If we have a problem they are out right away. I had one tiny problem. It didn't turn out to be a problem, but I should have been careful. He asked me to sign a couple of pieces of paper to say I was satisfied that he fixed everything. That's before he told us how much it was going to cost. I didn't like that so I said something to him, so he didn't do it this year. That's just a small thing. I shouldn't never sign something without reading it. That shouldn't have counted against him, that was my mistake.

I believe they are a very dirty company. They first quoted my wife $5,000, they were trying to take advantage of her. The tech was a scoundrel and even looked her in the eye and said your my job security. Basically saying they do take advantage of people who wouldn't know the price. The work itself was good. They came in a timely manner and cleaned up after the work was done.

They were courteous, prompt and I needed a repair quickly and they did that. They cleaned up when they were leaving.

My husband setup the apt. for an cleaning after seeing their commercials on tv and calling a few places for a price/availability. This was the first summer we were in our new/first home and we knew our AC was lacking because of the inability to cool the house. Well the tech came out on a Saturday and you could tell he had a rough night the night before he smelled awful, looked like someone I wouldn't want in my house normally and wasn't very friendly all together. I remember him being therethe majority of the day and coming out of the attic after some banging saying it was going to be $2,000, this is 10X of what we were expecting. Now my husband and I were already hot and just wanted to have everything fixed. We reluctantly agreed, he took some things out to power wash them, the previous owners never maintained anything, he also removed some things that were not hooked up correctly and replaced all the needed fluids. About 2 years later our AC died completely, there was no more limping it along. I called another company and had a whole new energy efficient HVAC system installed for $7,000. NEVER AGAIN will I call Maitz or allow their shady employees in my house. Lesson learned. They basically charged over $300/hr for labor since they didn't put almost any materials into our old unit.

It cost too much. I ended up having to put a new faucet in anyway. They were quick. The guy that did it was great. I just thought they were a little high. I could have bought a whole new faucet for that. I'd always had somebody do it, friend or something and didn't realize how much the price of that is.

This service is part of my contract with Maitz, that is charged monthly. Right now the charge has been waived because the company cared enough about a previous concern I had that they called and wanted to make it right by waiving my monthly fee for a year. That's attention to customer service, for sure.

Eric D. and his assistant, Ryan, arrived on time to fix a plumbing issue. Both were professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything before starting the work. Although I don't have anything to which to compare, the cost was higher than expected. Formerly a renter, I had grown accustomed to the property management staff repairing any issue, without requiring a service fee, which was built into the monthly rental payment. Anyway, top-notch friendly service. I'd call Maitz again.

Responsiveness and work completed were fine. Overpricing customers.

Maitz services is professional and they answer the phone quickly and treat you with respect. They did an electric job and overall was good but the electrician did something that he wasn't supposed to do and they charge me for that. When I asked to be fix they told me that it will cost and extra $300 because they where discounting the other service that they have done wrong. I had the job done with another company for $200. Plumbing services are extremely pricey and I have to do things that I don't need because they will not service if I don't accept. The plumber is extremely unprofessional and didn't show up once. I got an estimate for a washer and dryer hook up for almost $4,000 and I get it done for $1200 with another company. The service is ok but they overcharge too much.

Have an annual contract for house HVAC, generator and water treatment system for two annual 'free' visits to tune up of AC, furnace and Aprilaire humidifier , water treatment + salt and generator, so we get very prompt service. Also, have a no service call cost agreement. Basically our monthly fixed cost prepays for the above + buys peace of mind. In this instance, and by sheer coincidence, spotted a damp area beneath the well intake nipple connection to the drawdown tank on a Sunday afternoon. Called on a Sunday and they were out early Monday; diagnosed the problem as a galvanized pipe connection that had begun to rust through. After agreeing to the repair cost [an SOP when using the firm], repair was made within an hour using brass and other non-corrosive materials. This service was similar to experience on other service calls - prompt and efficient, getting the job done on the first try. However, we believe their cost is usually a bit on the high side versus one-off service call, but we are willing to trade that drawback for assurance of prompt, reliable service at a moments notice.

It was easy to set up the appointment and the phone operator was polite and helpful. The person who came out to give the estimate was also polite and professional, but did not seem very experienced. The quote they provided was more than twice as much as I ended up paying with a different electrician. They also tried to charge me a fee for giving the estimate, but waived it when I explained that no fee was mentioned when I called earlier. They are probably fine if you don't mind paying way too much, but make sure they don't try to charge you for an estimate.

Look, I used Maitz Services for several type of repairs in the last two years. The lightning fixture was replaced in Spring and I don't remember exactly when, or how much was the cost. What made me seek their help is they are very reliable, when they say they come, they do and are very professional. They work with you when you have a problem. Will use them again when needed.

He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. The work is excellent but the price seems exorbitant, but I felt I had little choice since it was an emergency of sorts.

Very professional. We have used them many times and have been their customer for more than 10 years. Will use them again. My only complaint is that their prices tend to be very expensive, but the work is very good. They did give me a quote for a new water softener while they were out. I thought $2600 was way too expensive.

I will definitely use them again. My only complain is that their prices are a little high.

They have very flexible hours and quotes us for a new furnace at $5000. Another vendor quoted us $2500 so we went that route.

bingMaitz Home Service came and tested water, determined what equipment I needed. they game me a quote and keep the price as per quote. They were here when they said they would be did the work quickly. neatly and a very professionally. Eric Stefan was the installer. He wore shoe guards, he was neat, he had everything he needed to do the job quickly and efficiently. Eric also explained what he was going to do and when he was done explained what was done and how to use the system. I was very happy with the service and I am very happy with the water system. I no longer have iron in my water. I would definitely recommend Maitz Home Services to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

They are the greatest in the world. They were just good and did it perfectly. They were right on time.

Made an appoinment. They never showed up.

The first representative who came by the house to evaluate the job and put together the estimate was very pleasant and professional. However, his expalnation of the worked to be performed sounded like the job would be more complex than it actually was and therefore, I agreed to the nearly $1500 estimate. On the day the work was done, a different individual arrived at the house. The job took about 2 to 3 hours to perform. He cut a small irregular hole in the ceiling below the shower in order to make the repair. He replaced the cracked drain pipe and did a rough clean up of the debris created by cutting a hole in my plaster ceiling. So, based on the time, we paid roughly $500. per hour. I had to then complete the clean up after the work was performed and now I still have to have my ceiling repaired. .

Very friendly and courteous, I would hire them again because of the pricing.

The company gave me a a call to tell me that a tech could come before the 4-8 window. I was pumped about this as I get out of work at 330. Eric arrived on time and was bvery helpful as well!!! I will use them again!!!

After experiencing an electrical problem I called Maitz to trouble shoot the problem. They were able to have a technician at my house in about 4 hours. The service fee was $49. The tech was professional and explained exactly what the problem was, how it should be fixed and provided a quote right on the spot. Once I gave them the go ahead it only took two days to get on their schedule for installation. The electricians showed up on time each day and were very professional. They explained what they were going to do at the start of the job. At the end of the installation they walked me through all of the improvements and showed me everything thing that was done. The areas they were working in were cleaned up and neat. I cannot say enough about the quality of service. I will use Maitz again for any home repairs I need. I highly recommend their services.

Someone who comes in with a white jacket, I have to send them off because I know they are expensive. It’s a company so this guy who came, you can’t blame him because he is just doing what his boss said. The guy came right away and was punctual. I really can’t complain but it is just the price. The worker was okay, it was the company that I did not like. I can use the guy again but not the company.

As usual, Mairtz responded at the scheduled time. The technician was polite and respected my home, by putting on shoe covers and tarp where he worked. He had the parts on his truck and fixed my water faucet, temp control for my tub and fixed the drain. He was fast and thorough and the job was done right. I have used this company since 2006 and will use them again, and again.
