Crew was on time and worked very efficiently and worked very well together.

Workers were here on time ( as they travel approx. 2 hours), started prep and working well together( took only lunch break) when needed. Cleaned up (vacuum and swept) and returned furniture properly.

Men arrived on time. Set up clean and good finish. When I pointed out an uneven area, they re-worked and fixed until perfect. Showed me how to work gadgets to care for the door.

Workers showed up about a half hour early to do the work, so it was nice that they were very punctual. Workers were nice and professional and worked very quickly. They only took about an hour and a half to remove the old windows and install the new ones. They also took extra time to make sure they cleaned up everything and showed me how to operate the new windows as far as how they lock and how to clean them. It took a little while to get the windows ordered in, but the windows I had replaced were not a standard size so I understand why it took longer to get them in. The windows were a little pricier than I would have normally spent, but they are highly efficient and have a 50 year warranty so I felt the price was worth it. I am very happy with the results and Integrity is a nice place to do business with and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would use them again for future projects and I would recommend them to friends and family.

First I should mention that we had our windows installed at two separate times. The front half of our house was done in the fall of 2011 and back half was done in the summer/fall of 2012. The initial meetings with the sales person were fantastic. He was very informative, easy to talk to and was able to answer all of our questions. He also helped us get financing for our windows since we were unable to pay for them out of pocket at that time. The first installation was smooth sailing - no issues. The second installation also went smoothly with the exception of the final step of financing. Several phone calls were made to Integrity's main office and we were told it was being worked on but nothing was moving forward. After several phone calls we finally called our sales person and he came out the next day to chat with us and see what was going on. Our issue was fixed within a few days! Overall they have an exceptional product (triple pane windows) and their work is stellar. We are easily saving 40-50% on our monthly heating bills in the winter! The guys were timely and worked quickly. During the entire installation, I was informed of what was going on and was shown how to "clean" the windows, open them and how the locks worked. I use the work "clean" because they only need wiped down with a wet towel/rag- no cleaning product! Only issue, and it was a minor issue, was getting the final part of the financing in order with Integrity. However, I would definitely use them again!!

Wonderful. Salesperson initially explained the product with demonstration. Wonderful, thorough explanation. Installers were on time, did the job efficiently, were very polite, explained how the windows worked, excellent cleanup. Getting the rest of the windows done in a few weeks.

Very well! The 3 man crew arrived around 8:30 a.m. went straight to work and completed the eight windows by 12:30 p.m. They were very professional. They moved furniture, removed the window treatments, installed the windows and interior and exterior trim, cleaned the windows inside and outside, vacuumed their dust, replaced the window treatments and moved the furniture back. We didn't have to move anything. They taught us how to properly open the windows, tilt them to clean the outside, and remove the screens when needed. We are very pleased! The windows look great. I would recommend Integrity Construction to everyone!

Very well! The three man team arrived at 8:30 a.m. and had all eight windows installed by 12:30 p.m. They moved and replaced the furniture and window treatments, and vacuumed the dust. They worked very quickly and efficiently. All the windows were trimmed and sealed with caulking. The windows look great and work very well.

The men were on time. Didn't fool around. Had job done in time they said it would take.

It went very well. They were on time, went right to work and did a very good job. They were courteous and respectful of my property. They were very professional . A crew of five men replaced nine windows(one 8 ft. bow and one 8ft.picture), chaulked them,cleaned up and loaded old windows in six hours. I am pleased with the quality and beauty of my new windows.

Integrity Construction was punctual and professional ! When the company gave us a time and day to be at our home to replace our windows in the entire home, ''They were right on time". It was very cold nasty weather that day "my windows needed replaced very badly", Because they were the old wood type windows and falling a part and getting moisture & mold on them from letting in cold air from outside around the glass. The Companies Crew was very cheerful & courteous when they showed up and knew exactly what they were doing taking out the old windows and setting in the new ones right in their place, Never leaving the house exposed to the nasty weather for long periods of time so the heat loss was minimal to my home. They made sure each new window had insulation around them and working perfect before finishing inside and outside, When they did finish the windows they looked and worked great and no mess left laying . The Quality of our new windows and workmanship of Integrity are outstanding and no more cold wind coming into my home and with a bonus it reduced the noise from outside and I'm sure with these new windows it will reduce my heating bill. " I was so impressed " with Integrity Construction fast reliable work and products, That I am not waiting I'm having Integrity Construction put in a new patio door!

Saw their vendor table at a craft fair. Got a quote on black Friday and signed up for replacement windows. Windows were put in shortly after the start of the new year.

Do not give them your cell phone number. They will not stop calling you. I don't care how good their work might be, this is not good customer service.
