Very well. A couple challenges were met professionally and solved.

Great! They have been servicing this nearly 30 year old system for nearly 12 years.

They hauled away the old pump when they left.

They hauled the old water heater away. They explained the new heater. We have used them more than once.

I've been using them for more than 10 years.

When the new Central AC until was replaced, workers let debris all over the attic where they were working. On the ducts, the joints were not tapped correctly. The unit was replaced in 2014 and ICS needed to come out in 2015 since the cooling system was not keeping up. They were out again this year (2107) when the unit is not keeping up. They first replaced the thermostat but needed to return in 2 weeks when the issue arose again. This time they replaced the blower motor (which was under warranty). After replacing the blower motor, the technician reported that was probably the problem the first time but did not want to replace that and then if it was not the problem be responsible for the cost. So now i am being charged for the thermostat and labor for replacing blower motor. Customer service never answers the phone and you always have to leave a message.

Very well. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They are professional, and very easy to work with. Because of the layout of our house, some creativity was in order to provide AC for the kitchen. They got the job done! They cleaned up after themselves each day (even sweeping out the garage because the door was open all day and leaves got in!!). The price they charged was in keeping with our expectations.

Responsive and professional. Not the cheapest.

It was great. ICS is very easy to work with and treat you as family. Workers were very respectful to us. When I came home they shook my hand and introduced themselves to me. Also that day, one of the owners stopped in to make sure everything was going well and asked if I had any questions. Second day they were at my house, no one was home and I was very comfortable giving them access to my home. Would highly recommend them to,anyone looking for a local customer friendly business.

The two owners came to inspect my problem. Both took the time to go into the attic to inspect the situation and viewed the old boots and vents. As they were discussing their findings, we felt confident that they knew what they were talking about and would be honest and not inflate their proposal.We had been given another proposal from a larger AC company we had worked with for over 25 years with only half the work suggested for much more money. The crew came at the time they had indicated they would to do the job. Before starting the stairs were covered with painters covers so not to soil the carpets with dirt that might be tracked into the house. The gentlemen (and mean gentlemen) had to measure each placement of the boots and cut out the drywall in the ceiling...a total 7 in addition working in the attic. They were so tidy the drywall dust was not dropped on the furniture, carpet, etc. After they completed the job, we could not find any visible signs that anyone had even been there working. We plan to schedule them for our spring maintenance.

ICS nailed it! Their owner came out to understand our needs and gave us a very thorough quote to start. They offered the product we wanted, and the price was very good for the product we chose. From the installers to the office gal whom I bugged way too much to the installers to the owner, they were never short of professional and were not satisfied that the job was complete until we were 100% satisfied. Thanks, ICS!!

They arrived on time as scheduled. Work was done in the time they predicted plus they clean up after themselves. I had a follow-up question after they left and it was addressed immediately.

Outstanding! I started to use ICS where we lived previously because they had installed the AC unit years ago and were providing the service to the unit when we moved in. They serviced it for 6 years. Every year it only required their $99 service call for yearly maintenance. On year 6 the unit (already 20 years old) needed a $30 part. Made me feel I could trust them because they were not looking to charge me for extra work so going with them made sense. I did bid out the work and their price was very competitive. Their employees were very professional and the owner, Tom, was great to work with. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Thinking we would make the change from oil to gas heat, we sought out three estimates which included one of UGI's top rated contractors and one that a friend recommended. I chose ICS for a number of reasons but overall, was impressed with Tom's knowledge and experience. He was not just a salesman who had never done the work or had only done it for a few years before moving to sales. He patiently answered all my questions when I didn't really know what I was talking about and allayed my fears about changing over to gas heat. Unfortunately, the old oil system began failing rapidly and we couldn't wait for UGI to open the street and connect the gas so we had to replace with another oil system. Tom's employees were great--friendly, explaining the work to be done at the beginning of the day and summarizing at the end of the day, always protecting the work area and cleaning up from night to night. I think these were the qualities I saw and liked in Tom. We are very happy with the work that was done and we highly recommend them!

Installed second floor central air in 1926 built house. Did a very professional and clean job. Excellent at working with the plaster walls. Prices were reasonable.

Our old gas furnace stopped working so we called ICS to get a replacement estimate. They were prompt and courteous and explained the various safety concerns with our current furnace. They were patient with us as we worked out the best combination of features, furnace size, and rebates for our money. Installation was then quick and professional and we are happy with the work.

We have used ICS for years for installation and service of our AC equipment. This time, when one of our whole house AC units needed replacement, we opted for an electric heat pump instead. Price was competitive and actually a little better than other providers. The unit came with a rebate and they automatically filed it for us; all we needed to do was wait for it to arrive. Installation was on time and the system functioned well. We had a callback as the thermostat didn't seem to be working accurately. They came promptly and determined that the wiring access behind the t'stat was allowing air in which affected the stat's readings. They took care of it and the system worked beautifully. Can't say enough about their quality. Several years ago I tried another company for service, and found myself being upsold by the technicians for additional services, maintenance contracts, etc. ICS never does that. They do what they say, when they say. If you want the other services, they will quote you. But there's never any pressure.

They are very good. They are very trustworthy, and I believe I got them from Angie's List. They are very very good. I don't have a contract with them, they just come, and then I pay them. They come within the time frame they give you, they put on plastic shoes when they come into your home. If you need a part, they go and get it. They don't wait, if they can do something, they go ahead and do it. They stepped up to the mark, and that's it. They didn't over charge. They were courteous and professional.

I have worked on the same projects as an electrician and I would use them on my own house,

Dave was propmt. He took the time to inspect heat and air. He testes freon. He found a duct in the attic that partially copplapse thus bringing warm air back into the house when air conditioner was on and repaired it. He also adjusted the setting on the unit so they would see a noticible difference in cooling. He also provided them with an additional cleanable filter. Hespent time with me explaining what was done. This company has always been prompt and professional for my home as well. Their team is great, professional and courteous.
