Called them in expecting to get estimate. They were able to repair the main problem, which was the leaking shower drain. Took information to obtain parts for vanity drain and utility tub check valve. Returned following week to replace vanity drain and check valve. After replacing check valve found pump not functioning. Since I had seen this once befor I asked that pump be replaced. Took information and called me back that afternoon to tell me cost and get authorization to order pump. Returned following week to replace pump. Of course new pump discharged in different location and piping had to be re-routed. New pump is better in that it is automatic turn-on. Work took longer than anticipated to match to existing pipe size and location. All work was professionally done to the highest quality. The part that I thought would be the most complicated was fixed immediately.

I do not believe I got $362.00 worth of service.

Great experience. I was in California and was able to give my CC over the phone and it was all taken care of while I was away. Very good communication and follow up.

The team at Schuler was reliable and helpful in planning the new fixtures, floor, and plumbing repairs in the bathroom. There was not a moment when I was dissatisfied with the way they were working. The job took 3 days but the duration was 6 days since there was a weekend in between and time was needed for the tile and grout to settle. My only complaint was the price; it was significantly higher than expected (I had priced all the components and estimated the labor before contacting Schuler). However, we had a pressing need (my mother-in-law moving in with us due to health issues) and I could not spend time shopping around. We had used Schuler before and knew they would do good work, so we 'bit the bullet' and paid their price. We are happy with the result.

As stated under the prior section detailing services performed, the service technician was very knowledgeable and gave options to consider regarding obtaining parts and fixing the old faucet to buying a new one. When we decided to buy a new one, he gave us choices in styles as well as price ranges.

They did a very good job and there was nothing that I didn’t like about their service. They were very efficient as well. I received an estimate from another plumber for a bathroom and they were expensive; so I brought Schuler Service Inc. in because I wanted a better price. I have a contract with them for the bathroom and they are getting the parts in. They are coming in soon to do the project. The reason why I switched to the new folks, as they were really responsive. The day after Thanksgiving, I had an emergency and they were there immediately to help me out. I actually have a job that's been lined up and I am waiting for a quote from Schuler Service Inc.. I am waiting for them to call me any day.

They were great. Our house is 57 years old and they had to take a few things out. They called back right away after we made the initial call. The gentleman who came out and did the work was fantastic. He cleaned up after himself. He had to go out and get the parts. It was nothing but a good experience.

I have used Schuler Plumbing for over 10 years. They are prompt and courteous. They stand behind their products and workmanship. Their plumbers are friendly and professional. I called them this morning because I was running out of hot water. They were able to get a plumber out to my home by this afternoon. While he was here, he took the time to replace some faucet cartridges for us.. Schuler Plumbing is just an overall excellent company.

We have been in our new house for two weeks and found that the faucets in the laundry area were leaking. We called Schuler after finding them on Angies List. They answered the phone in 2 rings. The gentleman was very helpful and said that they had a service Tech available and that he would call me within 5 minutes. He did. We discussed the issue and he said he would bring an option of valves for me to choose from. I provided directions and he said he would be to the house within 30 minutes. He arrived in 20 minutes. He looked at the faucet and quickly diagnosed the problem to be that the packing nuts not being tighten to their fullest. He offered to tighten them, but I asked for him to change the faucets (I have had a flood in a previous house because of faulty plumbing - believe me, you will gladly have paid anything to have prevented the flood!). He sowed me the various options for faucets for that area - which is inside a cavity in the wall. I picked the simple 1/4 turn shut offs since we have to reach over the washer to shut off the water. He replaced the faucet in just a few minutes. He is pet friendly, as my dog and cat were under his feet at certain points in the process. My only issue is that they charged me for travel time. I know they were not around the corner, but 20 minutes away seems like a reasonable distance to travel when you are in the service business. I just found it unusual since it had never happened to me in my old residence.

We had an issue with the grinder pump in our basement bathroom. We called Schuler at 9AM and received a call back immediately. They gave us an arrival window of two hours and told us they would call us a half hour before coming to our home. As promised, we did receive a call 1 1/5 hours later. The gentleman showed up on time, assessed the situation, located a new grinder pump, picked it up and installed it all within 4 hours. I was very happy with Schuler's service and would definitely use them again.

I contacted Schuler to have them install an expansion tank for my water heater. I also needed them to repair a leaking toilet. I was very impresssed with their workmanship and overall level of professionalism. The individual they sent to perform the work was knowledgeable, neat and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I called Schuler to have the installation done, and specified a week lead time due to my own busy schedule. The guy (Ken?) called about a half hour before arriving in the morning. He brought all his own stuff (ladder, clean-up items, etc) and inspected the site before bringing any equipment in. Once he brought his stuff in, it took less than a half hour from start to finish. He said it was a routine job, and there were no complications. He was courteous, friendly, and had an excellent work ethic. I guess I would call it "old-school". Bill was according to estimate, and work was top-notch. I will be using them again in the future.

They were very good. They came out twice, two different people who are equally good. We will be going back to them as well.

They had been here before and they were very good. I will continue using them for my plumbing needs.

Greg was very responsive and creative in solving the water main issue - there was a leak inside the foundation wall which he located and repaired at a cost significantly lower than others who bid the job. He thought outside the box on alternatives to solve the problem.

It was fine, timely, professional and friendly people.

I was provided with a detailed estimate. Prices were mid-range; I had some estimates lower and some higher. They began and finished on time, and always kept me informed. The work was well done, with beautiful tilework, cabinetry and fixtures. I would recommend this company.

My experience with them has always been good. They are responsive and their prices are reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.

They did not damage my hardwood floors in the process which was a big bonus. They did good work. They showed up on time, did a good job, and I was very pleased.

They were way overpriced. They fixed the leak but now the toilet rocks and it never did before. They said they would charge for another service call in order to come back out to correct it.

We called Schuler because they've done other work for my husband's clients. They called ahead as we requested, and when their plumber arrived he went right to work and worked straight through until job was done. Because he finished replacing the flange so quickly, (which was the reason for our initial call) we were able to have him also install the toilet, so we actually got everything done for what we thought we'd be paying for the flange.

They were there on time, their price was as quoted, and they did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything as well!

I received courteous service for making the appointment and the estimator came promptly as scheduled. However, I was given only a rough estimate by phone, nothing in writing, and they did not want to make a real commitment about price; they said could not fully judge the plumbing situation without removing some wall or flooring. The other two companies I contacted were willing to given written (firm) estimates so I was a little nervous about going without one. I chose one of the other companies. I have used them before (for many years) for routine plumbing jobs and have always been satisfied with their service and procedures.
