Exceptional! Craftsmanship was fantastic and the work crew were very professional. I greatly appreciated the communication between David the owner and how the process was going to unfold. We stayed in touch via text message and he answered all questions immediately.

Thank goodness for this company. I knew moisture was getting inside my stucco because ants were starting to nest beneath a window. A stucco inspector did a drill test and the moisture reading was 50%! Off the charts. C&C Plastering specializes in stucco remediation, so they see this kind of problem frequently and know exactly what to do. I found them to be very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. I feel that they are committed to doing the job thoroughly and correctly and take pride in their work. David, the owner and the person that does the initial inspection, and estimate, oversees the work closely. He is easy to deal with and happy to discuss the work. He explained in detail the correct way to do this job, including what needed to be done to install flashing correctly around the windows and sliding door and how they would handle a problem area where several pipes protrude from the wall. I have every confidence that the job is done correctly and I will have no problems with my siding or moisture getting behind windows and sliding door in the near future. Unfortunately, it costs alot to do this work because it is quite alot of work, but C&C's pricing was about with what my research told me to expect. The workers were professional, courteous, and thoroughly cleaned the job site, taking all debris with them and leaving the work site like they found it.

From the initial conversation, price quote to the completion of the ENTIRE JOB, 5+. Would give my highest recommendation for the entire "process". Respectful of family members, neat- clean, met time-sensitive, completion of work deadlines "dead on" without shortcuts, unnecessary delays or aggravation. Excellent communication, responsiveness to questions, etc. throughout the job. Pricing very reasonable, we are 100% satisfied customers.

Like many other homeowners, we knew we had to get rid of our stucco and replace it with siding. Dave had done this same job for our good friends, so we knew that we would also have a great experience. Dave was so knowlegeable about what needed to be done. We replaced our stucco with cedar impressions (the best thing ever!) on the front and one side of our house. The other two sides have new siding. I can't express enough how happy my husband and I are with the new look!!! We also had all of our gutters/soffits replaced and had our chimney painted by Dave's crew. Everyone on the team was a hard worker and very perfectionistic! I highly, highly recommend Dave.

David and his team were amazing! I would recommend C&C to anyone in need of stucco remediation. We had a stucco inspection done as we are putting our house on the market and had significant damage on the back wall of the house. We wanted the work started quickly to get the house on the market and David was out the very next weekend. He had a huge team there all weekend long and completed the job within a few weeks. He was always on site for questions and monitoring his team and was always available if I needed explanation on something. They removed the entire back of the house essentially and replaced all the wood, pulled all the windows and doors and re-flashed them... it looks like a new house and all was done to new codes! He even bought new lights for us to go on the back of the house! Gave a 10 year transferrable warranty for the buyer with a full report which was great. One of the best contractors I have worked with - highly recommend!

We were under contract for a home sale when stucco inspection revealed problem areas. David Condon was great to work with through a very stressful process! He was responsive to our questions and calls, even on weekends. We needed him to interface with our buyers as well, this was very important to keeping our deal on line to close. David came recommended from a few neighbors and I’m so glad we found him. I would honestly give 6 stars if I could. From estimate to project completion David was open, honest, reliable and in constant communication with me regarding the work being done. His workers were on time, did amazing work and were very professional. I was really appreciative of them cleaning up after each day with two toddlers in the house. David clearly takes pride in his work and is truly the best contractor I’ve worked with. Stucco sucks...but if you’ve got it, you want C&C fixing it and giving you peace of mind!

C&C Plastering not only offered a competitive price, but was also able to professesionally remediate stucco on the front of our house and replace the stucco with siding on the two sides, back, and chimney. The owner was in constant communication with me via text and added some great free touches like re-painting the headers above our front windows. The end result looks amazing. It went very well. Dave and his crew completed our exterior stucco project with ease. From quote to finish the hardest part was picking the finish color. They were efficient and clean through every step. We couldn’t be happier with their work.

We had several plastering/siding companies and contractors estimated the project, but got frustrated by either price or long lead time or uncertainty, till we met David, C&C plastering. He is extremely responsive, direct, candid about the project. The price was also unbeatable. The project was completed in a highly timely manner. Most importantly, the project was completed with impressive quality!

The house looks better than I had hoped and my expectations were high. It couldn’t have gone smoother (for me). The crew cleaned up some other things besides the stucco at no charge. Very nice, very organized and very neat and efficient.

For most of us our homes are our most valuable asset. We take pride in them and maintain them to the best of our abilities. We constantly try to improve them. But for many of us in the Delaware Valley who bought a stucco sided house built in the last twenty or so years an unexpected trauma occurred. Stucco was improperly applied, improperly sealed, flashing was missing, sheathing and substrate was rotten and threatening the structural foundation of our homes. My wife and I were unlucky enough to own such a home. We were however lucky enough to find and contract with C & C Plastering to make the required repairs. The owner David Condon replied promptly to my initial inquiry and analyzed the deficiencies presented in the professional inspection we had done. He presented a comprehensive plan of action and answered all of my questions. He provided references upon request who spoke highly of his company. After interviewing several companies I chose C & C. I am glad I did. The work was performed methodically. Every workman knew his job and performed it. There was no down time on the job. Mr. Condon was on site every day. He kept me informed every step of the way and showed me the damage hidden under the stucco and how he was replacing what needed to be. They actually did more than they contracted to and left me with a nicely finished job. Others in my neighborhood needed stucco work and I was the first to go with C & C. C & C left the site cleaner than others and did the work quicker. The finished product looks better than my neighbors. We purchased a home earlier this year, and the general inspection revealed water damage in one spot. Because of that, we insisted on a full moisture inspection of all the manufactured stone. When we discovered the problem, I immediately started researching contractors because I knew that I'd need a solid, timely quote to continue negotiating the deal. Based off positive reviews online, I contacted Dave Condon on a Saturday morning via text and he responded to me within 10 minutes. I was floored, given that contractors are generally tough to deal with. Dave and the moisture inspection company helped me a lot in understanding the issues so I could negotiate with the seller and encouraged me to stand my ground. We eventually worked out a deal and closed on the house, but all of the stone needed to be replaced. Dave set us up with addresses of homes in the area so that we could look at different colors and styles in person. If you're approaching a similar job, I encourage you to do the same because it makes a difference seeing the material up on a house. We ordered our stone, which took a few weeks to come in, and Dave's crew started the job. From start to finish, there were no surprises. Dave's crew worked efficiently, was there on time when they said they'd be, and did excellent work. A crew of six did all the demo and had it done in two days. The entire project took two weeks, which was precisely the schedule Dave had given us at the start of the job. Along the way Dave explained where the problem areas were and why they had appeared. What sets Dave apart is his communication. He was always proactive in letting us know what was going on. Another note on Dave's stone guys -- they did a phenomenal job of laying the stone so the pattern looked fantastic. You may notice that the same stone on two different houses can look very different because it's laid by different crews. Some look great and some may look patchy. Dave's guys were real artists and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire C&C again and have recommended them to friends.

Working with David was an incredibly smooth and easy experience. From the first day when he explained every detail of the work that was going to be done till the last day when his team packed up and left. David cares for his work unlike any other service provider. He has stopped by, texted us and called us to check on all aspects of the work performed. David is a stand up guy with a passion for what he does...combination these days that is hard to find! Dave was great. We’ve had a lot of rain so it was a challenge to schedule but he got it finished and provided paperwork for buyer. Dave is a delight to deal with. He’s honest and straightforward.

I interviewed and received quotes from four different stucco remediation firms before selecting C&C. C&C was great to work with. They are very knowledgeable about stucco remediation. They did an excellent job at a very fair price. They were very patient and answered all our questions. They also were willing to do other little things that we needed. Nothing was too much trouble!

Excellent. Stucco damage is one of the most difficult problems for a homeowner to address. David Condon did an outstanding job for me twice - on two different homes over a few years. David is clearly an expert on stucco repair. I fully trust his opinion, and am convinced that he is looking out for what is best for the homeowner. On both jobs, he followed the inspector information on wall damage below a stucco exterior. His estimates for the work were accurate; his total cost was the same as the estimate. The crew was professional and the quality of the work was top notch. On the first job, the color of the stucco was initially not a perfect match for the rest of the stucco exterior. Because of this, David came back out and changed the color to a perfect match at no extra charge. David is a true professional who can be trusted with these difficult jobs.

Dave and his crew were timely, responsive, highly professional, and simply did a great job! The job turned out to be bigger than anticipated, as the majority of the damage behind the stucco was hidden, and the stucco installation done 29 years ago found to be rather poor, allowing water intrusion over the decades. Dave's crew installed the new stucco using the best materials and methods to insure that water will NEVER cause any further damage to the south side of my home. Flashing, edging, weep screed, backings- the works were used. The inspector took one look and passed each phase of the work in a heartbeat. And it looks great. Thanks Dave.
