Explained how the windows worked very well. Very nice. Installed very fast but well done. Had a question and he got back with me very quickly.

Everything was completed as described. The windows are excellent. They are a very good company.

The service was great. When we got the estimate it was explained really well and the product in general. We knew what to expect and the service overall was really good. They were able to meet our needs with scheduling and get everything done. The cleanup was good and it didn’t even seem like they done any work.

They were fine and they cleaned up. They were in and out in the time they said. We have no problems with them. The windows are doing what they said they were going to do. The scheduling was good. Everything was taken care of.

They did a great job for us! What was nice about it was that even though the windows were the same size it really opened up the room because the windows allowed more sun in. The windows have a 50 year warranty which is transferable to a new owner.

It turned out fine! The windows have held up well over the years. They were thorough and didn’t mind us asking questions. Their pricing and quality are good. We got what we paid for! They never left a mess which is important. They were very professional, easy to work with, and accommodating to any changes we wanted to make.

It turned out great! They came out two separate times to complete the work. They did the first floor on one day and the second floor on another day.

It turned out very well. I was impressed with the quality of the product they were able to show me. Prior to the installation, they were here a little too long with their presentation though. I asked them to leave and they didn’t listen.

I couldn’t be more pleased! They were very on top of things. They got it done very quickly. They were in and out in about 4 hours. They were very clean. They took everything away so there was no mess.

The work was good even though the pricing seems a little high. It’s just that they keep bothering us by calling us to ask to do more work. They are hounding us. I had to tell them not to call. After I told them to stop calling, they knocked on our door last week.

The work they did was wonderful, but the warranty work is terrible. We have been waiting over a year for them to fix the siding because a piece of soffit fell off.

He would like to Salesman showed his product which is galvanized steel. Most likely will lat forever, but the so called special pricing for the french door was around $6000,00 installed and the windows were $1200 each. Really? When I rejected the quote, someone called from the office and stated " the manager was looking over the quote and they can do better. He would like to come out and go over the new quote, whatever it was. I was not inclined to listen to a new quote. It was interesting as twice was asked if someone else needed to be present for the quote. I am a widow and feel this organization was trying to take advantage of the poor old widow. I received a quote form a local vendor for the same project and the total price is $2700.00 and that includes a screen for the door. The door that is installed is fiberglass, not galvanized steel, but I'm thinking it most likely will not rust, my main issue with the doors that were being replaced. Integrity?? gotta wonder Also did not leave any paperwork with the quote which I thought to be rather strange

We hired Integrity Construction to install windows in our house. The work crew was very professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions. The team work of the work crew was excellent. They were very efficient. The work crew completed the installation in a timely manor.

I had Integrity construction install four Bristol window double hung in my living room 2 on the stairway and one double hung in the kitchen. I never had windows so hard to open and close and lock. I thought buying high end windows would be problem free. My wife and I both were pulling on the kitchen window and still couldn't get it to tilt in or lock. I was expecting a one hand open and close what I got was crap. Had the installer back the on Friday of the same week he sprayed wd40 on the windows and said the more I used them the easer they would get we are afraid to use them for fear of not being able to close or lock them. He said they all ways have problems with double hung windows over the sink they should have told me that before I bought them not after we don't call them Bristol windows we call them the windows form h***. Very disappointed in the windows and disappointed with my self for being talked in to buying them. The so called higher end windows I shouldn't have any problem opening or closing them or locking them. very disappointed with the product

I am tired of being harassed by this company. It has been at least two years since we told them we were not going to have them do our windows, but they continue to call and apparently cannot figure out how to remove our name and phone number from their list. Terrible experience, I wish that I had never answered my door when they came knocking.

Didn't have work done, just estimate for possible work

I had requested a visit for an estimate from this company after a visit from a door knocker. The in-home visit was a very high pressure sales session. They wanted us to sign a sales agreement immediately, the price was only good that night, changed by $10000+ during visit, very negative about any product except theirs.

They do come door to door to solicit appointments. Then a salesperson will come to your house at a predetermined meeting time. They go over the product (why they are different than other companies) and the product demonstrations really win you over. The products are just superior. You can get financing or put part if the money down to get the process started. They will call again and a builder will come to take a final measurement. This is not at all inconvenient and they will only come at times that are convenient to you. They will then custom build to suit your needs. When your product is done they will call you a final time to schedule install. They will come at a time that is convenient for you and they will tell you exactly how much time they anticipate being at your house. They finished in less time than they allotted for us. They moved our furniture and put it right back. They clean up after themselves and haul away all the old junk -unless you want to keep it. If you chose to pay cash your balance is due at time of install. They will give you the receipt and warranty information.

On time and completed in less than 1 day.

They moved the furniture, took down curtains and took there shoes off every time they came in the house from outside. They put everything back as was. The job was done in a quick period of time.

xThe people who sold the windows were very knowledgeable. They took time to explain and demonstrate in detail the features of their product. They were very professional. They helped us secure financing. The man who came to measure the windows was here when he said he would be here. The workers who installed the windows were here when they said they would be here They were very proficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took the old windows away. The salesman came after the instalatiionto ure that we were satisfied.

They did a great job. There practice is very good. I would definitely recommend them. They were very professional and clean. You wouldn't even know they were here. I would hire them again.

They did not do a good job. After not even a week later, the siding was peeling and they had to come back and redo it. The workmanship was very shoddy and I would not recommend them to anybody.
