From the very first meeting with Ed Fulmer, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and the quality of work completed by Amazing Decks. Certainly, the very strong rating provided by Angie's List was very helpful, but the references and on line photos reinforced the high quality of work by this company. The project started on time and was completed in about 1.5 weeks. The team did an outstanding job - from the initial deck design work completed by Ed, per my and quot;roughand quot; sketch, to the installation crew, to the involvement and follow up by Keith Fry (Co-Owner). At the beginning of the project, there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the replacement of the original deck wood frame. I shared with the project leader my understanding of what was to happen regarding the deck frame and within 5 minutes, I was on the phone with Keith Fry, who offered a very acceptable solution that fully met my expectations. We are absolutely thrilled with the deck and work completed by Amazing Decks. Not only did the team do an outstanding job installing the deck, they went the extra yard to pay really close attention to detail and the finishing touches. The company was extremely responsive and is one of the most professional - high quality work -contractors I have ever used. I strongly recommend Amazing Decks because they do an absolutely AMAZING job....sorry, could not resist. NOTE: I did not include the price because I view this information as confidential; however, I was very pleased with the price we received from Amazing Decks.

They seemed to charge a lot although I am not exactly sure. The guy showed up and told me it was bad to buy rails from home depot because they were too cheap and didn't have good quality. I admit we don't get the best kind of stuff from home depot, but price is always one of the top concerns for customers. So, that gave me the impression that they would charge me a lot for their best-quality products. Unfortunately, I was not able to find out, because the guy never sent me an estimate report afterwards. He said he would get it sent over to me by email the following Tues or Wed (he came in on Friday), which already seemed to be a slow response to me, but I never got one. Now I already got my deck rails replaced with home depot products by someone else, but I still haven't got my estimate from amazing decks. I would not call them next time if I have any deck work.

I got the quote today. I really liked the sales guy. He was good and the quality was good.

Amazing Deck sales rep was very nice very prompt in response to my project. He came out early on a Sat. morning measured, gave us a lot of ideas. We went to his showroom and looked at his products. With a week he emailed me a proposal. Everything was to my liking. His price was the most expensive. I chose to go with another contractor just due to cost.

This company is amazing! They are very professional and communicate with the homeowner all the way through the process. After giving us a free estimate and comparing it to the other vendors, Amazing Decks was "head and shoulders" above the others. Their pricing is fair for TREX decking and they were very honest and direct. They have a show room that allowed us to see in person all the options for the decking. Keith Fry's experience guided us through the selection process without embellishment of the product or the company's capabilities. The installation crew showed up on time and always asked if the next day's work schedule would fit our schedule. They were proactive the whole way. Best of all the deck is AMAZING!!!

Our deck floor and railings were splintering and needed to be replaced. Taking into account the work and expense of yearly staining, we decided to go with a composite deck, did research and then spoke with 4 companies. Although Amazing Decks' estimate was higher than another company also offering Trex Transcend, we decided to go with Amazing Decks because we had more confidence in the quality of their work. During the estimate, we were given choices to improve the look of the deck, but not pushed to high-priced improvements. We were also able to visit the showroom to get an idea of the look of Trex, lighting, railings, etc. Bob was in charge of our work. He was extremely skilled, competent and professional. He continually explained things and consulted with us throughout the construction. Our finished deck is beautiful, well-constructed and we especially like the lighting. Our only problem was confusion over the number of posts and lights, but it was adequately resolved.

My experience with them was very positive. They were very punctual, were always here and did the job very well. They did not laze around but went straight to it. I would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

They were polite and thorough, but quote was a little higher than we budgeted.

They put up a trek kind of deck. They came out and they did the job and they gave us the price. I think they were reasonable because they were cheaper than what it was. We had the foundation from the guy before. We had a 200 sq foot and the foundation was done earlier. I had designed my front porch. The person who did it before didn't do a good job and it was falling apart. The wood was all rotten. This guy was amazing. I thought they were excellent. They came out and did the job and they did it right. We have had it for a couple of years now.

They were accurate in their pricing and delivered on time. They were very good. I was very happy with them. I would use their services again in the future.

I didn't like his cockiness. He came out and told me he builds the best decks by far of anyone. I don't want you to tell me that, the proof is in the pudding. I just didn't like that attitude. I wouldn't say he was pushy, but I just didn't get a good feeling. With that pompous attitude it was an immediate turn off. His quote was on the higher side.

They were very good, professional timely and I would recommend them. They were in the middle with pricing.

Everything was on time and on schedule. We had a plan, all permits and a good plan. The workmen were extremely polite and professional. This was a hard job and they made it work. I would have no hesitation about hiring them for additional work in the future.

BILL AND KEITH FROM DUNDRAFT ARE SO VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THOROUGH IN THEIR WORK. OUR HOME IS AN OLD FARMHOUSE, AND WE WANTED TO MATCH AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS. BILL DID A WONDERFUL JOB HELPING US ORDER AND WAS PROMPT IN COMING TO INSTALL THEM. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEAN AND ABOVE ALL, RELIABLE!
