It went well, and "Bob" sat down with us after assessing our situation, explained everything to us of what should be done to make our home safe.

All work was performed in a highly professional and efficient manner. Bob is very knowledgeable and meticulous about keeping appointments on time- if there is a slight delay, he always kept me informed. He returns calls and emails quickly. I highly recommend him.

Bob was on time, and did a great job. He was very efficient, and left the work area clean and neat. We have used Lehigh Valley Electric in the past, and will do so again in the future.

It went very smoothly. They were surprised that they could get it out but they fixed the problem and sealed the cap back on.

I found Bob through Angie's list and contacted him about the work we needed done. He was prompt in getting back to us and accommodated our many questions and concerns. He worked with us to find the right fan for our needs. He was very professional and kept the work area very clean. He was able to pinpoint our issue with the outside outlets and explained how to avoid the issue in the future. We will definitely use Lehigh Valley Electric again in the future.

They're reasonable. Three workers came out to do the work.

Bob came out and provided a written estimate for our review. We purchased the 2 new light fixtures. The bathroom light fixture we purchased came with used hardware, so he was unable to install the light during his original appointment. We purchased another light fixture and Bob came back to install it a few days later. Very pleased with work!

Schedules an estimate a week in advance. Showed up late. Looked at the job for 30 seconds, handed me a card and said he'd email me the estimate. Seemed uninterested. Never bothered submitting an estimate. Waste of time....

Excellent job, very thorough, explained exactly what we needed to do and what areas needed attention. Although we felt the prices were on the high side, we appreciated the attention to detail and very comprehensive proposal that followed in the mail.

Came when he said he would, did work as stated, no complaints

Reset the garbage disposer switch and then advised replacing garbage disposer against repairing it (not cost efficient). Also, gave valuable advise on not using indoor burnt electric heater.

Scheduled appt. time was 9 AM. Bob and his assistant, whose name escapes me, showed up and went right to work. I showed them the locations for the installation and asked if there was anything else I could do. Bob said they would take care of the rest and I got out of the way. Installation was completed in a very quick and orderly fashion. The works sites were cleaned up and left as they were before they got there. They could not have been more pleasant or professional. I would have absolutely no reservations about using them again. .

I had purchased a big deal for the service. I paid an additional $70 because they went over the amount that they said they would do.

Bob and Mike were courteous and professional. Answered questions to our satisfaction. I would certainly call them for any electrical problem. They were running about 15 minutes late, and called to let us know. This was an Angie's List deal for inspection of our electrical system and labeling of the panel. We opted for only a cursory inspection and were more interested in having the box labeled. They were great! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Provider did a full diagnosis indoors of what could be causing the problem with a breaker in my electrical box. Although he was unable to provide the problem, he did offer to send an estimate to do outside diagnostic work. I accepted his offer and would definitely hire him again. Very friendly and professional.

Bob and Mike showed up right on time and systematically troubleshot and fixed a problem that a couple of electricians, and myself, in the last year were unable to. And the price fell within the 39 dollar Angie's List deal. Very pleased and will call them for my next electrical needs.

BOB AND HIS CREW SHOWED UP WHEN PROMISED, AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN TWO DAYS. HE INSTALLED JUMPER CABLES FROM OUR OLD ENTRANCE CABLE TO THE NEW ENTRANCE CABLES SO THAT WE HAD ELECTRIC SERVICE UNTIL PPL MOVED THE ELECTRIC WIRE TO OUR NEW ENTRANCE CABLE ABOUT THREE WEEKS LATER. HE EXPLAINED HOW EVERYTHING WORKED INCLUDING SPECIFIC WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE OUR PORTABLE GENERATOR BOB OBTAINED THE NECESSARY PERMIT, HANDLED EVERYTHING WITH PPL AND WAS HERE WHEN THE INSPECTOR CAME TO DO THE INSPECTION. THE FINAL PRICE WAS EXACTLY WHAT HE QUOTED IN HIS ESTIMATE

Intrigued by the coupon they offered on angies list, I called for an estimate to add an outlet in my basement. Bob was professional and quick to respond to my contact. Him and his partner came over almost an hour late (due to navagation issues) and looked at what they needed to. I was promised to be sent an estimate through email within the next two days. Four days later I still heard nothing back. Concerned that a miscommunication happened (again) with giving possibly the wrong info, I emailed him through the angies list website to see what the status on the estimate was and to give more ways to contact. Three days later, I still have heard nothing. I am frustrated with the whole situation. I feel that at this point I am being ignored. If the contractor didn't want my buisness he should have the courtesy to at least tell me through email instead of letting me make guesses a week later.

Every thing was done professionally and as agreed. We had contacted 5 electrical contractors in mid December to get estimates on the work , Bob was most responsive. Three contractors never called back and the last one called back after 10 days. . The day we called Lehigh Valley Electric we received a return call that evening. Bob scheduled a visit to check out the work and was here on time .He explained how the job would go, and defined everything to our satisfaction. He provided us with an estimate within 2 days and we were able to schedule the actual work a week later. Bob and Mike were punctual and went right to work. They cleaned up all the work areas after doing their wiring / installation. We had a few minor changes that we discussed before the work and they readily got them done. Even though it was cold outside, they were able to do all the outside work. They were courteous and very professional throughout the work day. All in all, it was an excellent experience for us, and we are extremely happy with the work performed. We would consider using them for any future electrical work we need.

Perfect - Bob (and Mike) showed up on time , did the work quickly and quietly, cleaned up any dirt/debris, tested everything, These were part of a larger job we contracted . See my other review on that work ( also rated them excellent) .

I could not really rate this company on their performances since I chose another company after I made several phone calls. I would give an "A" for their responsiveness. After asking for a free estimate, I received their response within an hour. However, I would give a "F" for their pricing because they said they would charge $85 for identifying the problem and give me a free estimate. That is not FREE ESTIMATE. I do not think we should pay for someone to tell us that we have wiring issues or need to replace a switch or a breaker. I went with another company from Angie's list who would give a real free estimate. That company identified the problem (wiring issue), gave a free estimate, and fixed the problem. Everything was done within an hour for $100, including an extra job to fix a loose socket in a unrelated room.

Went very well, two electricians needed to work together with radios to track down the wiring and locate what turned out to be several shorts that were repaired. Work took over 3 hrs.

I had originally found Lehigh Valley Electric on Angie's List and had used their services. I was impressed all the way around so when one of our ceiling fans/lights suddenly stopped working then I emailed the owner of the business, Bob Holland, to arrange an appointment. He emailed back promptly. He and Andy, Bob's apprentice, arrived at the prearranged time. Bob inspected everything and identified the issue. He let me know the part that needed to be replaced. I told him that I'd like to order it from the same company where I bought the fan/light. When the part arrived, I emailed for a second appointment and the two gentlemen, once again, arrived promptly. They immediately got right to work laying down plastic sheeting over the work area to ensure that the room would remain clean. They were very careful when carrying the ladder and tools around our home so that nothing would touch the walls or furnishings. They replaced the part and made sure that the receiver in the fan/light would flawlessly communicate with the new wall control with regard to the fan speeds and the on/off and dimming functions of the upper and lower lights. Bob and Andy worked very well together to provide excellent service. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Electric. They are always exceptionally knowledgeable, polite, thorough, tidy, professional, and punctual. Additionally, they've always patiently listened to me and answered my questions. Their pricing is very reasonable, as well. For both appointments, there was only the one charge. I will definitely call Bob for any future electrical issues.

Bob was excellent. I'm undergoing chemotherapy and he was very tolerant of my mood swings. He and his apprentice Andy were very clean and quiet working from the time they got here until the time they left. Always cleaned up after themselves. He would also call if he was running late. Bob was very careful to explain exactly what they were doing. He showed me in detail how to use the new generator hookup so I would not have any issues. He also emailed me a copy of the instructions on how to use the generator so I wouldn't be mixed up. I can not say enough nice things about these guys. This would be my only recommendation if someone asked me about an electrician.
