My water heater blew early on a Friday morning. Matt sent Dylan over the same day with a free replacement since it was still under warranty. Dylan was excellent. He communicated with me every step of the way and did a very good job. The cost to install was very reasonable and by evening we had hot water.

Great! I called them and they came out the same day! It's so wonderful having a company with later business hours. They had the toilet fixed in one hour and left no mess! I would highly recommend Robinson Plumbing!!!!!

It went well. I called Monday morning and they were able to come later the same day. They showed up prior to the scheduled time. I showed the technician everything. He went to work and had the faucet installed in no time. The other faucets were looked at and fixed. My only complaint is the paperwork for the new faucet was not left with me. I called the office asking if it could be mailed to me and was told she needed to contact the technician right away since he was on his way to get rid of trash. I have not heard anything since. Wish I could get this information so I have it on hand in case I need warranty items or need to replace parts. I will try other avenues and see if I can obtain this information.

EJ was professional, articulate and explained everything to me in a clear logical fashion that even I - who am not in the least bit handy - could understand. Best plumber I have ever had. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

The Plumber that came to My Home, Kody, was professional, courteous and explained everything up front. The Inspection and the results were reported to me immediately. Later the same date I had a copy of the inspection report, being sent to the Borough, in My Email. I would use this service provider Again.

The leaking 1/2" copper water supply line was located in my home's basement, between the first floor joists and very accessible. The actual leak was two pin holes in a 1/2" copper elbow. I called Robinson Plumbing approximately 1:00pm. The scheduler was courteous and assured me a plumber was available and should arrive 3:00 to 4:00. The plumber was on time and very courteous. In fact, this plumber had worked in my kitchen approximately three years earlier, so I felt confidant I would receive a quality job. I showed the plumber the leak's location and had the copper line already drained. The plumber repaired the leak by soldering in a 1/2" copper spool piece comprised of an elbow, two couplings and >12" of 1/2" copper tubing. With arrival time, review of leak, set-up, repair time, clean-up and bill review time, the plumber was approximately on site one hour. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING: The original bill was $250.00 (which I approved and paid). To my surprise, I received a call from Robinson management explaining that the price charged was an error, the correct price is $190.00 (I will be receiving a refund) and how the plumber made the error. The manager was very clear with his explanation and apologetic for the overcharge. The manager also emphasized that, if I ever have a concern or question, I am to feel confident in calling him directly. I recommend: If you hire Robinson, you are most assured you will not only receive quality work and price from a qualified courteous plumber, but from the entire Robinson Team. I want to thank Robinson for an excellent job!

Cory was prompt, clean, courteous and professional. He kept me informed of what he was doing and what problems he found. I couldn't ask for better service.

Called first thing in morning and given approximate time of 2-4 pm. Received a surprise call at 10 am and they came within 15 minutes. The two men were very professional, explained the work to be done. Carefully protected work area, made the repair and provided bill.

Robinson Plumbing had changed out our shower cartridge over one year ago but the shower was not providing enough hot water. I called to discuss what the issue might be and they thought the cartridge might be faulty. Matt Robinson agreed to honor their work and had someone come out and change out the cartridge in our shower. I found this customer service to be excellent and was extremely pleased. The owner and his staff went above and beyond to make certain that this customer was satisfied. I am thrilled with their service and will absolutely refer Robinson and use them again.

I called Robinson Plumbing around 12:30 PM on Friday, Feb. 12, 2016 and told the extremely pleasant woman on the phone what my problem was with the faucet. She asked if I would be home in the afternoon because she will try to get someone out to my home today. I was elated that someone might actually come in a few hours. I knew it was an issue with my faucet because there was no water if the faucet was not used. Well, amazing, by about 2:30 PM the technician arrived.....only about two hours from my initial call. The plumber was very courteous and professional, and he was also very caring about my kitchen and the water in the cabinet. He assessed the problem quickly and determined it was in the faucet head which was lacking a proper washer. I told him that I had probably caused the issue myself when I took the head apart to soak it in vinegar to clean it. He never made me feel like the "idiot" I was, and he explained and showed me how to take it apart in the future. This is the first time I called Robinson Plumbing and would definitely use them again and recommend them to people I know. In fact, I am so impressed with their response and the plumber that was here, I almost want my house to have plumbing issues so I can call them back again.

I was very pleased with the services provided. Both guys were personable and efficient. I would definitely recommend Robinson and use them again.

From the phone call to schedule the work to the time Cody left , the experience with Robinson's was seamless. I called on a Friday and the business was able to provide service that afternoon. This was my first time using this company but certainly not my last. Cody came in and did the required work, was pleasant to deal with and made me feel confident that what he did would work. He wasn't in a rush and cared that everything was in working order ,waiting while we tested it several times. For these reasons I wouldn't hesitate to have him back for future plumbing issues. Thank you Robinson's for living up to your excellent ratings!

Called at 8:00 a.m. and spoke with Donna, who was very cordial and responsive, about having no hot water. She relayed information to Matt who called me within ten minutes. Matt gave me a fair price (called several other companies) and stated he could do it that afternoon. Matt and his assistant showed up at noon and by 3:00 p.m. had hot water. Matt and his assistant were extremely professional, personable, and left everything in tip top shape. Will definitely use again in the future for any other plumbing needs.

There was a minor problem when the first plummer came out. I complained, and the owner responded extremely quickly. He explained why there had been a problem, and fixed it.

To start, Robinson was by far the most expensive estimate of the three I received. Actually, for the first one, the general contractor couldn't determine what was causing my issues, so he couldn't give me an estimate. The second estimate was half of what Robinson plumbing had offered - provided I supplied the materials. But I found Matt to be more thorough in his explanation of what was wrong and what he would do to correct it. In addition, when he came to diagnose the problem initially, he waived the diagnostic fee, even though I hadn't committed to using his services. Matt came out immediately after his vacation - as he assured me he would do this job himself. He arrived with his apprentice, and the two of them got to work right away (around 8:45) and continued until about 5:30. They made sure they cleaned up everything they had worked on, waited to run the washer to make sure things ran smoothly, and, despite his needing to run extra an extra line he wasn't anticipating (he said this would add another couple hundred to the estimate), kept the price at the original estimate. I would definitely consider services from Robinson again in the future.

Everything went great from start to finish, they arrived on time, looked at everything including a leak I hadn't noticed until that morning, provided a quote quickly and finished all the work within a few hours. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

We had seen other plumbers on here, but decided to go with Robinson because we had dealt them in the past. My husband was the only one home at the time the repairs were done, so I'm going by what he noted. Cody was on time and courteous. The garbage disposal was removed in hopes of preventing dirty water from backing up into dishwasher. Cody installed a new sink drain and replaced the piping underneath the sink. The diverter spout was replaced in hopes of stopping an intermittent ceiling leak from water getting behind the old diverter spout. Cody showed my husband exactly where water was getting behind the diverter spout. He had to leave to go pick up the diverter spout, but was finished with both that and the sink drain in about 2 hours. Cody's prompt estimate matched the final cost, which was much lower than we were expecting. We also haven't had any issues with either the shower leaking or water backing up since the work was completed.

The price was very reasonable, the person professional; we could not have asked for better service! Robinson Plumbing will be getting all of our business, as well as referrals!

Our house didn't have an outdoor spigot, so we called on Robinson to come out to give us a quote. We have had Robinson do other plumbing projects for us in the past, and have been very satisfied with the work as well as the professionalism and follow up service. The quoted price was about $500. We elected to have him install PEX instead of copper that we currently have in our house to keep the price down. The work was done quickly and we are satisfied with the outcome. $500 was a little more than I was hoping to pay, but in an industry where you get what you pay for, I do not have any regrets hiring Robinson Plumbing, and would recommend them to anyone needing quality plumbing work done.

Quoted a start time between 8-830 and the guy arrived at about 815. Updated estimate given befit with was stated. Completed quickly and well with silicone around the new hose bib where it meet the house was an appropriate and move finishing touch.

He was great! Work was done same day, quickly and clean. Matt was professional and polite.

I used this plumbing company in the past, and as in the past, they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to use or recommend again. Good company from the time they say hello until they are done with job.

My hot electric water heater finally have up after almost 20 years. I called them the next day and Donna was very nice. She said someone will call me back and after an hour or so I believe it was Mack who called me and gave me a quote. They install the same brand that I currently have (Bradford White) and was so happy that they were close to me and had a slot available. They had it installed the same day. Cleaned up pretty nicely and took my old and very heavy hard water sediment full broken unit. i would gladly recommend them for a job very well done.

He did a wonderful job and even cleaned up after himself... Would gladly use him again.

Ran later than scheduled appointment time, however, the office called to let me know. Thanks for the heads up. Gave me the cost for each job prior to fixing. Didn't have a part for the kitchen faucet, but ran out to go purchase it during the appointment. Provided updates throughout the appointment.
