A multi-year problem with a toilet was fixed. I highly recommend this company. Owner, Matt, should be very proud of his team.

Description of Work: Emergency clean out of clogged pipes. The owner worked until he was certain they were clean and then advised me on the best toilet paper to use for my cast iron pipes. He was genuine and professional and I would call him again without hesitation.

Description of Work: I was taken back a little when I saw how young the workers were who arrived (promptly) to do the job. However, the employees were very prompt, professional, and respectful of my personal space and home. The lead plumber explained clearly what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He provided an estimate which was the same as the end total. He even took the time to further discuss a potential solution to a separate concern I had. I would absolutely recommend this company and use them for further service.

Description of Work: He installed a new water heater for a reasonable price. Very responsive when called. Explained in detail what he would do and gave me the model number etc. Worked with me to make it happen. The guys did a fantastic job installing the heater. -jose

Description of Work: HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE! Robinson Plumbing installed a new water heater incorrectly and it leaked on my basement floor. When I noticed it and called they did come out but the owner, Matt Robinson, was dismissive and tried to blame the leaking connections on ME! He said I must have made the installer nervous by watching over him which is outrageous to say and absolutely not true since I was working from home all day and did not see what his installer was doing. Maybe Matt Robinson should have been watching over him. Matt Robinson offered $100 for my troubles and I said NO THANK YOU and he still sent a check anyway which I didn't cash. I want to tell Angie's List and everyone else went I went through with Robinson Plumbing. Also, a few weeks later I noticed that the exterior water heater exhaust pipe was turned during the water heater install and killed one of my bushes. I have pictures to support everything in this review. DO NOT USE ROBINSON PLUMBING!

Description of Work: Matt was great!He was very accommodating to my schedule. He worked on my sewer line. The only issue was rather than checking out the problem for himself he trusted the findings of the plumber who worked on it before him resulting in unnecessary work and costs.

Description of Work: I needed a zone valve for one of my zone for my hot water baseboard furnace. |I had one replaced by a different company the year before. The plumber arrived and found out that I had an older model of the valve which required the furnace to be drained in order to install.....he was not very excited about this. Then he decided that instead of working with the old head of the existing valve, he would just cut the old one out and soder in the new one. This raised the price from an original quote of $350 to $575. |Now what is a home owner to do once the furnace is drained and the old head of the old zone valve has been taken off? So this is my take away from this experience.....the plumber was here a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes.....he said to me that he thought it was going to be a pain to have to bleed my system once he had it sealed back up.....in the end he gave me a $25 discount....because it didn't take him as long as he thought it would......and I had a A L $25 coupon.....which brought the price to $525. Now the part was about $125......so $400 was for labor for 1 plus hours......I can now see why people let their houses go to h***....because I wish I could make $400 buck in an hour and a half!!! The over all work was done well and the furnace works fine now.......

Description of Work: Cleaned drain for washing machine and kitchen sink to clear blockage. Gage was very punctual and professional. Showed respect for my home by wearing covers over his shoes and cleaning up prior to leaving.

Description of Work: I had a clog in my shower and they were able to come out the same day. However I had the water turned off due to another remodeling project that I was working on. So they were not able to check that the clog was completely fixed. 1 day later the shower was cloging again and again they came out the same day to fix and test that everything was fixed. And they did not charge for the second visit. I would recommend Robinson Plumbing to anyone.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom sink that appeared in our kitchen. They fixed it as well as finishing the ceiling plaster. The man who fixed it was kind and good. It was however difficult to get arrange meeting times for him to come as this was a multi-visit situation. And I thought it was pricey - but that could be because I am not used to the price for plumbers. Don't think I want to get used to it either!
