Description of Work: Clean AC vents and dryer vent. Was to suppose to provide a video tape of vents inside. Basement was extremely dusty from all the dust falling down from the upper two floors and AC filter was not replaced. We had a new one on hand.

Description of Work: Cleaned my air ducts, sprayed ducts with a mold inhibitor, and cleaned dryer duct. House smells better. My only observation is that a few clumps of dust were left behind. Otherwise, he was prompt, friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Tom was very professional and friendly. He explained what he would be doing, walked around the house with me to view all of the vents, and did not do anything that was unnecessary. The cleaning of all ducts and vents went for about 1.5 hours and was minimally annoying. Tom was very kind to my dog, as well, and his conversation made me comfortable with his presence in my home. He did a great job. My home environment seems to have cleaner air and less dust, I am sneezing and coughing less, and relieved to have this done.
