I have worked with many contractors over the years and David has been the best. Since the first time he came over for the walk through you can tell he was very knowledgeable about his craft. He was very responsive to all my questions and made sure that I was informed throughout the entire process. When the work started him and his crew made sure that everything was covered to ensure nothing got damaged. He finished the job in the timeline provided and made sure that we were completely happy with the service. Our house looks great and we have gotten a lot of compliments from our neighbors. It feels great knowing that the work was done properly by a very experienced company. We will definitely be using C&C Plastering in the future.

David pressure washed and repaired damage to stucco on fireplace chimney and painted the entire chimney. He also removed bricks on the walkway that were being pushed up by a root, removed the root, and relaid the bricks. All the work was done in a highly professional manner. He was also outstanding at communicating with me about weather-related delays in scheduling the project. Highly recommended.

Dave and his crew were very professional and were immaculate in their set-up and break down. We have new doors and a deck and they covered everything perfectly. The painting of the stucco looked great and they finished in a timely manner. Highly recommended for any type of stucco work. They also went out of there way to fix our gutter and caulked around our windows.

I cannot give enough praise to C&C Plastering, David, and the team that worked on my house. David especially is kind, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did David give me the best price, but he also was able to start immediately. He kept me in the know all throughout the project and the team did a great job of keeping the area clean. I got multiple quotes for the project and it was clear among them all, that David was the most fair and experienced. There were no hidden costs or "unexpected add-ons". What I also liked about C&C and David especially was the way they wanted to do the job right and not cut any corners. I have recommended David and C&C Plastering to my entire community and HOA.

It was a very smooth process. David Condon was a delight to deal with, a true professional. My house looks amazing, they did a great job.

I could have been more happy with customer experience or quality of work. Prior to work starting David/owner was very responsive answering all my questions/explaining options. Once work started he kept me informed on progress and made sure job site was left clean every day when work was complete. C&C don't take Short cuts. They go extra mile to make sure job is done right and customer is happy. Stucco repairs aren't cheap. You want a company you can trust who does great work they stand behind. This is C&C Plastering

Possibly one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had in more than fifteen years of homeownership. David explained everything thoroughly and was patient with us throughout the process. His price to replace all of the stucco was slightly more than what other contractors wanted to replace small patches. The final product looked fantastic. All of the work was brought up to code. It helped with the inspection and sale of our home. We had several neighbors compliment the work. Thanks again David!!!

David does tremendously great work. He is super smart in what he does, provides a high quality service, cleans up after his work, and is extremely easy to do business with. I highly recommend David for any stucco job. He's done work for us a couple of times -- and with top-notch results.

Neighbors were so impressed with our house they hired David to complete the same job on their house. We are pleased!!!

We noticed a small section of Stucco that needed repair and we were hoping that it wasn't a sign of larger problems. I called many companies to come take a look at the job, some never responded and others told me the job was too small because "unfortunately" I didn't have enough damage. When Dave came out he looked over the job, confirmed that the issue was only in the small section of the house....He said he would contact me in 2 weeks and get the job done when his schedule opened up. Right on schedule Dave contacted me and told me he would be out between a few jobs he had...On the original day he was supposed to come out he rescheduled because a job ran longer than expected, but he communicated in advance. These things happen. Once he began the work he did an excellent job of fixing the damage and painting the stucco. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for stucco work. He was very honest is his assessment of the job and a good guy to work with. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job right.

I called to schedule them to come out and provide an estimate, provided my details and they never showed up.

David and crew did a great job. They were on-time, did their work quickly and efficiently. Along the way, I had a lot of questions and they were patient in answering them. David also went above and beyond to caulk the bolts in the deck and other areas where I some additional caulking. He was a bit pricier than the other contractors but you get what you paid for. He was prompt, responsive and professional. Great job David!

I was doubting that installing kick out flashing will prevent water leaking through the top of the first floor windows, but amazingly no more leaks even during the heavy rain and wind. David is a very friendly young guy who takes pride in his work. He took his time and did an excellent job. I'm exceedingly satisfied his work and would highly recommend him. Sent from my iPad

Overall great job! Terrific crew who works very fast and thorough. All surroundings (deck, walkway, garden etc.) and doors/windows were protected and covered; very clean. Previous issues left behind by another contractor (gaps on windows, siding and soffit) were professionally fixed and they don't nickel-and-dime. Thanks for an excellent job! We really enjoy the new look of our hous and also our neighbors complimented us on the new stucco.

David was fantastic! I highly recommend his company. These days, I find it difficult to get people to return calls, let alone come out for an estimate. That is especially true when it is a relatively smaller job. David was very responsive, and was able to work on my house in a timely manner. It took a few trips back to complete (waiting for drying), but he was conscientious and reliable, and did a fabulous job with the repairs, as well as matching the color of the original stucco. Not only that, David is a lovely man, and a delight to work with!

David Condon was very responsive from the beginning of getting the estimate and talking with the relocation agent in terms of what work was required for the company to authorize the sale of the house. After talking with the relocation person the estimate was finalized and just a couple of days later they were dropping off scaffolding. The work was completed in two weeks. David came out regularly in the mornings to make sue the work was going well and the on side supervisor was great. The workers worked very hard each day, coming even on weekends to try to get the job done on time. They cleaned up well after each day and there was minimal impact on the landscaping. I ordered new vinyl shutters and they installed them and with the whole house coating, the house looks brand new. I would highly recommend C&C Plastering. They do great work, are responsive and respectful. We are selling the house and had a lot of other contractors coming during the repair- they noticed their work commented on what a great job they were doing. Our neighbors asked for their contact information in case they needed stucco repair.

The team was timely, very professional, and did a quality job. They cleaned up nicely after the work was done. David is very customer friendly, and helpful. I'd definitely use C&C Plastering again.

David Condon and his helper were great to work with and did a fine job. Months later, a squirrel managed to get in. When I called David and told him what happened, he said, "I can't come out tomorrow, how about the next day?" He will always stand by his work and do whatever it takes to make it right. I was especially impressed because David never claimed to have experience in blocking squirrels. The wildlife services I talked to wouldn't set up a scaffold or work that high off the ground, So I figured I'd go with an exterior painter instead.

The contractor hung up on me after learning that we were getting 3 estimates and that we were trying to figure out whether the stucco could be repaired or needed replacement . He wouldn't let me explain my question but assumed I was trying to waste his time . He talked over me and then hung up

I called Dave in a time crunch and he was able to complete the needed work within a week. His communication was great (phone, texts) and his estimate was reasonable, especially considering the rush I was in. His work was excellent. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

Excellent! David was there the day I contacted him and sent me an estimate less than 24 hours later. He checked a bunch of areas around the stucco to make sure there was no leak behind the stucco. He did an EXCELLENT job
