David and his team were very easy to talk to, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and they leaned up after themselves nicely. I was nervous about the process but once it was clear they meant business, I felt much more relaxed. Would definitely hire again!

David and C&C were phenomenal from the quick initial responses from a voicemail all the way through completion of the project. We had new siding for the home along with shudders and gutters. David was extremely thorough and went the extra mile and was able to complete the project well in advance of the estimated timeframe which meant less time with a dumster and port-a-potty in our driveway! The work itself was great, the product is excellent as well but that you can get anywhere. David and his team were amazing to work with and were very amenable to my many needs/requests. Each day they cleaned up fully and left nothing a mess throughout the demolition and installation stages. I could not be more thrilled with how it turned out AND how well C&C worked during the project! They will be called again to do my next project - our roof! Thank you again David!

We are extremely happy with the residing job done by Dave and C&C Stucco & Siding. We were looking to remove stucco on our home’s exterior and replace it with something. Dave is extremely approachable and easy to talk with, and he recommended a solution that we would never have come up with on our own. This included the stucco removal as well as new window installations. Dave was meticulous and ensured that everything was completed to our satisfaction. We recently hired David Condon and C & C Plastering to remove the old stucco from our chimney and replace it with stone, which matched the stone on the front of the house. They also repaired the stone steps to the front porch. We could not have been more pleased with the excellent results. David and his crew were fantastic. From the initial quote generation to the final touches, he was easy to communicate with and is just an overall nice guy. Some highlights: his quote was lower than most of his competitors because he doesn’t have as much overhead, he completely replaced the stucco on our 3000 sq ft home with Hardie within 1 month (as promised), his crew cleaned up meticulously after every day (which was especially nice because we have a dog and young child who use the yard), and David was on site most days to check on progress. I would recommend C&C plastering & siding to anyone looking for siding work.

I realized my review never posted as I was going through my profile for a job he did for us back in 2016. Dave was such an amazing guy to work with. We hired him for stucco remediation after some water intrusion. He is incredibly friendly and easy to reach my email, text and phone (unlike so many other contractors). He kept us posted on the progress and went out of his way to make sure we are happy with the job outcomes. Dave is a stickler for a job well done. As for the price, he is quite fair, one would know after "interviewing" multiple contractors. For us, he gave us the good scenario and the worst scenario and a price range to work with at the beginning of the job (which is understandable, since the extent of damage can't be seen until the job begins). If you need stucco repair, this is the man.

Our project included removal of stucco from the one side of the house that had it, repair of any underlying water damage, and installation of vinyl siding to match the other three sides of the house. We also had three windows replaced and larger gutters with gutter guards installed on the entire house. It was such a big and expensive job, that we wanted to be sure we selected a good company. We were impressed when we called every reference C&C Plastering gave us, and every reference gave a rave review. We were also impressed with the amount of detail C&C provided in explaining what needed to be done and what would be included in the process. C&C’s price was substantially similar to that provided by a second contractor, but included more tasks (e.g., removal/re-flashing/re-installation of windows, a certain amount of subsurface repairs, painting, etc.). C&C’s proposal also provided more details of the job. Removal and re-flashing of the windows turned out to be important as it was determined during the project that the windows had not been properly flashed when they were installed. David Condon of C&C frequently came to our house during the project to check on the work by his crew. He explained the work to us as it progressed, answered our questions, and promptly addressed any concerns that we had. Our project necessitated that C&C work both inside and outside of our house. C&C personnel were very neat and very courteous. C&C provided more than ample personnel to complete the project and completed the project in less time than estimated. Our neighbors commented how hard C&C worked during the project. C&C completed the project for the price originally quoted. We would highly recommend C&C for this type of work.

Wow, what an amazing job C&C Plastering did for our stucco remediation and replacement! From beginning to end, David Condon was very involved with our project and kept in touch with us to ensure everything went smoothly. My wife and I researched for over a month on all aspects of exterior wall construction to ensure the stucco remediation was done right. We are very particular people and demanded quality workmanship from the contractor we hire and David’s crews pass with flying colors. Our project involved removing stucco on all four sides of the house and replaced it with a combination of beaded siding, Cedar Impressions shingle siding, and stone on our front entrance wall. Two of the walls had extensive sheathing damage and there were a section where even the studs were damaged. David’s crews worked meticulously to replace the studs to minimized damage to the interior tiles and walls and what a wonderful job they did! All windows and doors were removed, properly flashed, and reseted to ensure a water tight seal. This is the number one area where water penetration occurs and C&C Plastering made sure this area will not be a problem in the future with a multi-layered flashing application. We also had Azek trim installed around all windows and doors to provide a sleek, modern look. In addition, the old stucco on the concrete foundation was painted to match our siding color and both the exterior and garage doors were painted too. Our gutters were upgraded to 6k gutters with all new fascia, soffits, and downspouts to contrast with our siding color. We are thrilled with the results and have received numerous compliments from family and neighbors. One thing that really impressed us was the quality and attention to detail David’s crews exhibited during the project. On three separate occasions, we witnessed the workers redo parts of an installation that was already completed because they were not satisfied with how it looked. Both David and the foreman Nelson checked the workmanship throughout the project as well to ensure the work was done right and that it looked good. David also hired a cleaning crew to deep clean our house and provided us a third party inspector report of the project. Needlessly to say, we are really happy with the project for the peace of mind and the fact our home looks like a new house. We would highly recommend C&C Plastering!

Dave’s crew was great. They were professional, clean and did a fabulous job. Work was done on time and we were very happy.

Project went very well. The various crews that worked the project were very efficient, very professional. We had no issues with the quality of the work done, very pleased with how it all turned out. They were very quick with the work when the weather permitted them to be. They cleaned up each night very well and protected our landscaping as best as could be expected given the work that was being done. On the last day of the work they meticulously went over the grounds to pick up all the tiny pieces, loose nails and screws, etc. then raked the natural area where the heaviest amount of demo and installation work occurred (front of house with the stone). A couple of screens had gotten holes in them from the work and they repaired those as well as installing new gutter downspouts. The last thing left to do is install our new shutters which are backordered due to the supply chain disruption from the pandemic. They will come back and do that work when the shutters arrive.

Excellent! Dave was responsive, efficient in timing and he was able to get the job done on a 3,500 square foot single house in less than 10 days. Helpful in color selection and allowed us to drive past other jobs to see color and work. Pricing was competitive too. As a real estate professional we see it all and I highly recommend Dave and C&C plastering.
