I had Jeff and his crew come to my house about a year ago. Jeff surmised the situation, told me what had to be done, and he and his crew fixed a problem that no other waterproofing company could fix. Also saved me a ton of money. Jeff is very knowledgeable, knows his business, and is an all around good and honest guy. That goes for his crew also. Have a water problem? Get Once And Done.

Shawn provided too options to resolve the problem of minor water seepage in the basement and he recommended the less expensive of the option (surprised me). The job was completed four days later. Exellent Job

After dealing with roto rooter and Losch plumbing with very bad experiences. Thank God for finding Once & Done. Very professional crew, they did a great job in installing the new sump pump that we definitely needed. Jeff was very honest and nice and explained everything that had to be done in detail. Highly recommend.

On time and on budget

Jeff, Rob and his crew were exceptional They answered all of my questions even took the time to show me how things worked. They installed a water catch basin and sump pump to replace our smaller 25 year old equipment. Jeff suggested a better pump They were meticulous in their work and cleanup except for the new pump you would not even know they're there. I would recommend ONCE&DONE for any of your waterproofing needs Thank you ONCE&DONE

The project was top notch.

Responsive when seeking a quote did not quite do everything as they described to protect the house as they went in and out, not responsive when we had a question after the fact, office staff flustered, but seemed to try hard to be helpful.

They did an absolutely AMAZING job. Last night Hurricane Ida hit this area pretty hard and we have absolutely ZERO water in our basement. The customer service was excellent. After installation there was a small issue, we emailed them and they got back to us immediately (after work hours) and fixed the issue within a few days. They are also very honest and reasonably price. If I could give them a rating higher than 5 stars I would.

Work was done in a timely manner. Done one day early. My only disappointment was that they cut down some drywall we had just installed with our brand new mini Split system. Other than that the basement looks great and they were reachable when needed.

This is a professional customer oriented company, their representative Shaun quickly identified the issue facing us. He walked us through the pros and cons and recommended a course of action. The crew he used was well organized and efficient and accomplished the job well within schedule. The result has been most satisfying. First attempt at remediation was disappointing, but subsequently a more aggressive effort was made. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and concern. In a time when warranties and customer satisfaction are just lip service, it is a refreshing experience to deal with a company that values its customerâ s concerns. I would recommend you consider Once And Done for your basement waterproofing needs..

Did a good job.

Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest about the solution needed for my crawlspace. Significantly less expensive than the large companies, in the order of thousands of dollars. Same warranty as the large companies and goes with the home, regardless of owner.

Clean-up left a little to be desired, but the owners' response was right on and helpful. A bit more expensive than other companies we checked, but they do more!

They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend to anyone.

I had a previous company come in to waterproof my basement and they charged me more than Once and Done and did a horrendous job. They didn't do it correctly and more mold grew. Once and down came in, tore out the previous work and put in their system and my basement is completely dry even during the wettest months & completely mold-free. They gave excellent customer service and priced the job VERY reasonably. This is an honest company and do super work. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
