Description of Work: Arrived home to find sales rep pounding on my garage door, he stated I may have been downstairs? He stated his name and company informed me they carry the color I was looking for terra cotta. We could use windows so I set up an appt. The sales rep was kinda of new to the company he did a good presentation but was an hour late, and took more than 3 hours. Then i was asked if his partner (that was in the area) could stop buy. This person wont name names, told us they do not have terra cotta color and that was just to get us to bite. He then offered me a bay window for 300.00, yea right. They took measurements. I have 9 windows approx 36X30 the old anderson. Told I would be contacted with a price. There warehouse person contacted me to inform me they may have several of my sizes in stock for a good price. The next step was another sales rep came out to go over pricing. What a joke, he had to remeasure all windows did not know nothing about windows at warehouse, he laughed when I tole him the other sales rep offered me a bay window for 300.00. He quoted me a price of 11,000.00 I laughed and told him to leave. I have yet to recieve a phone call from this company. Be aware....

Description of Work: They installed a new back door on my home. They did an excellent job and were very considerate.

Description of Work: They install windows in my house. The install people are excellent. The windows and customer service is not good. I'm not happy with the windows. I always have to call several times to get a tech for a service call. The only reason I continue to call them is because the windows are under warranty.

Description of Work: Salmon were a hard sell. But, the product and installation were great. Installation crew was neat and clean.

Description of Work: Replaced 13 large windows (8ft x 8ft for larger windows). They were clean and efficient in work and completed in one day using five men. They cleaned the site well upon completion. The workers were friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Ray Black, TJ Geist, Adam, Todd and Ray, did a wonderful job replacing our A-Frame single pane glass and double set of sliding glass doors with quality triple pane windows. They laid out all the materials, then the two crews worked together as a team to take out, replace and move to our storage area all the glass, one pane at a time, so the whole side of the house from the cathedral peak to the floor, would not be open. They worked quickly in spite of cold temperatures and attended to details, trims, sealing and cleanup while keeping a great sense of humor and always being polite and courteous. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. We would recommend them to anyone. We agreed to pay more than we initially expected after our sales representative, Ron H. explained the benefits and costs of each detail. He worked with us and we came to an agreed amount that they honored, even after some additional expenses were incurred. Ron came back to talk to us face-to-face each time there was a change or request to make sure we could discuss it freely with no pressure. They were all very professional and well worth the investment. We felt a difference in our house temperature overall by the time they left that afternoon.

Description of Work: Put in windows. We had a front window done. They block off the area so no cold air would get in. they cleaned up inside and outside.

Description of Work: They installed our front door. I wasn’t happy with the paint on the trim so they came out here a few times to fix it, but they were always willing to make the trips. The door was about $4,000. They also installed 2 garage windows. The windows were about $1,000 total. Those turned out good.
