No Call to accept or decline the service I'm new to Angies list and disappointed

Lehigh Electric was wonderful! They responded quickly after I purchased the "deal" and scheduled the work when it was convenient for me. They came on time and worked quickly to get the work done. I would definitely hire them again. I recommend them highly!

He did a great job. He gave me some recommendations for me to do.

It went well. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. My mom took a long time to decide what to do but eventually had him back to perform some upgrades.

Andy was on time, friendly, and explained what was needed to replace the cord and outlet so that our electric stove would work. Made sure everything was current and safe. Can't say enough about the job he did. Would call LVE again.

I set up the appointment, they set it up and came out and stated I did not need the deal. He was very professional,personable, and able to answer all questions.

This is the second time we've had Bob Holland do major electrical improvements -- which kind of says it all about his service. Once again he was very attentive to our wishes, did expert work, provided much advice, patiently provided explanations for all our questions, and was very fair in his pricing. It is important to add that he is very trustworthy and decent. On his previous job for us he charged less than he estimated, and on this job he applied an 11% discount coupon weeks after we paid for the work because we forgot to give it to him. Bob is definitely the person to call for electrical work.

These guys are great and show a degree of professionalism that is rare among all contractors. If more contractors treated their business and customers this way, I'd do a lot less work myself. Bob contacted me almost immediately to book my Angie's list job. He proposed several dates in the coming week and worked with my schedule. On the morning of the job, he had the courtesy to text me to say they were running just 5 minutes late and showed up 5 minutes after the hour, exactly as he said. I don't get that kind of courtesy from my wife. Upon looking at my old outdoor receptacles, there was some confusion about what was covered with regard to these, because they require in-use covers to meet code. When I pointed out that it said all materials were included, Bob personally ran out and got the appropriate covers at no additional charge! I would have even split the difference. I feel very confident the job was done right and met or exceeded the offer as I understood it. With the addition of ground fault protection to several bathroom and outdoor receptacle, my home is now safer for me and my children, making this money very well spent. If you have a need for safer GFCI or other electrical work, I can endorse the work of Bob Holland. Thanks.

1. Serviceman and his assistant arrived at my home at the appointed hour. 2. They walked around the parameter of the home and inspected all of the outdoor outlets, and took notes. 3. They then did a walk through the entire house checking all outlets, all switches, and all electrical hookup and light fixtures, taking notes. 4. Finally, they spent some time examining and checking out the Circuit Box in the basement and took notes. 5. They then provided me with a few recommendations for improvements prior to leaving, and a few days later sent me a full detailed report with additional recommendations. The process was very thorough and the recommendations were extremely helpful.

It went just fine. We had to deal with the electric company so that didn't help but the provider was very professional and patient during the whole procedure. Just not much else to say.

There were no additional fees associated with the deal. No problems with them at all.

It was fine. They came out on time for the consultation, but it was just too expensive.

Bob was professional and quoted several different scenarios before we settled on the job he performed. The work was performed as described with no surprises and he clearly explained the work both before and after the job. Would highly recommend and will call for any future needs.

The owner of Lehigh Valley Electric, Bob Holland, personally did the work, aided by his assistant, Andy. They were punctual, professional, clean and efficient. I first met Bob when he performed a whole-house evaluation of the house I just purchased, followed up by an detailed list of electrical code violations and the cost for him to fix them. Both at the house and the condo, Bob carefully explained his findings and offered solutions. I would definitely use him again.

We provided longer screws to hang an Italian light fixture supplied with its own very short short screws with tenuous, almost impossible mechanism. After we supplied long screws, he was able to hang fixture.

Job went as expected. Company provided me afterwards with a listing of findings and associated quotes to remediate the issues found. Very professional, courteous and prompt.

Bob was very polite and punctual and very professional. Prices were a little high but that's what you get for very good service!

I called Lehigh Valley Electric up to come out and look at the problem and provide a free estimate. The guy they sent was very rude! The guy came in with an attitude. He made it seem like he would need to totally re-wire our home. He made it seem very complicated and expensive. After this experience, it prompted me to do my own research. I didn't realize that the microwave was on the same circuit as the living room. I figured out the source of the problem on my own and it was a simple fix. I re-wired the microwave and solved my problem. I would never use them.

Showed up on time and performed a professional safety check of the whole electrical system. Gave a comprehensive, verbal report of suggested work that I may choose to have done. A written report, and estimate for doing followup work was promised, but I am still waiting. Hope to get it soon.

They were on time and easy to schedule with. Performed the inspection and said everything looked good. My husband and Bob discussed other electrical services we would like to have done and we are still waiting on an estimate to arrive for those.

They did put in a good surge protector, however some of the work was left incomplete. They did not place plastic covers back into the breaker box and I don't recall receiving any warranty paperwork for protected equipment or parts & labor. With the free inspection, they went around the house and said they would get back to me with an estimate but never did follow up with that estimate. Because there was still work to be done, I went ahead and used my regular electrical company to complete the work. I also noticed that the electrical outlet hanging from the back of my house was still hanging off the wall and that they did not address that during their inspection. Since they've already put in the surge protector, I would like to get a copy of the warranty.

They were phenomenal. They troubleshooted everything. They were here 30-45 minutes. They found out that it was the septic tank.

They were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. They did not push to do work that was not need. They were very helpful and explained everything in understandable detail.

They were good. They came out, figured out what the problem was, and took care of it. They were also on time and easy to schedule with.
