issue. Paul explained how his company works and what's involved with gas leaks. He scheduled a site visit for the very next morning. City Plumbing sent Bob out first thing in the morning to assist with the problem. In 2 short hours, Bob had installed a second meter shutoff valve required by the gas company, performed the required pressurization test of the gas lines and checked all gas lines for obvious issues. Luckily, the existing gas lines passed the test and did not require any repairs. City Plumbing immediately contacted the gas company to lobby them to get a service tech back out to our location to unlock the gas meter. After just a few hours the gas company came and turned the gas back on and Bob met me again at the property to relight all the appliances. He helped to diagnose the original gas leak with the stove and even thoroughly cleaned the furnace which has some carbon build up on the thermocouple. I couldn't be happer with the service I recieved from city plumbing. They are very honest and professional and show genuine concern for their customers. I will gladly be using their services again in the future and would certainly recommend them to a friend or family member.

Wonderful experience! arrived on time, located problem promptly and proceeded to do repair (replacement). This person was gracious informative and I will not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.

I'm definitely happy. He did a good job and was very knowledgeable.

They came out right away that day. He fixed everything. He had to work extra hard because he it was so clogged up. He had take a lot of extra steps and go through my basement floor to get to the trap because I have two traps. He was able to get the clog dislodged and repaid the concrete floor. He did a wonderful job because that was what I needed and needed it done quickly. He was very responsive and very professional. He cleans up after himself and does an excellent job. Every time I have had him to my house he has been able to fix my plumbing problems.

They know what they are doing. They get the job done. They are nice to work with.

It went fine overall. They come when you call them and do the work. They don't fuss around. They are quick and efficient. They also took out our old water heater.

Personally, I think that they are great. They call me and tell me what time to get this and get that and I do. They did a very good job replacing my system and I am very happy with them. I do not recall the charge, but it was worth it. They are very professional and very nice. They are responsive, wonderful, and they really go out of their way to help you.

They were completely professional, thorough and clean. The men who arrived were polite, friendly and respectful of my home and family. They went right to work and finished promptly and cleaned up their mess afterwards. They did a very good job overall!

BOTH TIMES TOM WAS PROFESSIONAL, DID EXCELLENT WORK, KEPT THE WORK AREA NEAT AND CLEAN, AND WAS ON TIME (CITY PLUMBING CALLS BEFORE THEIR PLUMBERS LEAVE SO YOU KNOW THEY WILL ARRIVE SHORTLY). TIME STARTED FOR BOTH VISITS STARTED WHEN THE PLUMBER LEFT THE COMPANY AND ENDED WHEN HE RETURNED. VISIT #1 I HAD TO PAY BY CHECK SINCE I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER. VISIT #2 I WAS BILLED FOR THE WORK.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, VERY PROFESSIONAL, ONLY DID WHAT WAS TRULY NEEDED, HAD ALL MATERIALS ON HAND, EVEN THE PART FOR THE SHOWER STEM (HAD BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER PLUMBERS BEFORE IN THAT AREA). I CAN ONLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

THEY HAD ALL NEEDED EQUIPMENT ON TRUCK. COMPLETED WORK AND CLEANED WORK AREA. THEY WERE TIMELY IN ARRIVING.

WE HAVE DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS. THE PLUMBER, TOM, WHO DID THE WORK IS VERY EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS, NEAT, AND FRIENDLY.
