I was unable to use the big deal due to the company not returning my calls for a while. There was a lack of diligency of a follow up or help with scheduling the service.

Lehigh Valley Electric Inc. did a wonderful job. He checked all over. He took the time to listen to us. He gave us a thorough inspection and he's here today, to do all the work that we needed to have done. He was very, very good. He came on time and he just impressed me as being extremely professional. I was very, very pleased with his work. He was very prompt, did exactly what he said he was going to do. Right now, he's still doing exactly what he said he would do. I would use them again if we had some other things to be done, most definitely. We've lived in this house since 1986 and, obviously, in that time, many of the electrical codes have changed and we wanted him to bring us completely up to code, which is what he's doing. If we want to sell the home, we want to make sure that it's in the best possible condition.

We are very pleased with all the work that was done, went more quickly than expected and very professional people. Would definitely recommend their services to others.

He was late, he was supposed to be here at eight thirty and called at eight twenty five to say he was going to be ten to fifteen minutes late. I was okay with that because he at least called. He got here ten to nine. I explained what I wanted done. I stated that we needed a permit and that there should be conduit as required by code. He said you don't have to. I said that I checked with the city, and we did. He yelled at me and asked if I was a Master Electrician, that he was a Master Electrician and that you did not need conduit. I told him no I was not, but my brother is, I checked with the city, and the other two quotes I got stated that we did. He said he was not yelling, he was, and that if I wanted the conduit then he would do it but I really did not need it. I would not hire this company. He was unprofessional and yelled at me. He made it a point that he was a Master Electrician and knew better. I have two masters degrees, I am not stupid. Very poor customer service and demeanor.

Bob was very responsive to my inquiry and came back with a rough quote within a day of coming to look at my house. He worked with me buying some of the components (interlock and generator cable) while he provided the rest. We were able to schedule a date for the work. Bob ran a little late due to traffic but, texted to let me know ahead of time. He completed the job in a few hours and tested it with my generator. He had a helper with him that I could tell he was training. I liked the fact that he had the patience and knowledge to teach. All worked as planned.

Called Bob (who we used before for a previous job) for a quote for two ceiling fan installs and to fix an outdoor light that was not working. First Bob did a little fooling around on the light and realized we had the wrong light bulb. The light would only take a 15 watt which had to be specially ordered. He directed me to a local provider. Bob did provide two estimates for the ceililng fans and installed several weeks later when available. The ceiling fan in the family room was 20ft tall ceiling and the master bedroom was not properaly wired (reason we couldn't figure it out). As before, very professional and would hire again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. The experience was okay, I wouldn't say it was great. When we purchased it, we paid upfront for it, it took a while for them to respond and then it took them a while to schedule a date. Part of the deal was to install a new panel box with whole house surge protection. They didn't have the whole house surge protection in stock or something, and then he realized that he had to get a permit, and then it took him a couple more weeks to get a permit from the township, and that added 250 Dollars to the prize, which I guess is to be expected. I didn't know that it wasn't included, I would have thought that all permits are included in the big deal. When we finally got the work done, we had to wait a few weeks for the whole house surge protector to come in, and after that came in, he arranged to get it inspected. When it was inspected, we were told by the township, that some additional grounding which was an additional cost, it was completed, and the quality of work is okay, I am just not overjoyed with how it went.

We were very happy with them. It went very well. We are happy we found them through Angie's List. They did a good job.

Robert Holland, owner, was very prompt in coming to the house and then providing a written bid. He began the work when he said he would and quickly went through each task. He and his staff are very professional and were concerned about not making dirt and dust in the house. They were very careful not to be intrusive and leave unneeded wholes in the drywall. We are extremely pleased with the work and would not hesitate to call them again if we need electrical work.

This was my first Angie's list deal that I took advantage of. We just carpeted and painted the basement and wanted to create a family room space with a TV and lamp. We only had one outlet in the basement- in an inconvenient place. Bob Holland came and added another outlet, right in the place we needed it. At first, he thought it would cost more than what we had purcahsed, adding some additional cost to our deal. However, after he did the work, it didn't cost anything extra. We will use his services again as well as taking advantage of Angie's deals too.

All work was satisfactory. I believe the price was hiked because of the coupon.

It was great. The whole process took about 1/2 hour. He explained what needed to be done and did the job. He explained how I would know if the surge protection was activated and what to do if this happened. He also explained that this system did not protect against direct lightning strikes.

I bought an Angies list coupon for $99.00 for two hours of professional electrical service. I had a light fixture that was to be installed in a very high loft and to install a digital wall timer. Bob stopped by the see what he would need and sent me a e-mail with an estimate the next day. He came on July 3,2013, and did everything in about an hour. When it came to pay a little more ,he said the coupon covered it because it did not take as long as he though. He supplied the digital timer and all that went with it. If I could give something higher than an A in the ratings I would. Yes I would use Lehigh Valley Electric again

We called for an estimate on a few different things in our kitchen. We asked for the estimate to be broken down by service so we could decide what we wanted to get done right now and what we would wait to do. Bob came out and he was very professional. He emailed us an estimate within a week. Although we had asked for an estimate on several different services, we decided to only have a new light installed above our kitchen sink for now. Bob came out the very next day and installed the light. He was very quick and professional. We will definitely call Bob again the next time we have any electrical needs. Thank you, Bob!

Bob was very responsive in returning calls and getting a quote out to me. I thought the pricing was good and I purchased one of Angie's list "deals" so I got a free hour due to the deal. He did all the work in a timely fashion, cleaning up after himself. All the work was completed just as we spoke about during the quote visit.

They were very prompt, knowledgeable and responded very quickly. He came over and did a thorough inspection and he is very good. We’ve had a lot of things that we want it done and he gave a very thorough estimate. We are very pleased with him. We might be putting in a generator and have extra outlet. They will also put a dedicated circuit for the fish tank and a wire-crossed open basement tank location. Also they will install a three way switch lighting for the garage sliding at the main floor just to name a few of things that they will be doing.

My overall experience with them went very well. The guy was very good. He said they didn't have the thermostat around here so we had to get it online. He definitely returns calls.

Called to advise that would be late in arriving. Completed inspection and supplied a very detailed list of findings. Performed services on electrical outlets in a timely manner. Week later I called on another electrical problem and was able to rectify over the phone.

We have used Lehigh Valley eElectric for electrical repairs for the last 3 years. My daughters home recently sold and the buyers inspection report indicated an electrical problem at the circuit breaker panel. I emaild Bob with the report. He called me right away and said he would be out there to meet me in an hour. He arrived, fixed the problem immediatly and both my daughter and the buyer are grateful. He is honest, responsive and fair in his costs to do the work. Lehigh Vallel Electric is a "gem" in the Valley !!

We contacted Lehigh Valley Electric when we started receiving mild shocks when touching metal objects around the house. Bob called me back right away and asked a few questions to determine if it was an emergency or if it could wait until the next day, which we determined it could. He came out and tested the system, and determined that the problem was that our feed from MetEd had lost the neutral. We contacted MetEd, they sent somebody out the next day, claimed nothing was wrong, and left. We contacted Bob again, and he contacted MetEd and explained to them that the problem was indeed in their feed, and arranged to meet a crew at our house so he could show them what was going on. Finally, a supervisor came out and found the problem and it was, indeed, a problem with their neutral feed being hot. Bob stayed in contact with MetEd and us to make sure this was fixed properly.

They rehung a center hall chandelier 22 ft above the floor. The fixture had come apart in the middle why I was changing bulbs, I had scaffolding set up to reach the ceiling so I could remove the top portion and reconnect the fixture on the floor. Due to weight and configuration of this multi- tiered fixture, I needed 2 people to reconnect the fixture. They did a great job with no damage to fixture, home, or people. No easy task at 22 ft off the floor. It took about 1 hr for 2 people. Paid them more than they requested because I was well pleased by their professional approach to me and the task. (They billed $100 and gave them $150) Would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again .

He called my husband to schedule a date and time and he asked my husband If 430pm would work for him and my husband said no due to his job. ... the unprofessional owner said. .. well what about 431pm....how rude can you get. .. he them proceeded to lecture my husband about how valuable his time was. ... we had a nice size job. .. he just lost a couple thousanddollars. ....I went with KMK electric. ...Kevin Kaintz was the best! !!!! Came on a Sunday hooked us up was reasonable. .. lowest quote we had. ....KMK electric really helped me out
