Quick to give estimate and get work done. Was honest no run around and was not overpriced. Would highly recommend.

The cable broke late night. I called the company at 8:00am and he called me back a half hour later to let me know he'd be at the house at 11:00am. He arrived a few minutes early and was finished within 20 minutes.

The spring on my garage door broke. I called late in the day and David returned my call the next morning. He came over that day and was able to quickly replace the spring. He also replaced lightbulbs and a garage door opener cover for free. He made sure the door operated smoothly using some spray and manual labor. He also checked other door for smooth operation. David was pleasant and easy to speak to. He worked quickly. I asked if there was anything that I could do to decrease the price, mentioned Angie's List, and got a discount.

Professional, punctual, fair price, timely install (two men, one was the owner) and everything was done correctly and explained. Two year guarantee. They were half the price of Precision. I asked them to look at the other garage door opener. They inspected it and told me it was in good shape and to please call them when it wears out (both are 16 years old). This was great service and money well spent. I highly recommend them.

Everything was very good. He was able to come out the same day I called. He repaired it for a very low cost. The result was much better than I expected.

He got it back on the track and did some tuning to smooth out operation. I think he did about all he could do without major surgery so I got what I wanted.

Very well. Quote was competitive to another company on Angie's List. We also wanted safety features added but David explained we couldn't do that with our old doors. He did the work quickly and was very polite.

Dave came out the same day as I called. He was doing another job in the area so he said that was no problem. He installed 2 new springs that are upgrades from the OEM springs that were installed originally. They look like they should last much longer. Dave and his assistant were very professional, punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

He was very prompt, especially in light of the fact that I didn't hear from any of the other companies I left messages for until at least a day later. He is clearly an expert in this area and he took me through exactly what he was going to fix on the garage door. He did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Great experience all together.

Dave came to our house to give an estimate within a day of our call. He provided excellent details on the door replacement options. Within 3 weeks we had our new garage door. Dave was able to re-use our existing garage door opener so that we did not have the additional expense of replacing it. His crew arrived at the time they promised and finished the job in about 2 hours.

He got the job done in one day. He was very professional and friendly. He cleaned up after himself really well. The gentleman I hired called me to make sure I was satisfied with the job when it was finished.

If I could give this company an A Plus I would. Our garage door wouldn't close and my husband was afraid that we needed a new one. To complicate things he works overseas and is leaving this afternoon. It is always very difficult for me to arrange repairs and to try to communicate to him what is going on. I explained my situation to Dave and he was here within 1 1/2 hrs. Turns out we didn't need a new garage door. He fixed the problem and my husband was here so I didn't have to tell him later, what needed to be done. Another company probably would have taken advantage of the situation and sold me a new garage door. Thank you so much Dave!

Excellent. The response time was fantastic, and I hadn't even remembered to tell them I was an Angie's List member. I called today at 12:40. Dave called me back around 1:00 to let me know he could stop by later. He arrived later in the afternoon, and soon had things working smoothly. I liked that he was open to questions. For example, there is a light cover which keeps falling off one of our automatic door openers. I think the tabs holding it on are broken. Dave said I could bring the cover by the shop. They may have a replacement one.

My garage door broke -- it dropped shut and wouldn't open. I had parked outside and it was a workday so I went to work. I called Mr. Giel and explained the problem to him, thinking he wouldn't be able to look at it until I could meet him there and let him into the house. He made some guesses about what might have happened and said he would drop by and check it. I gave him directions. Later he called me back and said he had fixed it. I was astonished that he was able to get in and fix it from the outside while I wasn't there, on practically no notice. The charge was very reasonable and it is still fixed.

He did a great job. We thought we needed a whole new garage door but he fixed it and fixed it well. Honest service such as this is hard to come by these days. Anybody else would have gotten us for a new door.

They were excellent. They were friendly and honest. They told me up front the work that would be done and the cost and then stuck to it. They were efficient and prompt. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome.

The door looks and functions great. All the work was done as scheduled. They came to the house to take measurements (while we weren't here), left a brochure of doors to choose from in a range of styles and prices. Talked over the phone to discuss our choice (no high pressure sales, including not insisting we replace an old, but still functioning automatic opener). After the door was ordered and came in (about 2 weeks) An appointment was made and they came and dismantled and took away our old garage door and installed a new one. The work was done efficiently and they even cleared away the weeds that had accumulated on the storm drain that sits in front of the door.

Ken provided an estimate the day after I called. I have a detached garage, so he was able to come and take the measurements and leave an estimate for me while I was at work. Because my house and garage are 100 yrs. old, the doors were a custom size and needed to be ordered. I had some questions about the styles and quality of doors available, and David called me himself to answer my questions. I was told the doors would take about 4 weeks to produce, which they did. They called as soon as the doors arrived and scheduled the install within that week. The crew was punctual and professional. They took the time to explain the new opening system and remotes, and cleaned up their work area prior to leaving. The estimated price was the price I paid, so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering new doors.

I called Mr. Giel at 11:00 am and left a message with the receptionist. He called me back around 12:45 and asked if he could come over in 30-40 minutes to inspect the door and give me an estimate. He arrived exactly as promised and gave me my estimate of $40 prior to starting any work. After completing the work, he checked both doors and sprayed tracks, etc. with lubricant. Mr. Giel was professional and courteous throughout our interaction and completed the work well. I would definitely hire him again.

The garage door became jammed at a bottom corner and the motor continued to run tearing the door to pieces. Called to have a new door installed, but Mr. Giel was able to repair the door instead which was remarkable. Instead of a $1600.00 garage door replacement, just a $100.00 repair bill!

When I contacted their office they told me that I would receive a telephone call later in the day. In fact, they called within one hour and they were in the neighborhood so they dropped by, completed the work, oiled the garage doors, checked them for overall operation (without even asking!!) and they did it all within 90 minutes! They were great!!

They were professional and helpful. The garage door was a perfect match to the style and color of the house (not so easy in a one hundred year old house). I had only one slight complaint. They told me it would take about 10 days for the door to come in. It took about 7 weeks. I had to call a couple of times.
