We went to a dealer and picked out what we wanted. They got it for us for a discount and then we had them install it. They were prompt, they came right away to inspect what the problem was and told us who to go to. They even picked it up from the dealer and put it right in. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again.

They came that same morning and fixed our issue within the hour. The repairman was tidy and polite. We would absolutely choose their services again.

We used Robinson Plumbing for our office dishwasher line that was not draining and was backing-up. I called and they sent someone the next day. The technician was on time and very courteous. He explained everything to me and did not complete any work without reviewing with me first. The final cost was exactly what he had discussed with me. I was very pleased and will use them not only for any future office needs but also for home needs.

The original estimate was to replace the main clean-out valve and several feet of pipe under our concrete basement floor. But when Matt and his helper arrived he realized there was a easier way to solve the problem without digging up our basement floor; his repair was great, is still working fine, and saved us a lot of money! We will definitely call Robinson again in the future. Thanks Matt!

Matt and his helper Kody arrived sooner than expected. They looked at the problem and told us they would have to get some things from the office but would be right back. When they returned, they got right to work. We thought all the water was shut off in the house, but they still had some water dripping from the pipe. (Since it was hot, Matt turned off the hot water valve at our furnace). While they were working, I was standing in front of our dishwasher which I thought had finished the cycle, but, heard water splashing about and I immediately told them that I had found the "leak", and stopped the dishwasher from running. They finished before noon (I forget the exact time) and went on to their next job. A little while later, I went to turn on the hot water only to find there was none. I called Robinson Plumbing and Donna (who was extremely helpful during my first call to Robinson Plumbing) said she would have Matt return my call. He did so almost immediately, and when I explained that we had no hot water, he told me that he had turned it off at the furnace. He kept me on the line while I went to find the valve (after he told me where it was) and I turned it back on. I did not have any idea where this valve would have been. Matt is a terrific person; helpful, prompt, did the job right the first time, and we won't hesitate to call him for any plumbing problem or job we have in the future. Matt gave us a "first time customer" discount of $50.00. The entire job was $700.00. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend him. We were not sure if he would have been able to come to our home the same day. We were pleasantly surprised at how soon Matt and Kody showed up and how quickly they finished. This was a job well done!!! Thank you Matt and Kody and also Donna who called them right away with our problem and didn't put it off until they finished their jobs for the day.

Cannot say enough great things! Sewer was backed up. Quick estimate and within an hour everything was fixed. Great company. Even gave us a minor discount for being new customers. Will be using them in this home and all future homes!

The two plumbers that performed the work were clean, courteous and very good. There were no issues and we are very pleased with the price, quality of work and the workers. We would recommend Robinson Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber.

They replaced a valve for the refrigerator water source and all the tubing and connectors. Price is reasonable, good quality work, prompt and courteous.

During the replacement of the water main on my street, the attachment of the new, higher pressure water main to my existing water service line caused the existing pipe to begin leaking as it had severe corrosion. I needed to have my water service replaced in short order, as a new storm drain was being installed not far from my curb valve, and the crew needed to fill in the hole for my connection before installing the storm drain. While several plumbing companies bid similar amounts, Robinson was the only one to recognize the time issue, committed to a rapid completion, and rearranged their schedule. They arrived on time, excavated around my raised bed planter and under my concrete slab porch, and the owner even rolled up his sleeves and jumped down into the trench to work around the gas line, and make the new water line connections. They tracked no mud, dirt or clay into my house, and backfilled my front yard leaving very few traces of their activity. When the old water meter started leaking a few days later (not their fault, now replaced) they came by at 11pm and fixed the leak free of charge. They even cut me a break on the price since the hole at the curb was already there. What more could you ask for?

From the start my experience with Robinson Plumbing has been great. I called and spoke to a live person in the office who was able to schedule an appointment for Matt the owner to come out and look at the job in two days. Matt was great,he looked over my situation and provided me with a proposal within 48 hours. The crew that came to the house was very professional and neat. Everything that was done was explained fully by either Matt or Mike who was the lead plumber on my job. I have no co,plaints about Robinson Plumbing. Plan on using them to do all the finish plumbing in the house once we get to that point in our remodel. Would recommend them.

I was able to get an appointment right away and they were very responsive. They showed up on time for the appointment and they were very professional and clean. He did everything he needed to and explained what he was doing. He was able to get the job done in one hour and he did not charge a service call. I even received a senior discount.

Matt was super friendly and extremely professional. He came in and gave me an estimate within minutes. Everything was fixed promptly and he guaranteed his work. He even wore boot covers into the house to not track dirt. He also gave me some tips about our old plumbing so I don't have to call him in the future unnecessarily. Don't waste your time with anyone else, just call Matt.

They were excellent. There wasn't anything I disliked. They were prompt and they were courteous. Their price is very reasonable. They're very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. I've had no complaints. They were really good. I would use them in the future. This was the second time I've used them.

Came out same day, quick, & professional.

We had asked Matt to clean out our sewer line, as our 18 year-old low-flow toilets were stopping up constantly. He had the equipment on his truck to do this, but asked several questions about what was happening. Then he said he didn't think the sewer cleaning would help, and recommended new technology toilets. He was able to get one on his lunch break and installed it that day, along with the hot water heater. There was a delay in obtaining a special kitchen faucet which we wanted to match other fixtures. During the wait to get this item, we had problems with our old upstairs toilet (which we then decided to replace), and had a really odd problem with the new hot water heater--which was a leading brand similar to the 18 year-old one Matt had removed. He came by and attempted to adjust the unit, but when the kitchen faucet came in and we were still having problems, he replaced both thermostats on the hot water heater under warranty. We have not used a plunger in over 2 months since Matt installed the 1st new toilet. The hot water heater is now working perfectly (we WOULD be the ones to get the very unusual faulty unit), the kitchen faucet is beautiful, and it is SO nice to have a working hose faucet again. Matt's willingness to accurately diagnose our toilet clogging problem, his tenacity in correcting the problem with the new hot water heater, his skill in installing a beautiful, high-style faucet in a 25 year-old stainless kitchen sink (it looks beautiful) and his general skill and professionalism make him a super star of plumbing and the only plumber we will ever use in the future. He lives up to his company motto, "Feel good about your plumber" in EVER way!!

Cameron, From Robinson, came to our house to install a new premium brand (Toto) toilet. Cameron was very professional, laid down dropclothes to protect our floors and proceeded to remove our old toilet. He explained how he would install the new toilet and did a great job of cleaning up caulking around the base of the old toilet and made fast work of installing the new one. He also needed to install a new shut off valve as the old one was approx. 12 years old. He tested the new installation for leaks and function, everything was fine. He cleaned up his work area and left. The whole process took about two hours. A few months earlier, we had Robinson install a new water heater. Cameron did that work as well. Our old water heater was also about 12 years old, it was a rather short and large diameter heater. That style heater is no longer available and Cameron had to install a taller but more narrow unit. This required a change to the incoming copper water lines. Cameron did a great job re-routing the incoming lines, the runs are straight, horizontally and vertically and the joint soldering very clean. I would recomment Robinson for any plumbing job in a residential setting.Matt, the owner, is prompt in returning phone calls and generally can give a good estimate over the phone. Robinson is not the least expensive plumbing service around. However, you get what you pay for and quality work seems to be a trait with Robinson plumbing.

Can't recommend Robinson Plumbing highly enough. They promptly took care of our hot water emergency over the July 4th weekend. Technicians were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They installed a new heater, removed and disposed of the old one and left the area clean and clear. Excellent service & will definitely use this company for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

Call him at 6:15AM on a Saturday morning, responded within 15 minutes. Showed up an hour later. Replaced a 210' deep well pump and wiring. Did an amazing job, answered every question and explained the risks at each step. Got a top quality pump, new wiring, added standoffs to protect the wiring in the future. Added a ground connection that was missing from the original install. Took the time to make sure it worked properly and that no Tankless connector issues existed. In every way a honest, talented and knowledgeable professional. There is no one else I will use for my plumbing needs from now on. Thank you Matt.

We had water backing up in our washer and sink. Of course it happened on Friday night. We were expecting to,pay not only the service fee but an additional weekend fee-- we were just charged the fee for "snaking". Gage, the professional from Robinson, came this morning, as promised. Gage, from Robinson Plumbing solved a problem that we've had for over a year. He was able to diagnose the problem (where others before him could not) and fix it promptly. He found the trap, cleaned it out, got rid of an old rotten pipe and capped it. Some little extras...he wore rubber shoe covers, laid down a drop cloth in our entryway, let us use a wet vac to clean up the mess. Really nice guy, good company to do business with. Very happy to recommend Robinson Plumbing.

The service call went very smoothly. Initally Matt was running behind schedule, but he called with plenty of notice to let me know he would be later than expected. He ended up getting here right at the appointment time afterall. We are very pleased with the repairs he made on the toilet in our hall bath.

He made an evalution and said the estimate of cost will be sent to me. Never received the estimate. Overall, he was detailed and took the time to look at the broken pipes.

It went well. He was prompt and he answered our call after hours. He was very curteous, and thorough in his work. He put dropclothes down throughout the house, to prevent the carpet from getting dirty.
