Description of Work: Waste of money. His work is lame and trye to force his copycat ideas into your home. Luckily my experience prevented his stupid ideas from ruining our home. We paid him in full then fired his lame a** and his wife who has no skills other than looking in a few magazines and trying to present them as her own. then she tries to rob you by charging you out the wazooo. Description of Work: He was supposed to do Architecure drawings of home and renovations but literally gave us reproduced ideas and sketches. It was underachievement when he copies and duplicates old work from other jobs. He draws sketches but does not provide complete drawings for contractors to work off of. I made all selections along with builder during construction phase without architect input. he was a waste of time. He and his wife never responded to our choices but simply wasted time and never offered helpful advice. After he draws and demands money on the spot, his wife trys to milk the same customer for charging to select fixtures, floors, materials which should be included in their LOFTY prices. She then trys to purchase the items which she selects and then marks it up so you get screwed even more. We have worked with this con game for years and have danced around their undeserved egos and pride. It is a shameful husband/wife business. Over the years, the customer spends endless amount of time doing research and selecting every aspect of the home. The wife of course wants to view my selections then sits on the info for weeks without even looking at it. Then she agrees with all our choices. Then she wants to try to upsell those items which I pick and charge me more for it. What a scam. We learned to speak to them calmly not to hurt their big egos.
