They did exactly what they were supposed to do. Happy with the outcome and will use again.

Everything went smoothly with no problems. The company was willing to come out and spend most of a Saturday cleaning ducts in my "new to me" 10 year old house where the previous owners had some smelly bunnies and occasionally smoked in the house. The owner of the company did the work and was very professional and courteous. Overall I was happy with the service, would use these guys again (although hopefully I never have to), and would recommend them to others.

Easy scheduling and on-time service. Although it was more expensive then I had anticipated they did an excellent job. I was experiencing sinus/allergy issues every time the heat was running, nose would instantly get stuffy, since the service has been completed, those issues have all but disappeared. The air quality in the house is exponentially better now.

I was very impressed with the quality of this experience. Tom arrived on time, reviewed what was going to be done, and went to work. Very neat, wore shoe protectors, respected our property.

The cleaning was very thorough and well done. They also noticed that the hose to my dryer vent needed to replaced and did that for only the cost of the dryer vent and did not charge me additional labor for this service.

Technician arrived on time. Job was completed in estimated time. No problems.

We were offered the choice of 3 sanitizers. We chose the eucalyptus. The scent was strong but not unpleasant. We did need to keep the windows open & use ceiling fans to disperse the odor. Highly recommend this service provider.

Tom from Optim Air USA showed up right on time and made an overview of my cooling system, inspecting the air handler, vents and ductwork. When I told him about my issue with cigarette smell from a previous owner, he decided it needed the most thorough cleaning possible and ran 40 minutes out of his way, to his business and back, to get another piece of equipment that would better serve one of the ducts. I truly felt he was concerned about doing the best service possible and he spent considerable time on the job. I rarely hire out services because so few contractors and businesses are truly diligent about their work. Tom from Optim Air USA is a rare professional - timely, friendly and thorough. He left the home cleaner than when arrived. The price was fixed through my Angie's List Big Deal. There were no extra charges and no attempts to upsell anything. I can't say for sure if this service will help reduce or eliminate smoke smells from my system, but I am confident that Tom did the best job that can be done and I would definitely recommend Optim Air and will use them again in the future.

Great experience! The technician, Tom, is a great guy and very thorough. Most of your dirt is close to the vent opening but their hoses & cleaning system reach the entire span to the furnace. He also cleans the vent cover and the area around the vent. I especially like the final pressure sanitizing of the duct system. I feel so clean! Ready for the winter heating season. Great job!!!! I LOVE this service. I've never cleaned my vents before. Although my house needed to be cleaned and was dusty, after only getting a few done, I felt I could breathe better and the house smelled clean, really clean! Thomas was very patient, professional, and friendly. This company does quality work and is very well priced! How did I go so long without having this done!?! My advice- call and make an appointment to clean your vents!!

Tom was efficient & friendly. Did a great job of removing all vent covers and vacuuming all vents. Do to heavy rain he was not able to go on the roof to clean the dryer vent but will be back Monday to complete the job.

Good, house smells amazing and all the dog hair and dog food has been removed from the ducts. Pleasant provider as well! :)

Tom showed up early for his scheduled appointment and thoroughly explained all the steps he was going to perform. He was very courteous and thorough in his work. He made sure to clean up all dirt and dust that was displaced by removing the vents. Very satisfied and definitely would use again.

The owner/worker showed up exactly on time, did a walk through of the townhouse, and then immediately started carrying in his equipment. He was very professional and went about the work efficiently. Eager to answer all questions. AND a way lower price then all other competitors we contacted. One great overall experience. Also supports veterans and is one himself.

They were here several hours and took their time cleaning each vent and air intake, and they also inspected the heater and filter. They did a very good job and I was very happy with the service. This is the first time I had the ducts cleaned and the video was cool. It was a camera that went deep into the duct we could see the dirt before, and then see the "after" cleaning view and I was surprised by the results.

The cleaning service was professional and thorough. I had no idea he would find mold on the inside of the air vents. He took his time and did a terrific job. Each vent was washed, and the air ducts were vacuumed and sanitized. He took his time and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He used a video camera to go up into the vents and he showed me the inside before he cleaned, and then, again, after he cleaned and I couldn't believe the difference. I did not realize that my vents and ducts were supposed to be cleaned on a regular basis, and I plan to utilize Optim Air next year. I would recommend Optim Air U.S.A to anyone who has never had their vents and ducts cleaned, or to anyone who is ready for another cleaning.
