First attempt at remediation was disappointing, but subsequently a more aggressive effort was made. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and concern. Did a good job.

Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest about the solution needed for my crawlspace. Significantly less expensive than the large companies, in the order of thousands of dollars. Same warranty as the large companies and goes with the home, regardless of owner.

Clean-up left a little to be desired, but the owners' response was right on and helpful. A bit more expensive than other companies we checked, but they do more!

I had a previous company come in to waterproof my basement and they charged me more than Once and Done and did a horrendous job. They didn't do it correctly and more mold grew. Once and down came in, tore out the previous work and put in their system and my basement is completely dry even during the wettest months & completely mold-free. They gave excellent customer service and priced the job VERY reasonably. This is an honest company and do super work. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Crew extremely professional and courteous...

In the last few years, we've been getting huge puddles of water all over our basement floor. Never happened before. Some stretched all the way across the floor. Took hours of work with a shop vac to suck it up and days for the floor to dry. In mid-September, we hired Once & Done Waterproofing. They had the lowest price and specialize in our kind of problem. Work was completed in just one day and very tidily done. Very hard-working crew. But it was a leap of faith waiting to see if that work would be successful. Didn't rain for weeks after the sump pump system was installed beneath our basement floor. Weâ ve now had two really heavy rains. The floor remained bone dry after each of them. A little bit of water still did come in at the base of the outside basement entrance, as expected, but it got no further than the drain they installed in the floor at the door. The real test may not come until next springâ s monsoon season. But so far, so good. Based on preliminary results, I would not hesitate to hire them.

This company over-eager to charge money for the job. The gentlemen gave a free estimate for the wet/foul-odor from my crawl-space and give and an estimate of $2,500.00 (after 10% discount). However, the wet/foul-odor was lessening for the next couple of days and now it is back to its normal function without any further fixing. 2nd consultation states absolutely nothing should be done, everything is in order and also it is a free estimate. I am so grateful to receive the 2nd advise. I am also sad at the 1st estimate for the unnecessary proposal and costly fixing for the simple corrective matters.
