The service was excellent. Two people showed up to do the job and I was impressed by their know-how.

When water started streaming out of our pipes and all over the basement floor of our new house, I checked Angie's List and called Robinson. The lady answering the phone was responsive, said she could get an on-site visit the same day within a two hour window. She called shortly afterwards to say the plumber could be available earlier, which was great. On quick inspection, the plumber figured out what he thought the problem was and solved it (and answered my questions along the way). Nice work - timely, good price, good communication with scheduling and with me, the customer.

I called Robinson at the recommendation of our home inspector who thought that we should have the waste line at our potential home surveyed based on it's age. Due to the terms of our sales agreement, we were required to complete all inspections within 10 days of the completed sales agreement. We needed all inspections completed and delivered by Sunday 3/8/15. I called Robinson at 12pm on Friday 3/6/15, and they said they could have someone out the same day between 2pm-4pm. Talk about fast service! When Kory and Pat arrived, I was apprehensive due to their ages (they were both very young), but I quickly learned that their expertise far outweighed their age. Kory and Pat did a thorough inspection with their camera snake, and were able to find and identify a problem in the waste line that could have potentially costs us thousands to repair if not properly identified. They also quickly gave me a written estimate for services to repair the problem for us to deliver to the seller. Thanks again for the exemplary work, speedy service, and outstanding price!

Repair technician was very courteous. Replacement part was not the correct part. It took many phone calls to get them to come back and replace it with the correct part. Final repair was acceptable, just a lot of hassle to get it right. Problem appears to be with their scheduling staff.

I contacted Robinson Plumbing for an estimate to replace the new home, cheap contractor installed sink, disposal, and garage plumbing. Gage, one of Robinson's Plumbers responded, listened to my wants and needs, took measurements, and provided an estimate to do the work. I thought for the scope of the work, the price was reasonable, and I agreed to have the work completed. Gage arrived punctually at the promised time of 0800. He protected the area with tarps and was very careful working in our kitchen, basement and garage. He arrived with all the material needed to do the job properly. He was very thorough and knew his trade very well. The sink was installed and since the mounting adhesive had to set, he would return the next day to finish the job. From the kitchen he went right into the basement and garage and installed two new hose bibs/faucets and carefully piped the water line the entire length of the garage. The water line is arrow straight, and securely fastened to the wall. He used brass elbows not the cheap plastic the builder used. The next day he returned and finished the sink and disposal install. When complete he cleaned the sink of finger prints, and cabinet under the sink was cleaned and he took all the boxes, old sink, etc. with him when he left. It was as clean when he left, as when he arrived. Gage is an excellent plumber, and young man who is polite, and kept us informed the entire term of the work. He is professional and has a great personality. He respects the customers home. I would highly recommend Robinson to anyone needing plumbing work at their home or business. I have had many homes and used a variety of plumbers in the past, Robinson is the best of the best!

One of the guy was one of our neighbors for a bit. He was pretty responsive. He gave us his cellphone number. He responded to a phone call in the middle of the night about a frozen pipe. We've been happy with his work.

What started as a small leak became a full-blown gusher. I checked the reviews and Robinson's had 24 hr/7 days a week hours, so I called them. It was after 8 pm so I just left a message. The first thing the next morning they called and apologized for not calling me back last night. I'm used to waiting and waiting for return phone calls from repair people; then waiting and waiting for them to show up....imagine my surprise! They worked around my schedule and said they could be out between 10 AM and 12. Matt was at my house before it was even 10 AM. He gave me an estimate right away and started the work. He was done in less than an hour. The bill was for exactly the same as the estimate. He was professional and polite. Genuine nice guy. I have a new plumber forever!!!

It went awesome, from the first phone call to the finished job. The owner, Matt, answered the call, told me he'd send Cody out. Cody was very polite, professional and friendly, he looked everything over, took pictures, talked to me about the job, and conferred with Matt. Was quoted a price right away, and Cody started the job, with Matt arriving with parts, and to help out. They took the time to go over everything with me in detail, MUCH appreciated! And they didn't mind my curious hovering. 2 hours and done, all cleaned up. VERY HAPPY!!! Saved the day on a Saturday.

We have used Robinson three times over the past few years, always to snake a clogged sewer line in old houses. All of the calls were emergencies (some after hours and on weekends) and the customer service each time was outstanding. They arrived within a few hours and were very friendly, transparent and thorough. They have become our go-to for any plumbing needs in the Valley as a result - can't recommend them enough.

I called and was able to get service the same day. Very knowledgable and did a good job. Thoughtful about cleaning up afterwards and not making/leaving a mess. Spent time letting me know different alternatives to address root cause of hard water in the neighborhood, including options not offered by his company. I highly recommend them.

It went as well as could be expected. Cost more because I used a drain cleaner that had hydrocloric acid in it. Not sure how he would have been able to tell other wise only for the fact that I was honest about what I used. He thought he had it clear but tested and he didn't like how it was going down the drain so he went to a second hole and pulled up the roots and that cleared it. So he was very thorough which I appreciate because we someone else out about six months ago who was cheaper but did not go into the second hole which was obviously our main problem.

All services provided were prompt and courteous. Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions and planning our job. His employees (Gage and a helper) were very polite and went quickly about their work. My only comment is on the costing of the work. Their price proved to be fair based on the 3 quotes I received. However, a range was given over the phone and then the highest end of that range was charged with no particular explanation. Further, the invoice simply listed a total with no breakdown of parts/equipment, hourly charges, etc. I would have preferred to see an itemized list for the work. If I hadn't already been familiar with the tank used, I might have been suspicious that a lower-quality tank was used to bolster the margin.

Great. called and they were here within an hour!!!!! Nobody can beat that kind of service. The young man they sent was very respectiful of both me and my home. Took care not to get dry wall dust everywhere. Spent a considerable amount of time and manny trips up and down the stairs to find soultion to the problem. Informed me at the beginning of the visit what he had to do and the breakdown of the cost...all without me asking him...how's that for transparency???? Great company and service . The are now my go to plumbers...

Gage( not sure of the spelling)did the work. Called before he arrive to tell me he would be there in 20 minutes - right on time. Wore covers on his shoes to come in the house laid a tarp on om basement floor. Very polite. Use the auger snake to clean out the drain. Did leave till he was sure it was working. Flushed water down the floor drain which is where the water was backing up. Ran a super load of water from the washer and ran water into the bath tube. Price compared to what I paid another Plummer and they didn't even fix the problem was more the reasonable. Would call them for any plumbing service.

They had a new water heater installed within a couple of hours of calling.

They did a good job, very nice young man came in and got the job done.

Matt & Ryan stopped by around 12:30pm as promised and got right to work. They were extremely careful by placing down cardboard on our kitchen floor to ensure they did not dirty up or damage the kitchen floor. It took them about and hour and a half to take out the old hot water heater and install the new one and get it up and running. I can NOT say enough good things about Robinson Plumbing and Matt & Ryan. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they took the time to answer any of my questions. They said if I have an issues whatsoever to just give them a call back. I would DEFINITELY use them again for any plumbing needs I might have. A class act and very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend and totally satisfied with the quality of their work as they took the time to clean up after themselves. .

Our 16 year old water heater finally gave out on us...on a Sunday no less. We searched Angie's list for a reliable plumber and were ecstatic to find Robinson plumbing had Sunday hours. We called them and within 2 hours they were here removing our old heater ! Both Matt and his helper were extremely polite and very professional. The new heater was installed along with a few other things that were needed to bring us up to code. We will definitely use Robinson plumbing again if needed. Thanks !

Our 15 year old water heater finally gave up. We went to Angie's List to find a plumber and again were very pleased with results. We sent an email and were contacted by phone within minutes. Matt called back shortly after initial conversation asking a few questions. The crew arrived on time and were very professional. They took the time to answer our questions and concerns. The water heater was replaced in no time. The entire process, from first contact to completion of installation was about 4 1/2 hours. We were very impressed with the whole process. I had immediate response to my call which was made at 8 am. The servicemen were here at 9 am. The two young men were professional, clean, and thorough. They repeatedly checked to make sure that there were no leaks and cleaned up after themselves. I received a credit for being a first time customer. I will make sure that Robinson Plumbing is listed as a preferred contractor for our condo association.
