Project went very well. Arrived early, very professional and explained what he was doing and why. Vent ducting was actually in pretty good shape even after 15 years. Returns were quite dirty. Dryer vent desperately needed cleaning. The pile of lint he pulled out filled two 5 gallon buckets. Drying time has been cut in half.

When I called to schedule a dryer vent cleaning I was able to get an appointment within a few days. On the day of service, the technician arrived in a timely manner. He was courteous and extremely helpful in explaining what he was doing. After cleaning my dryer vents he showed me all of the lint that was extracted and gave me some tips on how to avoid fires by scheduling regular maintenance. I appreciate his help especially since I recently moved into the property so I wasn’t aware of the maintenance that had been performed prior to me owning it. Great value and excellent service!

The owner was the one who came out to do the work. He said the clog was very dense, but he was able to clear it out.

The serviceman arrived on time, worked diligently and did an excellent job. He was considerate concerning noise issues of equipment while I was on the phone and engaged in a meeting in my home.

It worked out fine. He was a real nice guy. He had to come back a second time. I would recommend him. He was professional, friendly, worked hard, and very adaptable. I think it took him about 2 to 2 and a half hours to complete. He did what he said he was going to do and he did it well. The next day they dryer vent would not close and he came right out.

excellent... it was pointed out during the cleaning that there might be something amiss in the connection... and sure enough there was,, although could not be addressed at that time due to needed materials .. two days later returned and fixed perfectly.. I now have the safety and comfort of knowing my house will not burn down.. great great job

The service technician was prompt and very professional. He Isco reed that the hose,which goes across our attic, had come apart. He took the time to discover the problem and fixed the problem under challenging circumstances. I will definitely use Optim Air USA again

Went fantastic. Kathleen started the experience by phone. Reached out for a quote by a third-party website. She returned my call immediately. Was no pressure as I was first looking simply for information. Carefully explained the cleaning process and gave a easy calculation to estimate the total cost based on number of vents. Offered me discounts I was not even aware of. Tom was wonderful on the day of service. Extremely profession-took care with his equipment in our home (hard-wood floors) and made fast friends with our two-year old. Worked diligently and efficiently. Did not over-charge for basement vents that he was able to clean from higher floors. Cost was very fair, given that the job was larger (single-family home, three-floors with ~20 vents/returns). Payment was easy by credit card. We are thrilled with the results, especially with a new baby on the way. Great service and I would give my highest recommendation.

The technician arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and was very courteous. He took the time to figure out which vents I wanted cleaned and then decided the order in which to clean them to minimize the impact on us. He also helped me decide between a few vents based on his experience. He was very thorough in cleaning all the vents. He took the time to explain things to me when I asked questions. He told me things I should consider doing because we live in an older house. Every time he moved his equipment, he made sure to move his mats as well so our house did not get dirty at all. He also vacuumed the space around the vents and where his equipment was to make sure they were clean. He even vacuumed up some dust/dirt that he wasn't even responsible for. I didn't feel like he was rushing through the work at all, he took his time and made sure he did a thorough job. Overall, great experience and I plan on recommending the service to my friends.

Service provider arrived as scheduled. Washer/Dryer Unit is stackable - located on second floor of our townhome - he described work that he would be performing in detail - I showed him the location of the vent (outside of home between 1st/2nd floor of our townhome). Great job.

Tom was fantastic. He was punctual, professional, flexible, comprehensive and friendly. He arrived few minutes before the scheduled time. He was all you expect from a former military. He explained in details what he will do and spend good time on exploring all the ducts prior to beginning his work. He identified certain issues and installation problems. He fixed what he could fix. When he started the work, he worked for several hours non-stop. We chatted on a few topic and he was working the entire time. He really appreciated his work and his cordial approach. I would recommend him and his company. His wife Kathleen was just as proficient and cordial when she scheduled the appointment. I actually have recommended Optim Air USA to a couple of friends since Tom completed the service at my house. I would like also mention one point that Tom may not like me to mention. There was a confusion on my part as to the number of ducts included under the offer. The wording was not clear. Tom was understanding and refused to charge extra for the additional ducts. That impressed me as well. I felt bad and offered to pay but Tom insisted that as that was my understanding he was not going to charge. Very professional.

The service and work was excellent. It took about 5 hours to clean 28 vents, many of which were painted over and took a lot of work to open. Our dryer vent was caked with lint, but is wide open now. The house smells great too from the sanitizing mist. So glad we did this. We just moved into this house, which is 50 years old. If that isn't enough, the company is owned by a Veteran, who served over 30 years in the Marines. This is one of the best experiences I've had hiring a contractor!
