Put dimmer on a light fixture. I gave them a C for responsiveness because I asked them for a proposal on a more significant job. They said they'd provide it, but I'm still waiting three weeks later.

Bob was responsive and respectful while at our home. One of the lights Bob installed failed to operate after several days. I had purchased the light at a big box store and had Bob install. Bob was very kind, and agreed to come back out to reinstall another light to replace the first that did not work correctly. The light not working was not due to Bob. The light was defective, but we thought it was good of him to return to our house to help. Due to our differing schedules, it was hard to find a good day to complete the work. Besides that, all was great and we would use LV Electric again.

Added a receptacle and we used an Angie's List coupon for this. Everything went well

They evaluated them and found out they needed new switches, went out and purchased them and replaced them. Its nice to have lights in the hallway and living room again.

They went top-to-bottom to inspect outlets and various other areas. Two guys came out for over an hour. When it comes to doing the actual work, I’d seriously consider using them as well. They answered all my questions and were very thorough. I’m still waiting for their written report, though.

They put these clothes down in order to not make a mess and they ensured it was exactly the way we wanted. They did a very good job and the owner was thorough in checking his technicians work. They had to wire the entire system and went into the attic to make sure no wires were showing and took great care to sure aesthetics of the home.

They did an estimate and they came by and looked to see if we had a problem. They were very good. We detected an odor near our panel in the basement so we had them come by and take a look at it. It actually turned out to be a light fixture. They also then performed an estimate to do some upgrade work which we haven't done yet. They were very professional, very helpful. Didn't take advantage. We were concerned about the smell and they actually pointed out that it was a light fixture and didn't charge us for that. I would highly recommend them.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Lehigh Valley Electric. We purchased an Angie's List Deal (2 Hours of Electrical Work for $99), and we were contacted by the owner, Bob Holland, immediately to schedule an appointment. Bob and his assistant arrived promptly, and worked efficiently. Our foyer's ceiling is fairly high, and Bob brought all of the necessary equipment to remove the existing chandelier-style light fixture in our foyer, and replaced it with a more up-to-date pendant. Once the work was completed, they took the time to put plants and a console table back in place (a thoughtful courtesy). We've had difficulty with past contractors since we've moved to the Lehigh Valley (in some cases, the contractors we found on Angie's List would not return our phone calls, or would not arrive for scheduled appointments), so we were very nervous when we initially booked the appointment for our electrical work. Now we realize we need not have worried: Bob and his team are responsive, courteous, and highly professional. We look forward to using them again in the future.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. He came in late and couldn't fix it in time because I had to go to work. He worked only one hour, and so I had another job for which he gave me an estimate, and he said he will deduct an hour from it. He couldn't figure out one of the problems that I had with a ceiling fan, and so I gave him another job. I am satisfied with the work, and I do understand that you can get behind in an appointment. The original reason why I wanted him was to fix a ceiling fan, and he couldn't fix it, so he gave me a quote of over 200 Dollars, so I will use him for that. The price of the big deal was fine, but the estimate he gave me seemed pretty high. He called me immediately after I called him to make an appointment.

I had two jobs done by Bob Holland. The first was to replace an electrical gizmo in my dining room light fixture that was preventing the light from going on & off. This was done under the auspices of a "Big Deal," $99 for $200 worth of work, and it didn't cost much, so after that was fixed, Bob asked me if I had any other electrical jobs. I pulled out the home appraisal report I had done when I bought my house a few years ago because I recalled that it had listed an electrical job that it recommended doing that I hadn't gotten around to. Bob looked at the report and then took me down to the basement and pointed out how there were all these thin colored wires going into the main electrical panel that he said should be encased and that the system was not properly grounded. I arranged for him to do this work. In the interactions I had with him, communication was very good--he came over to my house 3 times in the course of the two jobs, and twice he was a bit late, but he called to let me know, and he was responsive to calls and emails, and he explained what he was doing and why clearly.

They replaced the electrical panel and troubleshooted and fixed a circuit in my house that was not working. They were very friendly and answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly to me. I would most definitely call them for any electrical needs I may have in the future.

Came by to do inspection, found some issues. Had them back to correct. Very professional. Did a great job and will have them back if more work needed.

I can't say enough about how excellent the guys from Lehigh Valley Electric were. They replaced a circuit breaker and a dusk to dawn light above our garage. They were very easy to deal with, and had great communication in terms of scheduling. I was extremely happy with them!!

I tried to schedule a date but they were not responsive. I called but they never followed up. I finally gave up on the deal and I am not getting a refund.

They returned our call, made an appointment, showed up on-time and did a great job. We were back in business in an hour. Very clean and respectful of home.

Bob contacted me right away and scheduled a Saturday estimate visit which did occur. I had to prompt him a few times for the estimate but was then given 10/22 at 9:30 AM as a date and time for work completion. This was acceptable. I arranged work schedules for someone to be there until noon and advised Bob of that constraint twice. On 10/22, he arrived late and ended up working until 2:00 PM, necessitating us leaving the house open to him. He ultimately does good work and cares about minimizing any mess or collateral disruption.

Bob and his crew are always very professional and pay very close attention to detail. We have had them do everything in our home that has to do with electricity: from re-wiring the third floor to installing a generator after Hurricane Sandy. We have no hesitation in contacting Bob if we need anything done. We trust his work and his work ethics. His crew is top-notch; very courteous and professional every step of the way. We will definitely use Lehigh Valley Electric any time we have the need for their services!

Everything went well. Mr. Holland was prompt, honest, and repaired the original ceiling fan/light installation. Very polite, professional, would not hesitate to call again.

Went well. Completed in about 4 hours. Looks and functions great! Impressed with quality and professionalism. Sharing of much detailed knowledge of the wiring in our home, some of which had been unknown, along with strategies for dealing with appliances or outlets that are wired with aluminum or copper clad aluminum. Installed surge protectors in the panel box itself for additional protection for all those home appliances, including even garage door openers that can be knocked out by a surge. Project adds a good measure of protection to home as well increasing its value.

It could not have gone better. Bob was extremely professional and prompt. He did exactly what we wanted to be accomplished, cleaned up and left. We would recommend Lehigh Valley Electric Inc. to my neighbors and friends. In summary we were extremely pleased.

The whole process took about 3 hours. He and his crew arrived on time, cleaned up really well and were gone after I checked the work. It could not have gone more smoothly. The price included all materials. He will be used again for electrical work in my home.

The service man was very knowledgable, and worked quickly. I was pleased to be able to address some minor wiring issues right away. He didn't waste any time and was very efficient. The only slight ding was that he was a little late, but he was courteous enough to call ahead and let me know. It was a relatively long drive from the office also. Kudos to his professionalism. Most companies do not do that. I would definately use them again.

Very professional. Showed up on the scheduled day early in the morning. Installed and repaired everything to my utmost satisfaction. Placement and aim of outdoor lights were perfect. Did not have to ask them to come back to reaim them. Even though they offered if I was not satisfied. Great customer service. I will hire again.

Everything was done well, just too expensive.

I needed to replace a dated ceiling fan in bathroom. He gave an estimate $375 including parts(fan). I asked him how much the installation labor cost would be if a new fan is provided. He did not respond to my email.
