Description of Work: I have 2 large carastan rugs from Mother's house. Asked them to repair and clean. Performed services in timely manner at reasonable prices. Best thing about their business, however, is customer service with a smile, wonderful atmosphere with all employees interacting with customer on friendly and warm basis. Great shop!

Description of Work: They repaired and cleaned a number of carpets for us, two of which are rather expensive. They offered suggestions on the repairs. They were courteous, professional and helpful. We have been very pleased with their service and have used them at least two times. We have and will continue to recommend them to our friends.

We sell 2 types of pads and everything else you need to service your oriental or area rug, In addition to service, Ward's carries a large inventory of fine hand knotted traditional, transitional and contemporary carpets in all sizes.
At Ward's our forte is only oriental and areas carpets and rugs. We do not clean wall to wall carpeting or upholstery, nor do we appraise jewelry or antique furniture. the only appraisal work we do is on oriental or area carpets.
