Description of Work: Replaced water heater on a friday within hours of me calling. In and out in a couple of hours we had our hot water back on. Very reasonably price also. Thanks Matt. A few years earlier they replaced our ENTIRE house pinholed copper with new pex type piping in one day. That's a two story 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house and we haven't had a problem since.

Description of Work: They replaced a pressure valve on the water supply pipe in my home. They responded to the call very quickly, came to my home swiftly, left to retrieve the part and returned to install it immediately. I really appreciated this. My only complaint was the price. It seemed quite high for the price of the part and the short amount of time it took to install. I would use them again, but would try to negotiate a better price. If not in an urgent situation I would definitely get competing bids.

Description of Work: They unclogged my kitchen sink drain. They did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: We had a suspicious smell in our basement; called them and they came out that day. It turned out to be a sewer pipe leak; fixed it the next day. Gave us some options about the repair, did the job quickly and effectively. It was an unexpected repair for us and it did cost a lot, but it was quite a job for them and I appreciated their effort. I'd definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced the toilet wax seal and new screws. The technician was on time, wore protective shoes in the house and used his own drop cloths to minimize mess. I thought the project would be more in depth (possibly replacing pipes) and he suggested checking the seal first which was the cause of the issue. Saved me $s.... :-) I will definintely use them again.

Description of Work: I had a outside frost free hose bib replaced. I called in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. They gave a window that the tech would call from 12-2 and he called around 1:45. They did a great job. I would use Robinson again.

Description of Work: The tub faucet had not worked properly for some time and finally came off - blew off, really - from the water pressure. Another plumber had not seen the problem, but Gage from Robinson Plumbing identified the problem as poor workmanship in the past. He corrected the problem and the faucet has worked properly since. He also checked out a few other minor concerns and gave suggestions and/or made quick adjustments to correct those problems as well. On time, good service, fair price.

Description of Work: I called them because I had a big job (15k)connecting my house to the city sewer line, replacing my city water line into the house and filling in a sistern. Called them twice, left messages, they never even called me back. Guess they didn't need the work.

Description of Work: All of the staff was professional and did an excellent job. We had a new hot water heater installed and the estimate was significantly less than some competitors. I would wholeheartedly recommend Robinson plumbing.

Description of Work: Had Robinson do work for us and then had them out for an estimate. They charged me $125 for the estimate, never told me there would be a fee for an estimate. A worker I really liked there is no longer with the company. Matt told me he had several complaints about his work. GREAT, I just had him in our house and he did work for us.... I thought they were a good company, not thrilled and will not use or recommend in the future.

Description of Work: Awesome - Jacob came out last week gave me an estimate and explanation, I called that afternoon to set up the job. It was not an emergency, and a week later it was done. Cost exact as what was on estimate, guys were clean and thoughtful, they used drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again, and they were competitively priced.
