Knowledgeable, professional, but the prices were hard to swallow. I decided against some services when told how much they would be. I have used them before and thought the price at that time was reasonable. Not this time. I would shop around more in the future.

They were good, fair on price, prompt, and on time. We liked them. The quality was done well. They were very friendly.

A young plumber from the company came out to fix the problem. He is very professional and honest in doing his job. In fact, I haven't needed their services since 2011 til now and I'm always happy with the outcome.

We noticed a water spot in our laundry room ceiling and called Robinson Plumbing. They offered to send someone out within a few hours, but as it wasn't currently leaking we opted for the next day. They were here at 8:00, and very very prompt and professional. They could not find the source of the leak, but not for lack of trying. They were here for more than an hour trying to make the leak occur again, and finally said they thought the hard water minerals had stopped up the leak. It was an old leak, not wet at all. Even though they couldn't find the leak, they tried very hard, and were reluctant to leave. We have not had it leak since. For their professionalism and persistence, I will certainly call them again.

Very well. They worked with me in scheduling work around construction I was performing in finishing my basement. They offered suggestions in postioning piping which was extremely helpful. They where knowledgeable on types of materials and products which was helpful in my selection.

His service was goo, but we were not happy with the price. We had the same work done down in Texas except that they put two devices in two different parts of the house and the price was $620. He only did one up here and that was $800. He had to come back couple of times to set the circulating pump correctly.

Gave me an appointment on the same day that I called and work was completed professionally.

Matt and his guys did a great job with everything and went above and beyond, in my opinion, to satisfy the inspector and my own expectations. I will not even consider using another plumber for anything I do in the future. Absolutely trustworthy and professional, not to mention the best price.

The response was very quick, they were able to come out an hour after I called. Gage was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, well equipped for the job and always conscious of cleanliness. Because of the nature of the problem I did not get estimates but the price seemed very reasonable for the time spent, the promptness of the service and the very positive experience. Robinson Plumbing gets my highest recommendation. Five stars is not enough.

Matt came here within two hours of our calling his office. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend him and will use his service again if needed.

Called Matt app 9:45, he was here by 10:30 am. Cut a whole in kitchen ceiling to drain out all the water, and locate leak. After ruling out two other possibilities he pinpointed it to a leak in the pipe behind the on off knob of shower behind a marble wall. He was able to repair it, and replace a cartridge in the sink, and was out the door by 12:30. He cleaned up everything, and was very courteous and polite. It was great service. I will definitely have him back in the spring for outside plumbing that needs done. I recommend him highly.

Everything went really well. This is not my first experience with Robinson Plumbers and they are on-time, neat, get the work done quickly and without making a mess of the place. We decided, after realizing that our toilets were using a lot of water because they are so old, to replace rather than repair a faulty handle on the toilet in our basement and replace rather than repair a leaking toilet on our first floor. We opted to replace both toilets with new, lower water models, but we still wanted a really powerful flush. Cameron suggested a Toto model and after researching it myself decided to go with the Toto. When the guys arrived they protected the work area, cleaned up all the area around the flange to be certain the new wax ring fit perfectly - Cameron even scraped off the floor around where the old toilet was just in case the new toilet allowed some of the tile to show that used to be under the old model. They just finished up the installation and everything went perfectly. We are pleased with the aesthetics and the performance. I can't speak highly enough of their responsiveness, quality and work ethic.

Unfortunately we had raw sewage back up in the basement twice within a month. After 2 other 'fixes' it was determined that our sewer line had a pitch problem. I initially called Robinson Plumbing for an estimate and quickly determined that they were by far the most professional company that we were dealing with. The staff is extremely professional from Donna, their office manager, to Matt and his staff. They are prompt, knowledgeable, explained in detail what needed to be done and very helpful in answering all questions that we had. Unfortunately due to the location of the pipe, part of our deck and driveway needed to be removed to make the repair. Matt was helpful in giving me reputable references for that worked when we asked for his help. The office calls you to tell you they are on the way, they are prompt and even though we had a slight glitch with the gas line not being properly marked and UGI had to be here for part of the excavation, the 30' of sewer line was repaired in aprrox 6 hours. They even made sure we were satisfied with the clean up before they left (which we were). We also received a courtesy call from Matt the next day making sure we were satisfied with their work. I would also like to respond to a previous comment about their pricing. Robinson's estimate was literally 1/3 of one estimate we received and with $100 of two other estimates so we have no complaint. We have had several plumbers work in our house over the last ten years but will be loyal Robinson customers in the future! I highly recommend them. Thanks Matt & team!

They arrived on time and did the job in the time they said they would. They were very friendly and clean. They did everything they said they would except to come back and address an issue I had with the grounding wire that they disconnected when they replaced the pipes coming into the meter with plastic pipe and never reconnected the ground wire to the water pipe coming in from the street. I got an electrician and had it corrected.

Called Matt concerning a jet pump with well tank system. that was rusting out. Matt was attentive to my needs and we scheduled a day to do the work. He and his helper arrived on time, accessed the situation , and picked up the appropriate material and tank. They returned and performed their work in a very timely and professional manner, checking and redoing the existing piping. They cleaned up and removed the old tank and material. I am very happy with the work performed and attention to detail in doing the job right the first time. There have been no problems since with the pump and tank, and water pressure is better than before. I would recommend Matt's services to any one, and definitely would not hesitate to call them again if the need arises.

They were excellent in their professionalism and knowledge. We contacted a different company and were told by their answering service that they did not handle water heaters. We looked at Angie's List and found Robinson Plumbing and were impressed by the reviews so we decided to call and give them a try. Best decision, they returned our call promptly and gave us a price for the work that was very reasonable. The next day, they called to inform us they were running late instead of leaving us hanging and wondering if they would show up. Upon arrival they got right to work switching out the old water heater and installing the new one. Shortly thereafter, we had our hot water again!

Called for a quote on replacing Flush-mate Called back within a short time with a quote Made an appointment for following morning. Jordan and Gage arrived on time( 8AM) Both were professional,polite,knowledgeable. Completed the job in a half hr,cleaned up and were on their way. Price was exactly as quoted. I would definitely use their service in the future.

Water heater went and we needed it replaced along with the expansion tank. They were prompt and took the time to explain everything to us. We were very happy with the service. I also had them over a few months prior to re-seal a toilet in the home we just moved into. Again very prompt, professional and nice. They also took the time to answer some questions on the gas appliances for me. We will definitely call them for any plumbing needs.we may have in the future and recommend them.

Our water heater died on a weekend so we where scrambling to find someone to come out and diagnose/replace the unit as we obviously had no hot water. Matt answered my call on a Sunday morning and was very helpful. We agreed that as the old unit was 12 yrs old a new water heater would be the best course of action. The price he quoted was competitive and he said he could have a crew out late Monday afternoon as my wife and I would be at work during the day. The guys showed up on time, where very polite, did a professional installation, where neat and had the job done in an hour. Within 45 minutes we had hot water again. I will use Robinson plumbing again and would recomend them to others.

Pressure tank for well blew out on a Saturday night. I sent an email around 9:30 pm and got a phone call in less than 30 minutes. We spoke a few more times that night to confirm the tank specs and the size of the space. Scheduled for Tuesday morning in order to allow time for getting the correct tank and parts. Rec'd a confirmation email on Sunday and a call on Monday. Crew arrived on time, finished on time, and stuck to the price even though they ran into a few unexpected things. Follow-up call a day or two later to confirm everything was fine with water pressure, etc. Excellent work all around.

Everything was fixed and ready to go within a couple of hours. The estimate was exact. The repairs truly fixed the problems. I know that we probably could have found someone to do this a little less expensively, but we have used Robinson's plumbing several times in the past and have always found Matt to be completely professional, honest and responsive, and to me that is worth a little more money.

I got 4 different bids on it. It wasn't that they were the lowest but they were the most thorough in the quoting process in terms of attention to detail. They performed very successfully the quote which was very important. I was very pleased with the fact that they did an exceptional job. The quote was very accurate and they didn't add anything. They did a tremendous job. Their price was very competitive. It was second to the lowest. They were professional and they showed that in their workmanship which was important. I would use them again.

Matt personally supervised the guys. If they didn't do something right, he fixed it himself. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. He was very up front. He did a good job. I had one little issue, and he made it right. It's been six months since the job was done, and everything has been fine. I got lower prices, but it would have taken a lot longer to get the job done. I would use them again in the future.

He did a good job though he was expensive. He was prompt and polite.
